Stay away. Booked an appointment weeks in advance to be advised on arrival that I need a patch test due to my olive skin tone. What a waste of my time. Why would you not book consultations in advance of treatment if this was the case? Are they only use to treating white people? Anyway, stay clear, unless you’re full white!

Don’t bother went to this clinic last year they are only bothered about taking ur money spent alot of money here waste of time the Botox don’t work the receptionist are very abrupt at times one in question better Clinic few doors down If u want people to know what ur having done sit in the waiting area then the receptionist will come in and shout what the dr wants u for gob smacked

Received a Skin Tech facial from Kiran and it was amazing! It was recommended from a friend and I never expected it to help my acne as much as it did! The specialist was so lovely and gentle with the treatment, and the reception staff were amazing too. Even got a free coffee while I waited for my appointment. Thank you for the amazing experience. Definitely recommending to everybody!! :) x

This was my first visit at park private for laser hair removal and I must say it has been an amazing experience with such effective results from 3rd session. Kiran was my consultant, I cant tell you how amazing and comfortable she made me feel. I will definitely be returning as I've not had such great results from anywhere else that I've tried. I highly recommend Dr Rehman at Park private clinic. From the first appointment, he was caring, helpful and so genuine. He has never been pushy, only ever giving honest advice. I have been delighted with the treatment received there and so would never go anywhere else. Aftercare is also second to none and he will always ensure you are happy with your treatment. He enquires about my family and had even looked into a condition affecting my step father, so that he can help with any questions I may have. Without a doubt the best.

Disgusting customer service. Had a tattoo removal appointment changed, via email, 2 hours before my appointment time, which I already had another appt in for. Told the appt I booked 4 weeks ago was given to someone else. Asked for clinic manager to call as no convenient appts left. Left another message a week later, with no reply so called again today. Clinic manager offered me an appt in the middle of the day which meant I would need to take a day off work (previous appt was booked for a Saturday well in advance) she then told me it wasn’t her job to chase me to book appts (not what she was doing at all), when I told her that I wasn’t expecting her to chase me for appts just the courtesy to return a call to try and sort this out, I was told they have thousands of customers and she had given me enough time and she was very busy, I asked for my deposit to be returned to which she said it was nothing to do with her and finance would call. Disgusting attitude, complete lack of customer service, and absolutely not bothered about customers.

I had appointment with Rosie for my black head and milia removal she has taken all of my milia in one appointment so happy with service definitely coming back!

Laura who did my laser is the best staff here. I cannot rate her enough. Most of the staff need to learn how to speak to people and give a good customer experience. My experience with Rosie is nothing but rude. Just because park private has been around for many years and is located in a prestigious area of Nottingham does not give them the right to talk down to people. Medical cosmetics in gamston really is miles better in terms of customer service. They can definately learn a thing or two from them.

I attended Park just over two years ago for the first time; I wanted information on Botox, how it worked, and if it could help me, The doctor took time to explain what it did and, as I was unsure, told me to think about it and contact the clinic if I wanted to book in. I did ... I wanted a natural look, not a frozen face; he very carefully injected me with a small amount in 3 areas and told me to go back in two weeks; after the two weeks, we both felt I needed more which I got for free and even a third time as my right eye wasn't quite as good as it should be, he thinks less and building on it is better. Hence, the client receives a natural look. So it's been two years now that I've been going; the doctor and everyone who works there are fantastic; about two years ago, I did ask for fillers, but the doctor just said I need to wait a while, maybe two or more years as my lines weren't bad enough, I am now booked in to have these done, I went again yesterday for one area, eyes, I rang at 9.30 in the morning, and they got me in at half ten... If your looking for a doctor who doesn't try to sell you products and goes on what you want, look no further. Seriously I can not recommend this clinic enough. So if you are sitting at home googling where to go to treat your lines, or if you have a condition your doc isn't taking seriously, contact these people.

I brought my newborn in because we had previously had to wait for hours at A&E. They asked us to fill in our babies details and we waited our turn. She checked baby's heartbeat and told us she couldn't prescribe anything because baby was so small and then took £95 to tell us to go to A&E. Disgusting

Posting on behalf of my mother: I am not happy with the fibroblast laser pen patch test treatment I received. The scabs on my face were significantly larger than they should have been - which made me question a lot about their procedures and standards. I was not given any advice about pre-treatment or post treatment do's and don'ts. My skin did not heal properly within the suggested time frame. I also had issues with appointments that they claim to have cancelled. When i made a formal complaint, it was eventually met by offering me just £100 worth of further treatment at the clinic itself and little explanation or apology for my bad experience... Overall, the customer service and care were very unprofessional, and I felt insulted at their unsatisfactory resolution offer.

This was by far the best private clinic I've used. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The clinic itself was lovely, I was even offered tea whilst waiting! Dr. Rehman was amazing, he took great care and was so helpful during my appointment and after. Overall a very caring and professional service.

I recently had a cervical smear test with Gill. She was brilliant from start to finish, she had multiple conversations with me before the test explaining my best options and gave my lots of advice. She wasn’t pushy in any way unlike other clinics I’d approached. I really felt that she had my best interest at heart. I received my results within in a week which I was extremely happy about. I would highly recommend Park Private Clinic.

Good area so you would assume professionalism from them however the owners are really there just for money and weird if you ask me. They over charge with poor results for laser hair removal.

I bought a few sessions for Laser Hair Removal. The procedure itself is done well and professionally, if not seemingly a little rushed. But, my results are great so far either way. The use of the cold air pipe is a great addition and helps any comfortableness due to the laser. In regards to the customer service, out of my 3 visits, 2 of them resulted in me waiting between 10-20 minutes for my appointment. Realistically, i expect to attend my booked appointment no later than 5 minutes. Overall, I would recommend as the procedure is of great quality, but be wary as waiting times can be longer than you would expect.

I had a venus lake on my lower lip that Shawana offered laser removal following my initial consultation. I had an important function in two weeks later and she assured me that the procedure would be completed. I arrived for my appointment at1pm and caught the train home at 2.15 pm. Two days before the event the resulting scab feel off leaving little or no evidence of the lesion, now it is completely healed. Four weeks and only one consultation followed by a check up appointment . I delighted with the result. Thank you Park Private Clinic.
