Very rude attitude from the receptionist and manager. We booked a room for 2 hours for a groom make-up and we were told that only 2 persons were allowed in the room and extra charges will be applied to extra person. We informed that it will take only 30 minutes to complete the makeover and they were very rude towards us. Management please not to conduct an housekeeping and guest relationship class to your staff. If you don't give a damn towards your customers they will not support you.

The buffet breakfast and buffet lunch was very nice. Especially seafood items. Swimming pool at rooftop. Shaving kit not provided in the bathroom.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel due to the rude behavior of the lady receptionist and staff. From the moment I arrived, I was met with curt responses and a complete lack of willingness to assist. It felt like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to stay there. This unpleasant attitude continued throughout my stay, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a guest. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you're looking for a pleasant and respectful hospitality experience. Throughout my stay, interactions with the staff consistently left a bitter taste. It's evident that proper training in customer service and interpersonal skills is very much lacking among the staff members. A hotel stay is supposed to be an opportunity to relax and enjoy oneself, but the behavior of the staff at this hotel turned it into nightmare. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and invests in training their employees to treat guests with the respect and hospitality they deserve.

We experienced very bad behavior and service from this hotel. After seeing the behavior of the manager Thomas, I felt like a shopkeeper in a market.👎

The service during the checkout was very dis trustful. They suspected we took their small hand towel, which is suprising since it wud look crazy to go through that trouble to take a towel.

Checkout procedures was too humiliating. They suspect that we took their small items like bath towel and all. It felt cheap and never seen in any other hotels.

Room was fine. Even if we went after ten, the manager provided food and the fried rice was of too large portions. The manager was good in dealings. But morning the lady in the counter, while we were checking out, was not fine in dealings- she kind of humiliated us, as if we are taking things from the room, such as towels or bedsheets. This is absurd and was disgusting. We had to wait in the scorching sun for the lady to finish the room checks after we gave the key. Horrible attitude.

We have visited their Restaurant named Kalavara for breakfast. Worst experience I ever had. Waiter was very rude to us and he has served us like we were eating without paying. We ordered dosa and puri. But dosa was very worst. We are very disappointed. I think management has to give training to all staff or appoint qualified and efficient staff.

We went for lunch to this place. Meals and paratha was really good. The place is neat and tidy overall.

We had onasadya here... personally I didnt like the room they served the sadya. About sadya it was not bad but since the food was cold and the paripu payasam already finished..it didn't went as expected.. Overall felt like ''thatti kuuttu".

Worst dine-in experience. Had chicken biriyani. The taste was below average. Too expensive.

Don't eat in this restaurant poor service and no tasty waste of money , fish curry with meals is useless totally waste.

It's good for travel convenience and roadside of highway , commutation and staff service is good. , Clean rooms and washrooms .

Clean ambience, well mannered staff, decent food portion... they told seer fish kerala fish curry (350+gst). The curry was just red colored gravy with no taste and fishes were not seer fish as they mentioned. Very sure that it was not prepared by a kerala cook. Chicken biryani was good but oily

I am a regular visitor of this restaurant as my place of work is closer to this. Let me say, if you wanted to try traditional style Kerala food this is one of the best pick in the area. Their typical rice and fish curry is really yummy. But, its not limited to certain dishes, they maintain the quality good services and nice facility. Cheers to Abaam team :)

Prominently situated on the highway with parking. Very clean restrooms. Food could be better

The food is decent and the price is reasonable too. If you're driving a car, they'll let you park inside, if you're riding a bike/motorcycle you'll have to park outside (they'll not let you park inside for some reason). On a lighter note, I'm not sure if they let you enter at all if you go there on foot.

Food was just average. Not as per the rate. Bad hospitality. Waiting time More than 45 min for the food. Even water came after 10-15 min on table. Starter came along with food..!! Bad experience

This is a review of the Kalavara restaurant located at ground floor of abaam pearl hotel. This restaurant has a wide variety of North Indian and Chinese veg and non veg items. But last time when asked for veg north indian items.. some of them were not available like bindi masala, peas fry etc.. Rest service, cleanliness, food taste and quality are top notch. Parking area is on top of a slope in front of the hotel.
