The hotel has a very good ambience. We don't expect such a hotel. The hotel is very clean. Also the staff is super. I went there for a photo shoot. It is a very suitable place for photography. There is a bar hotel next to it and everyone is very nice there is a lot of parking space another thing I noticed is that there are a lot of solar panel they generate electricity from it very nice place.

Located near to Cherthala. This hotel is just a year old. Rooms are good. There is banquet hall for conducting functions. Car parking space is lavish.

We conducted our son's birthday function at Veliyil castle. The hotel has great ambience and wonderful atmosphere. They entire function was well organised and their staffs were incredibly helpful and polite. The food was amazing and every guest invited to the function had a great time and enjoyed the feast. Many thanks to all the staffs and GM (Jomon) for making the function memorable. We highly recommend Veliyil castle .

A new place, guess only a year old yet wonderful place to be with its location, good parking space, good ambience of the restaurant on ground floor. They have banquet setup for bigger functions like marriages, engagements, business conferences etc. Staff is friendly, helping and supporting; we were passing through the area as part of our long journey and happen to visit this place. The manager at the restaurant was helping and guided us to make the right choices for our food befitting our non-south Indian appetite.

Seems to be not very old. I came to the restaurant. Ordered different dishes for the group. Briyani was much below expected standards. For the time they took I thought I could expect some sizzling hot but the Porotta were just about warm. The chicken side dish was cold. The lime soda was without fizz and service ? The waiters were not to be seen. The outside looked great. And the washroom was clean. It's located right on the road and has plenty of parking

We have conducted a wedding function for 1000 people on 9th July. Hotel has done an excellent job organising the entire function efficiently. Food and service were excellent.

Very royal looking hotel with the best rooms and amenities. We had booked the entire hotel rooms and they have given special considerations. Would love you to stay there more!!

Admin and reception need a bit of groom up. We had booked for 2 days but reservation was made only for one. Check out process also bit long and needs more coordination with management. Size of TV in room needs to be bigger for the distance between bed and TV. Service at the restaurant was good but need more variety. But overall the stay was good.

I have attended a wedding function there...it's very easy to reach and have wide parking space but the way they treat their customers was really insulting and their planning was totally failed and food is also not upto the mark

Stayed at this amazing hotel for 3 days recently! Good food, good place and an amazing getaway. The staff of the hotel was really nice and friendly and rooms were clean. A comfort place for both business and holiday trips!

We had a pre booked lunch from here. Food was good, except special fish fry. That's a comedy, we got the special karimeen fish fry (pearl spot) very delayed, only after we completed the meal!😀 Very poor service.

Good ambience ;service is extremely poor;time and human resource management extremely poor;not safe to covene with guests more than 300; food is extremely delicious ;arrangement for dining ,wash area and desserts is unbecoming of a luxury business hotel;won't be a choice for our next event

It’s a great place to stay.... The staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious... Restaurant service are excellent & foods are delicious. Rooms condition also excellent. Well maintained hospitality. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Veliyil Castles hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.
