If
it
wasn’t
for
the
slow,
inattentive
service,
I
would
have
given
it
5
⭐️.
It
took
us
a
very
long
time
to
order,
and
just
as
long
to
receive
our
food
(it
was
a
Friday
night,
perhaps
they
were
too
busy
or
short-staffed
in
the
dining
room
and
kitchen?).
I
was
really
impressed
to
see
that
the
owner
was
working
as
a
waiter
and
he
even
offered
us
an
extra
espresso
and
after
dinner
drink,
you
don’t
see
that
kind
of
old
school
dedication
very
often.
The
staff
is
very
friendly,
but
at
a
fine
dining
establishment
one
would
expect
their
wine
and
water
glasses
to
be
refilled.
The
complimentary
appetizer
(chorizo)
was
delicious,
and
the
bread
was
good
quality.
We
had
the
octopus
appetizer,
halibut,
and
filet
mignon.
All
was
excellent,
except
the
filet
mignon
was
rather
chewy
and
under
cooked.
The
espresso
was
perfect,
like
you
would
get
at
a
bar
in
Europe.
I
would
definitely
dine
at
Aquario
again,
just
hope
that
the
service
would
be
better.
They
also
offer
valet
parking.
