Nice place for chill out. Yummy food

Great ambience and competent staff. I like that there's such a cafe in Cherthala at a not so crowded location with enough parking space nearby. The menu is decent and inexpensive and this is the biggest selling point of Papiliop. The fries are one of a kind and worth mentioning and the cheese fries had more quantity than I expected. They sanitize the place after each customer, which is also above expectations. I reduce one star because the burger buns were soggy. Just toasting the insides of the buns is enough to prevent it from getting soaked with the sauces. Also, I wasn't given a glass of water until I asked for it, even though I was there for about 30 mins. Rest assured, this is a place I will visit again and I hope to see improvements.

The place is very popular, all the employees are friendly and well mannered. I like pepper varieties of Chicken Al-Faham here. They also have a wide varieties of juice, shakes, mojito as well. They are providing QR for ordering and browse items in menu list. Congratulations for adopting these kind of upgrades to our digital world which makes easily accessible This place is perfect for a dinner with friends/family.

Cowboy burger - One of the best burgers I have had in my life. But the wait for food is killing. Really need to speed up on delivering to the table. The wait is worth it though. Will definitely visit again but will order and pay in advance if possible to wait the painful wait for food. Visited again yesterday after placing my order on the phone. The burgers and fries were ready when I reached and were amazing to eat. Tried the Double Patty beef and Double Patty chicken burgers. Yummy Yummy 😋🤤. I am in heaven ❤️👍🙏 11/10 Repeat visit today. Wanted to have burger and fries before a movie, but the burger was so delicious that decided to order another one and skip the movie. Its totally worth it!!!

This place is good for the night out. We can place order through QR code that provided them in each table. You can also go with your family and children. They provide small time passing games . That will not bored you when you waiting for the food. They doesn't provide enough parking area . But you can park in the opposite of cafe , near the canal side.

Had a wonderfull experience. Burgers were great Mocktails were extraordinary. Ambience was superb. Must visit restro cafe.

Shakes are disappointing. Tried multiple shakes.. shakes are below average in taste and charged high. Ambience and Food presentation was good. Sandwich tastes good.

Just ordered two crumbled fried chicken burgers through swiggy and half of the patty (fried) was missing (check photo), as in only half was in there. Disappointed

The burgers and rolls here are decent. The shakes are not so good though. Need improvement. The cafe is small but the ambience is good. There are ample amount of board games to play while you wait for your food.

The only issue is the time, no matter what we order it always take a lot of time. I have tried to call/WhatsApp and pre order one time. But no one responded and returned the text. So you should pre order and come after half hour or something so you won’t have to wait. Except waiting time, this place is perfect for a dinner with friends/family.

Good Food.. Great Ambience

A wonderful place with a great ambience and energetic people. First of its kind in Cherthala. Good service and good variety. We are due hard fans of Al taza shawarma in kaloor kochi. This is 85/100 as compared to Al Taza. But I'm sure we do not have an at per eatery in Cherthala... This is clearly next level. Their customer service is very warm and cordial and we will feel like visiting again. Few suggestions is to make the cheese shawarma more cheesy..add more fries and mayo... It was more on the dry side, do please enhance. It will be a near match to the Al Taza one.

We ordered spicy chicken burger..a little too spicy for us.but taste wise good. We also ate chicken pops and peri peri fries.. it's taste okey.

Hygeinic place with good customer service.Bit delay in serving.Tried Normal fruit salad,tongue twister fruit salad and vanilla jumbo shake and it was good.Prices are reasonable.
