Niva waterways... Worth the visit. We came to know about the place after googling so much for a trip on short notice. But it was more than what we expected. The place is about 40 minutes from Vyttla and the place is easily accessible. This lake facing home has 3 good rooms and a neat toilet. A perfect place for families with children and also for the friends team. A lot of activities and games just in front of the room. Water activities were totally free and the games including the volleyball in the water attracted a lot. The only few drawbacks are we have to either carry food for dinner or book through swiggy. The host had a really good behaviour and cooperative mentality .

Our stay at Niva waterways was very memorable. With a warm welcome, the host had kept the rooms ready, cleaned and cooled. The food was homely, tasty and healthy. The location of the place is the catch. With a beautiful view of the backwaters, we can enjoy the sunny days and the moonlit nights from the room. The fun games in the backwater is the major attraction. Safe and easily doable for all age groups. Our family visited this place twice and my children (aged 13 and 10), had real good time in the waters, with kayaking, rowing, surf board, volleyball in the waters and swimming.... It was true fun.... Quite memorable for all of us. And all of this is topped up with the genuine and warm services of the host, who actively takes part in our activities, at the same time ensuring that we do not cross the safety parameters. Altogether, Niva waterways is an experience to be cherished !!!!!

Loved this place. 1) Rooms are spacious 2) bathroom is so clean 3) Many activities, water badminton, carroms, cricket, chess 4) they will take you in lake in boats 5) swimming in lake 6) awesome food, try duck and beef 7) super friendly people I feel its best place for family get-together or a chill out place for friends I give 5/5 for everything.

Amazing location, accommodation and hospitality. My parents stayed at this beautiful place for to celebrate my father’s birthday and really enjoyed hospitality by Shiju. We could not have thought of such memorable experiences and birthday celebration. Great job guys 👍

Truly amazed by this awesome place. Great place for water activities, as they have trained professionals and the required safety gears. The rooms are clean, very hygienic and the home food is to die for. What makes the place a cut above others, are the hosts Mr. n Mrs Shiju who personally take care of their guests with lots of care and love. Must visit. 5/5💕

We recently stayed at this beautiful resort and were blown away by the stunning scenery and picturesque lake views. The resort itself was well-maintained and offered a wide range of water sports activities, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The lake was crystal clear and perfect for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding. We even tried our hand at water skiing and had an absolute blast. One of the things we loved most about this resort was the peacefulness and tranquility of the surroundings. We spent many hours simply relaxing by the lake and taking in the natural beauty around us. Overall, we had a fantastic time at this resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with plenty of opportunities for water sports and outdoor activities.

The bedrooms were roomy, tidy, and had lovely furnishings and beautiful bed linens. The breakfast was fantastic and included a tonne of options! The staff was attentive and went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were at ease. There was nothing too difficult. Overall, a fantastic experience that is affordable

It's the best place to stay in! A stay where adventure meets luxury! The owner is extremely generous and caring. He went of out of his way to take care of us. A very safe place for a only girls trip too. We played badminton in water(how cool is that!) All the activities were superb. Din't feel like leaving the place

Accomodation and surrounding environment was very nice. They have a beautiful water body and beautiful boats etc . On 28th November,22 my birthday was celebrated by them in the water body including cake cutting and music/ dance by the staff. Had lots of fun

One of the most Mannered and Disciplined Host, Mr. Shiju,. Even though our trip was very sudden. He arranged all the things on time. Also took all care of us.! And most beautiful stay where you can find in the backwater spot with privacy. Also the water sports games; Inside water Badminton and volley ball court is must try. Also all indoor games too are available. Do give it a try if you’re a person, couple or a group looking for a private backwater spot.; It’s 10/10

Great place for a weekend trip, friends get together, family outing etc.. You can play volleyball and badminton in the water enjoying the lake on one side..which was a great experience. Evening ride through the vembanattu lake was also memorable. They serve tasty kerala breakfast as complementary.. The rooms are super clean and well equipped with all the essentials. Especially the toilets seems to be well cleaned and maintained. Apart from all these, their behavior to the guest is one major positive attraction. Everyone at the property are so helpful. They are available for all our needs and will give proper guidance in water as well. So this is one of the best properties we have stayed in alappuzha.

A great place for enjoying weekends! Its beautiful place to enjoy with family or friends. The ambience is amazing and the service of staff alsi appreciated. Definitely will come back again!

A hidden gem on the backwaters We stayed for a couple of nights at Niva waterways. This was a getaway for the extended family to spend some time together - elderly parents and teenage children included. The experience at Niva exceeded all our expectations. The host Mr. Shiju is an industry veteran in the hospitality field. His passion for hospitality and the lengths he is willing to go to delight his guests is commendable. His assistants are also equally committed and passionate. Everyone in the family could enjoy various water activities - like kayaking, canoeing, stand-up board etc. Even those who were scared of water initially were found kayaking in the early morning next day. Food sourced from a neighbourhood chef was excellent. Both veg and non veg kerala items. Some of the items were so delicious that some of us were pestering the chef to share his recipes when he came over for a visit. Overall, we had an excellent time. Those who would like to do things a bit different, and prefer a bespoke experience than a generic resort stay should definitely consider Niva waterways.

A great place for a family get together Beautiful property with a nice ambience. The Host is friendly and ready to help you at any time. The room's in the property are facing towards lake. Really worth staying and enjoying the beauty of nature. The property is very well maintained and the hospitality of the staffs are very much comforting

Fantastic property and a true gem to find for a perfect fun filled vacation! Rooms were super clean and extremely well designed with AC! There are outdoor swings to relax and the property gives you plenty of water sports options like canoes, kayaks, stand up paddle, water volleyball or just swimming deep into Vembanad lake and exploring nearby islands!!! My only disappointment was the variety of food that was served but the property host is really helpful, so you can personalize food suggestions and timings for a better experience 💯 overall, an excellent place one should not miss in Cherthala!!

My friends and me had a wonderful moments at Niva Water Ways.. Beautiful and hygienic resort. The hospitality of the people is very commendable. They arranged a boat ride and we played in the lake.. such a beautiful evening.. they served very yummy food. We felt very homely. It is a good place to spend a vacation..

They have a number of options for sport, like basketball, water sports, kayaking, swimming, cricket, etc. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with all facilities making it a perfect place for family outings or a friends reunion.
