In
Holy
Cross
Hospital
for
obesity
and
weak
immune
system
therapy.
I
was
told
the
main
goal
of
the
hospital
is
to
rejuvenate
the
ailing
body.
I
understand
going
through
the
fluxing
of
liver
and
kidney
and
alimentary
canal
uing
plant
products,the
toxicity
and
anti
oxidants
destroyers
built
through
different
Life
style
are
flushed
out
of
the
system.
The
approach
is
via
food
drink
and
fruit
Throughout
the
day
one
receive
s
drink,
fruit,
or
food,
the
portions
are
controlled,
I
found
first
three
days
difficult
to
adjust,
but
soon
I
bounced
to
my
self
good
and
happy.
Right
around
noon,
starts
what
I
call
breaking
of
the
body,
literally
and
it
heals
after
one
hour,
at
least
for
me.
What
I
mean
is
the
patients
are
exposed
to
hot
oil
body
massage,
slapping
which
starts
in
slow
motion
but
intensifies.
Heavy
such
that
dome
echoes
the
sounds
of
slaps
on
the
body.
Believe
me
it
is
tolerable,
Do
Not
Afraid.
Then
comes
the
hot
pebbles
in
a
pouch,
this
pouch
touches
the
body
for
a
second
and
in
a
dancing
rhythm
touches
all
the
parts
of
a
body.
O
have
never
experienced
this
therapy
ever,
I
personally
could
feel
each
cell
dancing
to
this
heat
rhythm.
Next
is
herb
paste
in
hot
oil,
plastered
on
joints,
Ahh,
it
is
soothing.
Finally
the
steam
bath,
wasn't
my
liking,
I
got
Temp
lowered
to
my
tolerance.
They
have
different
combos
for
different
ailments.
The
staff,
makes
the
place
outstanding,
Starting
with
Sr.
Dr.
Nancy
Varghese.
Pleasant,
gentle
smile,
fills
in
your
chart
with
all
tiny
details
you
say
or
to
the
questions/
answers
she
asks.
Dr.
Vishnu
Mohan,
polite
and
great
in
response
and
answers.
Massage
team
Soli,
the
star
hands
and
fingers,
Reshmi
and
Jaya,
serve
well
with
a
purpose
and
smile.
Food
team
Bindhu,
Shylamma,
Prasad,
honest,
timely
delivery
of
hot
freadh
food
or
drink.
Sister
Jane,
outstanding
caretaker
for
all
other
needs
of
stay.
The
entire
staff
serves
with
a
purpose,
smile
and
above
all
respect.
I
find
this
simple
place,
excellent,with
no
success
stories
yet
every
day
is
a
success.A
unique
place
to
rejuvenate
your
ailing
body
by
using
ancient
Indian
wisdom
applying
to
current
times
of
life
style
ailments.
Thanks
to
all
who
make
this
place
beautiful.
Dr.
Mary
D
'Souza.
