The hotel is clean and have beautiful views. But can you believe that you need to pay the WiFi? very surprising! They have a really good buffet restaurant with a few options but, they only have one extra restaurant where it’s almost impossible to dinner, I was on vacation and I woke up at 6 am to made a line for a reservation and it was impossible. Can you believe it? And even more surprising the topic of the hotel is Panaca park and it’s not unavailable for the guests, you need to pay extra money. I’m very surprised with all this things for being an hotel of 4 stars I think you can do it so much better. Very disappointed! I had more experiences in more Decameron hotels and this definitely was the worst. :(

Had a nice time at the park. Unfortunately had to leave the hotel earlier then expected and this hotel never returned the money I paid for the extra days that were remaining. I’ve been to many hotels and this is the first time I get I can’t get a refund for time I will not be in the facility. Never again will stay in this type of chain of hotel.

Overrated. Would never go back. The customer service was absolutely terrible. They were not flexible in changing or refunding our bookings during the pandemic. The food is average at best. The resort is far (2 hours) from all the fun attractions like valle de cócora and Santa Rosa. There really isn’t anything to do here either. The pool is pretty lame with very few spots to tan, the animal zoo is boring, and the nightly event are dumb and that’s it. We felt like we were in a prison here with nothing to do around us. Kind of a bummer to come all the way to Colombia for this, I will definitely not come back and would recommend you stay closer to salento to appreciate more of the eje cafetero.

The Hotel just has one restaurant opened. Long lines to get the food. To book the other restaurant is crazy they do not have spaces after 8 am if you are lucky to get in. The pool is small and the beverages are limited to simple coctels

Beware if you're booking from the USA. They charge your credit card right away and do not fully disclose their terms & conditions at the time of booking. The went above & beyond to come up with excuses to not give me a refund on a well document 'no show'. They kept stretching their "terms" as to not refund me. I met the requirements and they stole my money regardless. Also, they never answered their customer service number for the US. Deceiving and dishonest practices for sure. Save yourself a headache and your money.

Great for families, all animals around, games, daily activities, food all day around and the location right in the heart of the coffee grounds zone in Colombia which is another nice place of this beautiful country.

Any foreign traveler needs to know that there is no air conditioner in any of the rooms and no coffee pots. The staff are super courteous.

My children enjoyed the activities related with the farm. The pool should have a warm system, the water was cold for my children.

I have a good vacations there, the service can be better in the buffet and they have to planned the kids activities better because the employees have few supplies. If you pay your Panaca brazalete you have a fantastic time and so much fun, it’s the best choice. The restaurant La Herrería is very good in attention and food. In the lobby the people (more for kids) can interacting with horses, this is an amazing idea.

Resort is very enjoyable and secure. We noticed security making rounds at all hours making us feel safe. The road to the resort lacks lighting though. The dinner menu changes every day for the buffet with a theme, such as Mexican or Turkish food. Breakfast and lunch are delicious as well. The downsides are that the gym is small and reservation only as are the restaurants on the premises, so i never got to experience them. It is walking distance from panaca the theme park which was a fun time. There is WiFi signal around the resort. The pool has very short hours unfortunately.

Though the entrance is a little bit tricky and bumpy, the in-experience is pleasing. By the times of meals is too crowded and the lines usually take some 10 minutes.

Very good place to rest. Near to some of the best places in the Zona Cafetera such as Parque del Cafe, Salento and Valle del Cocora. Awesome people always available to help

If you want to be disconnected from the world and enjoy the outdoors with a wonderful weather this is the right place, the staff, the food, and the amenities were espectacular. I had a great time.
