This is an over-rated resort for sure. 5 Start resort with just 3 Star facility. We stayed here with family for a night. - The room was mediocre, not maintained well. As we entered the room we felt that odor from the bathroom. It was stinking and flies were around the commode. Immediately informed the housekeeping about this, but not addressed until check-out. - All the bathroom fittings were loose. The wash basin tap was turning around by its own. - The electronic safe locker which was available in the room was not working. - Food which was delivered to room was not cleared until check-out. - The pool was left unattended all the time. We could see small kids running around the pool, but no staff were present to look over. - Dinner buffet was of Rs. 950, but had very few selection of food with 2 non-veg items. I would be happy to pay maximum 450 for this, but 950 is way too much. - Mosquitoes in room. - Bar was not functioning. Got to know that license was not renewed, and still they say the reason "due to covid" - The parking lot is in some other plot outside the resort campus. We have to walk in the public road after parking to enter the resort. Also when we were returning, so many cars were parked back to back due to which our car could not be taken out. Had to walk again to security and wait for the other car owners to come and move their vehicle. Sad state of affair for a 5 star hotel. - Only good thing is that the pool was good and kids enjoyed in the pool very much.

I really love this place. Best place to have a cozy day. The property is spread across 3acre land with water front. I would recommend it for family meet-ups or who ever needs a break from the busy schedule. The staffs are so welcoming that we always find it comfortable as home, to interact. I have been here recently and couple of times before and would strongly recommend this place.

All star for location and a great bunch of staff.. food is very very bad. Please work on it. Mr Ullas is a very good at Guest Relations. Other like Ms Gopika and a few young ladies always smiling .. The staff is very warm and so thoughtful. We had our friends reunion and they were so welcoming and warm and considerate. The place is beautifully and is maintained well too. Only issue I faced is the food, if they work on it, some items are good but some are too bad .. it will be great if the management work on this part.

The place is good for a one day getaway from your work with family to get a quick break. The rooms were nice and the staffs were exceptional. They would go the extra mile to address your needs. They offer completely boating, fish feeding and snacks. The food quality is also great. Point of improvement is the maintenance. Believe the maintenance is still going on after the covid.

Had booked this room for a family vacation. We throughly enjoyed the experience and stay! Rooms very pretty HUGE and had pretty much everything that you needed. Some rooms do require some bit of repair, but certainly value for money. Lunch, Breakfast & Dinner options are amazing!

Good food and accommodation but bad service. They don't have much manpower.

Very good ambience, good place to stay and enjoy with family. Rooms are great, required little maintenance. All staff are polite and very helpful. Food was awesome. Pool was good and cleaning was done regularly. Amenities includes kids play area, cycling, pedal boat in a small pond, boating for 30 mins into the backwaters, swimming pool and indoor games available. No liquior. To stay with family it's a good option, its around 40 km from lulu mall Kochi, near turavur.

Really good rooms and food. But indoor activities was under maintenance as it is taken over by new management. Thus giving it 4 star

Very Good Hotel and a super location.The hotel is under new name that plumeria lake resort and Spa.

Ideal location for a quick break. Friendly staff and excellent amenities. Chai Kada Cheta is too good and a must visit to sip in some of the best tea. There was also a cultural program organised in the evening. Rooms are very spacious and well stocked. Planing to visit again next winter.

Giving a 4 star rating owing to more pros compared to cons. Pros: 1. Peaceful and serene property. 2. Top notch service and guest experience. 3. Hassle free parking. 4. Wide variety of services. Cons: 1. Food was not value for money- quality and quantity wise not to the level of a star hotel. 2. Felt food menu was limited. 3. Lacking a bit in cleanliness per star hotel standards. Visited the property on 5th Feb 2022.

Nice property located in a calm and serene place on the banks of backwaters. Lot of space for activities. They will take you for a boat cruise in the evening, which is a good experience. They have a very nice pool. There are limitted number of floating cottages available. The propery is neat and clean and is well maintained. Regarding food, yeah menu was average and less options for desserts. Over all a decent experience.

Stayed here some 7 years back when the property was still new, again in feb 2022 for a day visit, the property looks a little aged but still maintained pretty well, nice in the evening, but was a little too hot during the day even to use the pool. Food was good

Good serene location. Good welcome(was provided with cold towel when we checked at noon). Good photo spots. A good chaaya kada which has complementary tea/coffee/snacks in the evenings n mornings. Chaayakada Appupan is cool. Dinner was a letdown - Too expensive and menu had too little to offer. Breakfast was the best I have had in a long long time. You name it, they have it. We stayed in a floating villa with a big jacuzzi. The rooms too were different - Victorian Era themed. Loved every minute of the stay. The staff is very courteous and happy to accommodate requests.

Had an enjoyable stay with family over the weekend... Lot of effort has gone into showcasing Kerala architecture / culture in the lobby area especially and all other buildings / rooms in general. A Keralite but might find it little overwhelming, but would be a treat to the eye 👀 for non-Keralites. Food was delicious and in good quantity including a sumptuous breakfast. Rooms are maintained well except for a bathroom leak. You have lot of options within the property to take strolls, do some cycling, pedal boating, play badminton etc.

Amazing place to stay.... especially with family..nice spacious rooms, Good service, they have small tea shop near to the lake which is awesome...Lake view, boating, heritage home, floating room...great and peaceful place to stay highly recommend....Area of improvement they need to improve their restaurant menu which is very limited..

Beautiful resort. Had a complimentary boat ride on the back waters. People are very helpful and service was upto the mark. Beautiful ambience, culture of Kerala shown. Spacious rooms and good food
