I am a big fan of Indian coffee houses!❤️ Have you ever noticed that they maintain a special unique recipe throughout their branches? Also, they are maintaining a very good ambience inside! Those white-suited waiters make us feels we are in a palace! I just loved this place!!! 😀

Had a bad experience. Went to have beef cutlet, but it wasn't available so gave order for Chicken. To my surprise what came was veg cutlet. When I bring it to the notice of the waiter he was pretty rude and try to educate me that this is how they serve chicken cutlet here. I had do a lot of argument with the person at the Billing to charge only for Veg Cutlet.

Had a coffee and chicken cutlet from this ICH and became a fan of both! These are definitely a must-try from here.

The porotta and chicken curry I took home were divine but man the biryani was okay je. It had pineapples and raisins which were totally not in my lane so that's a hard pass from me. The passion fruit shake tho, superb. The sugary goodness with the crunchy seeds intact were one of its kind. I loved it so much.

Biriyani is good and pieces are also available. Can't complaint.

The well known brand of hotel chain in Kerala. This particular branch is here since 25+ years. All the dishes have their signature tastes and some dishes have a different taste as per branch. Cherthala branch have plenty of seats and it’s a good place to eat, but there is no parking since it’s next to the bus stand and in a busy location. If you are coming by Car, then you will have to park it somewhere and walk here.

Here we can buy.. foods.. we get sooo many foods items from here.the food is very delicious 😋.. i like the food very much but the hotel is not very clean.. it has some dirt... And the service of the hotel is just okey.. but the food serving is very slow.. and the atmosphere is also okey..

First of all there is I guess these guys have to renovate it. There is no parking space for customers. Good service.

Had a disappointing experience with the chicken biryani order yesterday. Received an undercooked leg piece 🍗, Despite informing the staff, no action was taken, and they claimed no other complaints were received. Overall, a frustrating and unsatisfactory dining experience. Disappointing service overall. 😒

Worst experience ever! Ordered a egg sandwich ! They brought in two white bread( plain) with crushed boiled egg in between, tasteless! Cutlets had no flavor! Chicken omlette tasted like beef roasted! Poor customer service! Worst ambience! Do not go with NAME!

Indian coffee house cherthala is nearly to cherthala ksrtc busstand. There is no additives in their fud. Mostly good food is preparing there. There is adequate seating arrangements also for family. Good service. I loved it

Today is very bad day for me, because of the i am onthe way to kumarakom morning I was taken breakfast from this coffee house then i got a very bad dealing and waste food.. When i am travelling always choosing coffe house in other locations.. Here is too bad.. Never i did not go coffee house in next time... Resons 1,When i was waiting for waiter nobody responded 20minutes.. Then only waiter came, i lost my time 2, only chappathi and Gheerost available that time 3 i was ordered chappathi and veg curry.. So chappathi is very hard no hot, this i understood not fresh items which is balance last day served.. 4, In veg curry i found one hair piece Tottally got a trouble from this coffe house.. I didn't complaints raised because of the time already spoled my time this guys.. Thanks a lot i am stopped with coffee house food.

Not a great CCD outlet. Premises look clean but the coffee was inexcusable. Terrible coffee that had to be abandoned after two sips. The rest room is bearable.

The worst coffee I have ever had in my life! It tasted like weak milky tea (had ordered a strong coffee), and had to walk away after just a sip. Garbage!

We were traveling to Kollam and stopped there for breakfast. The cleanliness was close to zero. The vara was cold and it was like an ulli vada was made into a ulundu vada. Worst ICH experience ever!

Almost every items are available here (both veg and non veg). The major issue I faced here is about the parking area. This coffee house is on the road side. So there is no place for parking our vehicles. Apart from that, this is one of the best restaurant in Cherthala.

Its an ordinary restaurant. You will get tasty food with a decent price. Beef curry is 85 RS but i felt quantity is less. Porota was awesome.

Coffie, Veg cutlet and masaladosas are very,,yammy 😋 but outdated interior and furnitures feel too much dairt inside the restaurant .so need to change it to impressing all type of customers who consider both hygiene and teast.
