Food quality is retained as in all other branches of Indian Coffee House. Good service and maintained hygienically. Tasty food and pricing at par with other branches. Enough parking and easily visible from the Highway. Courteous staff and serve food with minimum delay. A place for travellers towards Alapuzha.

Situated just beside NH66 Highway, this Coffee House has ample car parking (around 10 - 12 cars), enough tables to cover around 50 customers at a time and a small hall. It is a well- lit building and a good space to have a quick bite for travellers. Rest everything is more or less like all other coffee houses. Staffs are well Mannered. Recommended...

My 3rd ICH visit at 3 places in 3 weeks I should say ICH is loosing its credibility through serving unpleasant tasty food. The beef curry has became extremely spicy since last few months. The cleanliness at the wash areas, the toilets are all pathetic. Kottayam YMCA indian coffee house toilet is a disaster

Poor service. Lost it's old charm. Food also not great. Better veg Restaurants available nearby. Attitude of waiters are bad.

Pathetic food. Gradually deteriorating food quality. They are the best in food quality when I was in my childhood. Now it's just a Buisness running for paying salary to hotel staffs. Not even realising that the purpose is to service authentic Indian food to customers.

Best place for cutlet and coffee all over kerala

This is my first time visiting the Indian Coffee House in Eramalloor. The food is just average. We had chicken cutlets, then a cup of Bournvita and coffee. If you're en route to a distant place and if you would like to have a quick bite or a cup of coffee, then we can get it, get refreshed, and move on. Otherwise, I do not know if the food is delicious there. It has got parking space in front of it, and the prices are not so cheap, not so high.

The place was decent. Service was good. Food was okay only. They have an Ac room to sit and a washroom as well. The chicken cutlet was ok

We planned a trip to Alappuzha, on the way to our destination stopped for Breakfast in the Indian Coffee House. we had masala dhosa with Vada and chapathi with veg kuruma, food is good and service is good as well. Definitely try out once if you're on the way or planning to go that way.

Good place for tea,coffee and snacks. I tried chicken cutlet from here and it was tasty. The parking area is also good

I recently visited Indian Coffee House and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. I ordered both the chicken biriyani and beef biriyani, but neither dish tasted good. The flavors were off, and the overall taste was not what I was expecting. The spices used in the biriyanis were not balanced. the quality of the food was not up to the mark. While the restaurant's atmosphere was pleasant, with friendly service and a comfortable seating arrangement, the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. I was disappointed with the lack of attention paid to the taste of the dishes and the overall quality of the food. As a customer, it is frustrating to pay for a meal that does not meet expectations. I was hoping for a better experience at Indian Coffee House, and unfortunately, it fell short in terms of the quality of the food. While I understand that everyone's taste buds are unique, the food I received was simply not up to par. I would not recommend this restaurant to others based on my experience, and I will not be returning.

The quality of the food here is very low. We are order chicken cutlets,but it tastes like vegetable cutlet. It doesn't contain any chicken but it filled with potatoes 🥔. And the chicken biryani and fried rice these two are in very low quality.

Tasty food with pocket friendly and great Staff...

A taste which almost everyone in Kerala knows. They have the same taste for all the dishes across all the branches. This branch has ample parking in front of the restaurant and dine in place for around 30-40 people in one go.

Masala dosa, Porotta etc is great. Recently i had chicken fry from there but it was not that great. So I won't recommend that. Rest everything is fine and good. Friendly staffs, Good service and good food. Better than nearby coffee houses.

Very poor service and quality of food. Staff are irresponsible. Ordered one ghee roast. Got sauce and salad instead of chutney and sambar. Chicken fry received was prepared days back.

We order a full beef curry, but the quantity was not adequate even for a single person. Then we order an extra gravy for two porottas.. the quantity was also less.. you can check the photos ..I don't recommend this Indian Coffee House

Its far cheap and neat as compared to a fast food roadside shops. Keep eating from a reputed and trusted place.

It lost it's quality, only we enjoyed the coffee and tea. Masala dosa and all sub standard quality. Service is fast but the second order may not come. Below average, nothing more.

The service was very fast. 4 of us ordered the same food, the portions served were varying in quantity some how. The taste was good though. Vehicle re-entry to the NH was a bit of struggle, because of the height difference between the plot and the road. (as on 16th June 2022).

1. Food is just average when compared to other ICH outlets 2. Service is pathetic. The waiters are just like Govt employees. They have trained themselves to be slow and lazy. 3. Cleaning staff are also very slow. When someone finishes their meal and another person takes his turn in the seat, it takes minimum 15 minutes to clear up the plates and take order. Such a worst experience with Eramallur Indian Coffee House. Never recommended.

Good restaurant on the highway. Tasty food with reasonable price

Been a fan of ICH from Mumbai. Saw this place while driving down and had to stop. The Ginger Lemon and coffee were passable. The chicken biriyani was very disappointing

Easily visible and accessible area in the highway side. Adequate parking area for almost 10 to 12 cars. Hygiene is maintained and good food also served. Staff behaviour is also good. Famous for the cutlet and sauce as well as masala dosa like all other indian coffee house outlets.

A good place to dine. Tasty food and good behaviour of the staff. Good parking area. Neatness is just above the average only but not bad. Kerala porotta and egg roast is too good. One shortcoming I felt is, there is no digital payment. A guaranteed choice.....

The food served is tasty and delicious. As they have a traditional name, "Indian Coffee House" that brand name is kept in all services and food provided. Value wise the dishes are changed on a minimal rate. Sufficient parking space are available in front of the restaurant. Can be easily accessed from highway.

When we talk about this Coffee house. It is a good location near NH 66 with delicious food. But the behaviour of the fatty person who does the billing is extremely pathetic. He doesn't even know how to behave. At the time of bill payment, i had an experience with him. He was shouting at me, just because my ATM card doesn't worked once in their antique ATM machine. After two attempts, it worked. That moment was extremely like hell. If the management is seeing my review, please don't entertain such doings from the staff. Really feeling shameful by seeing such stupid behaviours in our God's own Country!!!!
