I
had
an
incredibly
disappointing
experience
at
this
hotel
due
to
the
rude
behavior
of
the
lady
receptionist
and
staff.
From
the
moment
I
arrived,
I
was
met
with
curt
responses
and
a
complete
lack
of
willingness
to
assist.
It
felt
like
they
were
doing
me
a
favor
by
allowing
me
to
stay
there.
This
unpleasant
attitude
continued
throughout
my
stay,
making
me
feel
unwelcome
and
undervalued
as
a
guest.
I
strongly
advise
against
staying
at
this
hotel
if
you're
looking
for
a
pleasant
and
respectful
hospitality
experience.
Throughout
my
stay,
interactions
with
the
staff
consistently
left
a
bitter
taste.
It's
evident
that
proper
training
in
customer
service
and
interpersonal
skills
is
very
much
lacking
among
the
staff
members.
A
hotel
stay
is
supposed
to
be
an
opportunity
to
relax
and
enjoy
oneself,
but
the
behavior
of
the
staff
at
this
hotel
turned
it
into
nightmare.
I
sincerely
hope
that
the
management
takes
this
feedback
seriously
and
invests
in
training
their
employees
to
treat
guests
with
the
respect
and
hospitality
they
deserve.
