We love our stay at Floresta! We got an awesome room and wake up every morning with the view of the mountains! Also the breakfast with fruits and fresh juice is very good and also included in the price! The hostel is really clean and you get fresh towels every day! You should also book the horse riding tour to the waterfall! This tour was one of our favourites in Columbia!

Noisy room with traffic at the door. Very hard rubber mattress. Don't get a room on the car park level. If you do, use ear plugs.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The owner is a super nice woman, who cares about the guests. The breakfast consists of eggs, fresh juice and fruits, and the most amazing part... it is served on the terrace with a beautiful view! After hiking, you can rest in the hammocks area.

Came here for a massage on our stay in Salento. Wonderful hour that soothed my legs after climbing mountains for several days!

Staff are so friendly and welcoming, definitely made our stay more pleasant. Room was clean and bathroom was nice. Nice, powerful shower with hot water. Comfy common area with sofas & hammocks, unlimited tea & coffee. Lovely breakfast included with eggs & local fruit. Highly recommend.

Nice hostel, - very clean, - friendly staff, - good breakfast (fruit, eggs, toast, jam and butter) But, I would appreciate - A warning that rubber boots are a good idea for horse riding (or that the tracks go through rivers and mud). - To have the laundry weighed precisely and in one piece, not every bag separately and rounded up. This way, we had to pay one kg more. - Not to knock on my door for four times and shout. If I don't open on the first knock, I don't want to be disturbed right know. - Toilet brushes.

With my wife, we have spent a nice time in La Floresta. The hotel is placed in a quiet area, but still just a few steps from the main square. The staff is very helpful, speaks English. They offer a variety of tours and trips.

This is probably my best hostel/hotel stay ever! If you’re debating staying here, just do it! The view- I stayed in a room with a gorgeous Mountain View. The location- it’s slightly (just a couple minutes walk) outside of town, so it’s more quiet / chill (even though there was some surrounding construction, I still absolutely loved my stay for all of the other reasons; plus the hostel can’t control what other people are constructing nearby anyhow so I didn’t mind too much). Value for your money- my room had an amazing personal jacuzzi. Very cool & totally worth it! Invaluable extra amenities- they offered a cheap and easily accessible bike rental for the day (super convenient!); as well as on site massages (also very affordable like $20 USD). Breakfast - solid and efficient. Eggs, toast, coffee, fruit and juice - perfect! Communication- they were also very responsive over WhatsApp as well as in person. (Great English via WhatsApp too). I have already referred several friends to stay here as this place was so amazing! Definitely stay in a Mountain View room with jacuzzi if possible - so affordable & you won’t regret it!
