A wonderful, welcoming place. I’ve been going here ever since I was a little little kid. I always get a bag of the 4 o’ Clocks and their Cinnamon Swirl Loaf, which is usually gone in less than a day. Everything here is baked with so much love, and the staff are always kind and selfless. I love the drawings they hang up as well, it makes the bakery that much more welcoming. But the real disappointing thing to me (and the only thing that brings down my review of this place) is the fact it now closes at 4. I remember coming here after school sometimes when I was younger, enjoyed grabbing some after a late doctor’s appointment, got it as a treat after getting a shot. It was a huge comfort for me. But now I can never get there before it closes. I’m not sure of the reasoning behind closing so much earlier, but I’ll miss grabbing something sweet on the way home.

I can’t believe I’ve lived in Annapolis for 4 years and only today went to Great Harvest for the first time. The smell when walking in the door was incredible and the staff was so helpful with recommendations. I went in to grab one pastry for breakfast and ended up leaving with a bagful of tasty goodies. Including some very adorable (and unbelievably delicious) fall themed loaves of white bread shaped as pumpkins and carrots! Best bread I’ve ever had! I can’t wait to go back!

Friendly staff. Delicious baked goods. I go for the morning sweets. Have to try the bread at some point.

This is a really good bakery. They make the bread, cookies, scones, and muffins in-house with much love. You can watch them doing it, and taste it in the products. Service is fast and friendly, and knowledgeable of the ingredients. Don't be turned off by the price as this level of quality is worth it. Very good experience.

First time visiting GHBC and it was grand. I didn't know it was there until coming in the area for a nearby establishment. I'm a HUGE bread lover and I totally loved the smells, the staff and the quaintness of this location. The 2 ladies from yesterday were superb. I picked berries and sour cream scone, a spinach and cheese scone and a 4 cheese roll. All 3 of them were so delicious, moist, flavorful and fluffy. I know I will be back. I will also share this with friends and on my social media sites.

A really friendly bakery. You can have samples while shopping in the store. For me, Butterscotch pecan muffin is amazing! Overall I’ll say the shopping experience here is nice.

I have been here a couple of times, and Great Harvest is quickly becoming the best bakery in Annapolis. Staff is knowledgeable and polite. They have a variety of goods that are priced adequately for what you receive. (Too many bakeries are decreasing the baked good size yet driving up cost). I have tried cookies, loafed breads, focaccia rolls, and more. All equally outstanding. Keep up the great work !
