I bought a necklace online for my daughters birthday .Unfortunately it seemed a bit short when I saw it so I decided to go into Nottingham in person to see what I could find. The young lady that served was also Mrs Powell although we are in no way related.she was extremely helpful and took a lot of time to help this old lady ( I am nearly 80) Usually in shops people can't be bothered with my dithering and indecision,however Mrs Powell's patience was infinate and I finally chose some very pretty jewellelry. It was all so nicely packaged too. I am not very mobile so to go into town was a big effort for me,I must admit I was a little daunted but the whole experience was so pleasant I shall be making the trip again for my grandaughter's 18th in October..Thank you so much.DP.

We were shopping in town (Nottingham) today and were not planning a trip to Ernest Jones. We did have a look in the window however as it will be our Ruby wedding anniversary in July and my husband wanted to look at Ruby rings for me. We went into the shop where we were helped by Stevie. My husband asked to have a look at the Ruby rings and she brought them all out for us. Stevie was so lovely, really helpful and very knowledgeable about the rings. She gave us time to handle the rings and try them on. She said that we were welcome to photograph them and go away and have a think about what we wanted to do. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. She helped me to choose a ring and was extremely complimentary as to which ring suited my hand. Her customer service certainly swayed us to buy the ring today and not wait until nearer our anniversary. The downside is that my husband is hiding the ring now until 9th July 😂 All in all a fantastic experience and Stevie was absolutely wonderful!

Visited today for the first time. Nigel ensured a great experience, he was so knowledgeable about the piece of jewellery, and the back story of Le Vian. There were no pushy sales tactics just genuine friendliness and professionalism. The lady assistants were equally amicable. Absolutely love my purchase and would highly recommend a visit! We went looking for wedding rings today, after looking all around Nottingham we returned here which was our first port of call, and purchased two beautiful rings. The ladies especially Michelle we’re so helpful and lovely, and we were really happy with our experience in there. Would highly recommend.

Amazing jewellery. After looking in numerous shops for something nice I finally looked her and wasn't disappointed.

I bought my wife a gold bracelet cost over £500 3months ago, the thing fall apart. So tuck it back the very snotty assistant says it was pulled off ( no it wasn’t) so she wouldn’t do anything for me, this is the 2nd bracelet that was faulty of which I also returned with quality issues that is why I bought the 2nd one. Needless to say I won’t be buying anything from them again.
