Great property, only problem is the road entry and exit as it is barely two lane. Food is good but above average pricey especially sea food. Tasty food excellent choices, sea food, pork, beef, chicken, mutton and vegetarian. Rooms decent size, clean, ac, safe, and fridge available. Staff good and efficient. It was not crowded so we were not having any challenges. Nice decor and good vintage books and antiques. Some for sale even.

It is a stop over place in my long distance travel. The place is very clean and the food is tasty. The staff is very friendly and courteous

Pathetic discriminatory behaviour and unprofessional rude attitude from the restuarant supervisor Jayakumar. We walked in for breakfast and he didn’t offer us a menu and randomly comes and tells us vaguely 3 items ‘Dosa chapati and porotta’ . We had to further probe to find out what was the curries being served with it. The only other people who walked in for dining seated at the next table were foreigners and they were greeted with a smile and offered a menu card immediately on being seated and also he was telling them items which were not even told to us. Overall if this is a 4 star hotel as you claim to be then should put in the efforts for that as well in training staff especially supervisors and not show discriminatory behaviour between local people and foreigners even in the kind of food offered. Would put no star if that was an option.

Amazing food! The whole experience from start to finish was great.The menu was truly impressive and grand. The food can’t get better and the prices are fair. The staffs were very polite and humble. The ambience is awesome and the peace and quite can be addictive. Always a great spot for delicious food…

Spacious and beautiful party hall. Can conduct marriage functions,family functions,get-togethers,etc. Ample car parking space.

Stopped in at this place around 5:00pm today for tea and snacks, walked into an empty restaurant with no one attending, sat there for some time before a gentleman walks in speaking on the phone and walks out, the same chap still on the phone gives us the menue and walks out again, felt like they are doing me a favour. Left the place immediately and drove into a small tea shack down the road, it was a much better experience there and friendly folks having tea there.

Food was an average experience. Not at all value for money . Can get way better option at very cheap price

A new star hotel with all amenities. Everything fresh and clean. If you don't book your food in advance at the restaurant, the wait may go by more than half an hour. Food quality was average earlier but has improved much lately.

I would have given a good rating given the ambience, neatness, service and infrastructure. But unfortunately, I can only give 2 stars given the taste and quality of the food served to us in the restaurant was pathetic (27 May lunch). This probably was the worst(tasteless and bland) meal I have had during my holiday in Kerala. I m not sure if the cook was having a bad day but I am hesitant to eat here again.

Well first of all this not a review for the rooms available there and idk nothing about the rooms, foods or rates for stay. We took the place for lease for conducting a night function and the vibe was excellent..!!! If you are looking for a night function utilise the outer space , this place gives the best night vibes.

Beautiful stay. Awesome surrounding, amply parking space and kids to play around. Superb cozy rooms. Excellent washroom. Great service desk. Totally recommended for stay in Vaikom.

The food quality is very bad. The food is even not properly boiled itself. Had faced issues multiple times. If you are looking for hotel ambience and parking space you can try out this reasturent and had bad quality food. Service is just average only

Auditorium can accomodate maximum 400 people. No seperate dyning area.Hall seperation is possible by the movable partition screen available. Sufficient parking space. Accessible from Kottayam amd Vaikom

I've stayed in many 5 star and 4 star hotels in Kerala. There's a manager in heritage plaza . He thinks it is the only good hotel in kerala. The well maintained aesthetic beauty of the property is just ruined by his horrific attitude to customers. We pay for the service not for his attitude. The management must rethink about having such a bad mannered staff.

Ambience and rooms are very good. But the person sitting in the front office is terribly rude.His name seems to be Suraj. Why keep people like this in such a good institution.....
