Never go to this pump. Its fully fake system and not a single employee works properly here. Manager is sleeping and not cared about customers

Very bad customer care and one of the staff was shouting and used bad words at customer . They are thinking that the customers are filling the fuel for free . There is no value for our money . These all are small things for us but we need to think that we are not taking anything free and we are paying for that . And please don’t ignore to go to the consumer court even it’s small incident for us .

#Bad customer service. #Air & nitrogen always not working. #Unless you specify normal, they will fill the extra mile even without asking. #Never give you points into card. I have been filling for last 1-2 months, they ask you to write it on a note book but never does it. They owe me almost 100 points.

There is a Nitrogen machine which is on repair or with some issues always. Employees also seem very rude to provide service. Extremely disappointed from the experience from this petrol station.

Staff interactions are very bad especially office staff . Air filling mechine always detective. Neither they add proper reward points no redeeming reward points. I think the reward points were distributed to the office staff.

Staffs behaviour was not good. They don't care about gpay..QR scanner not available instead a light xerox copy is attached which was not detected by gpay. Need to improve staffs behaviour.. I won't ever go there.

The night workers at this pump are not helping the customers at all. Customers who come in at night can be really annoying. I had the same experience the other day. These workers say that digital payments do not take place at this pump at night.

You have to be very careful while filling. Staff will start to fill with extra-mile petrol or diesel even after clearly telling the requirement is normal petrol or diesel. The same happend to me 2 or 3 times. Every time the staff who were filling petrol where different guys. It seems to be a planned effort from both management and staff to earn more profits and incentives by selling the premium fuel. One instance happened before me that a customer didn't got right amount of fuel. If you are filling from there you have to be extremely careful to escape from being cheated.
