We were a group of 6 families traveling through Colombia. My biggest complaint is no AC so at night we were miserably hot. My friends room had no hot water and my sister had a couple roaches in her room. The staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast was amazing

A beautiful quaint hotel surrounded by nature. Nice clean rooms.

Let me first say that breakfast was great and the service of the people were great. However, The conditions of the hotel were poor and there were cracks in many parts of the room leading to lizards and bugs getting in easily, and we didnt feel we were getting what was worth the price. Ants and cobwebs everywhere inside the hotel. Giant banana spiders EVERYWHERE outside in reception for those who are afraid of them. If you are squeamish of bugs, do not go here. Some beds were really hard and it has no AC or shampoo but thats expected in a rustic “eco” experience. Wifi was sort of poor as well. But other than that people were very nice here but I would not stay here again.

Very good service, good location, rooms were perfect. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.

Amazing and relaxing place

The bed sheets looks as if it was never washed. The blankets stink. I also saw some stains that looks like pee on the blanket. If you plan to sleep there remove the blankets and you can find any kind of animal hair. The bathroom is not clean. I cant imagine how dirty the breakfast will be.
