The hotel is very nice, clean and the rooms are very comfortable. but very poor customer service. the group is not friendly sometimes they do not even answer when you ask for something, the buffet service ends before the end time and they rarely replace it, no bottles of water in the hotel for a long period, the service in general too slow you had to wait long time for any order. The premises are really nice but they should work on implementing a better customer service.

It’s a beautiful place with great potential, The resort is gorgeous with a lot things to do, specially for kids but not all are included. A lot of water attractions but the schedule is very control, the food is good especially breakfast, dinner is a hit of miss. The main reason for my two stars was the service, they don’t seem to care, they never greet or smile, they forget your pool orders. I think the main issue is a lock of motivation we talked to a supervisor about staying 3 more hours after check out for the kids and also brought up the bad service from some of the staff and his answer was: if it’s so bad why would you want to stay 3 more hours lol. But it is a beautiful resort You are close to El parque del café and Panaca

Hotel looks nice and clean. Crew was super attentive and helpful during our stay; however, food quality was too poor being the salad/fruit bar the only thing to highlight about the meals. This would be acceptable for a cheap hotel, but this is not the case; if you’re paying a considerable value for your food you expect at least to be prepared with top ingredients. Being this hotel located in one of Colombia’s largest coffee producer municipalities, you expect to find coffee anywhere around the hotel, but is not the case. There are some hotel amenities that should be treated as a ‘plus’ for the guest, or have a manageable cost; instead they charge as much as they can for the simplest things. The scariest of all are the notices at the lobby stating that if they have errors with their systems YOU as a guest are responsible for paying as many times until the are ‘able to print’ the voucher

Overhyped and overpriced. And although many amenities are available, half of them are not included and the other half are harder to book than a timeshare. The food is good, but the service both in the restaurant and at the front desk was borderline incompetent. I spent over an hour trying to order room service before I gave up, for example. Oh, and NO WIFi in the rooms. Would not return.

The restaurant was awful. They charge for buffet but you can’t serve whatever you want, they tell you that you are allowed to get one item per container. For example, if you want two pieces of red meat, you can’t. I ordered from the menu and the fish was really dried, when I said it was too dried the chef said they can give a dessert instead which makes no sense. This is considered a 5 star hotel because the prices are $605.000 pesos almost $200 dollars per night. THE STAFF WAS GREAT BUT THE POLICY IF THE HOTEL SUCKS!!! El restaurante estuvo muy MALO!!!

Rooms and service was good for a really expensive place. Breakfast was ok. Dinner buffet was horrible low quality food for the price . We were there 5 days, this place is overpriced in every aspect room and bathroom was really clean we love that part. No water in the room I was charged for a beer that I never order nor drink. I was charged almost 100k pesos for a hamburger with fries and a small coke, fries were cold and greasy. Frozen coffee $40k pesos. cafe con leche at the diner was extra 20k pesos. The kids had a good time in the pool and other activities around. Probably won't ever be back here We paid around 1 million pesos per night I was hoping at least to get coffee or water in the room.

We have been traveling for Colombia for the past two months staying in different hotels throughout the country. Hotel Campestre las Camelias definitely exceeded our expectations from the location, rooms, food quality, food presentation and the amazing customer service they give to all visitors from inside and outside the country. Must experience especially if you’re traveling with kids. Will recommend and revisit!

Nice stuff, kid friendly. My son loved the water park, the big pools and the train. I went with my parents and my husband and they loved it as well. There was a strong musty smell in some of the rooms. I’m not quite sure what it was. I had to ask for a new room. There were no problems with that, very accommodating.

One star to management of this place, in particular to Luis Cardenas ( manager on duty on Feb 12 and his manager Emanuel ) leadership has 0 regards for the well being of the hotel guest and are more concerned with themselves. Just know, if you visit this place and anything happens to you such falling down on the double edge stairs in the lobby you are literally on your own. This managers have zero empathy and just flat out machitos cuz I mean to not care that a pregnant woman fell down … I mean you are in for a talk and some serious development training of conflict resolution. At no point did any of the management at this hotel came to me directly to check on me. Again, if you attend this place just know you are on your own if something happens.

A very nice hotel in the coffee región of Colombia. Very family friendly as well as very good for couples. Located on very large grounds and offers many, many amenities like mini-golf, various pools, jacuzzis, kiddie train, water park, play area, bar and gym. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Hotel offers wi-fi in most areas, but the wi-fi doesn’t reach the rooms which was a huge negative for me. There is a very good restaurant on the grounds which offers all meals as well as room service.

From entrance to the whole area was amazing . Multiple pools and jacuzzi no waiting or standing in line for anything . Delicious food and great service . Ask anyone and there willing to help you. The only thing I wish there was is posted times for all the events on there location cause i constantly forget when things are open or closed so i had to keep asking but that is very minor. The location just opened about eight month ago and there are things that there still working on but overall amazing place . Totally suggest the go karts. So fast makes you wish it was longer. Highly suggest this place as a get away place and you have other places to visit out side the resort.

Just came after a family weekend at the hotel, nice view, comfortable and clean rooms, beautiful Christmas decorations. Unfortunately we couldn't sleep because of the noisy people we had at the next door room and when we called receptionist to complained he clearly denied to help us to solved the issue at 2:30 am, he just took almost 45 minutes to showed up and asked the people to observe the quiet policy. Today after check out we felt, like the hotel could care less about our complain

The rooms are above average, the service is exceptional, and the food is outstanding! It offers all the amenities you would want from an upscale hotel, gated community, 24/7 security, luggage delivery, and wonderful room service, hotel events, leisure activities on site, health spa treatments such as massages and jacuzzi relaxation areas, vast play area for your children, and all within the watchful eyes of the staff and hotel security.
