Very good experience, been there several times and felt they offer good menu and quality foods at nominal price, seating and atmosphere is ok and not felt great it's congested and that part need to improvise. service also needed to be make better to give best result.

The food is delicious. They have different varieties of shavarma,virgin mojitos,shakes and juices. The quality of the food is great. It's not too crowded but at times you may have to wait for few minutes. Overall this place is really good.

Loved the food from Grill N Chill. Price seems bit high compared to other grill outlets. Staffs are polite and courteous. Restaurant is not much spacious to accommodate more people during busy hours. Outdoor seating option is there. A small parking area is available.

The quality of food has gone down drastically. Gone down so bad that it kind of makes you feel sick after having it. The initial days the food was good. But it's now gone down the drain. Had the same experience few weeks back when visiting the place with family and friend. The food was so bad that we all felt sick and uncomfortable post the meal. Post that experience I gave this place a skip. Today visiting the place after weeks, find nothing has changed. The food is still as bad as it was. Really disappointed !! The staff is courteous and all, but the main draw for a restaurant is food and I do not really see a reason to return to Grill N Chill. Never expected the food quality to go down this bad and this fast for a newly opened restaurant. Oh also to mention, the hygiene and cleanliness has been an issue from the start. Flies all over the place, sharing your meal with you and wash area is always dirty.

One of the best places to have Shawarma in Cherthala. All varieties of Shawarma are really good and fresh. Their GNC special shake is also a must try, it’s a different taste and really flavourful. The price is a bit on the upper side than the usual eateries in Cherthala. I have tried the grilled chicken items a few times, but that didn’t felt anything extraordinary, it’s just the normal taste which we get everywhere else.

A bistro with a small & slightly expensive menu, a small parking that can fit two cars, a couple of outdoor and indoor tables, and some of the best shawarmas in town. The options are few but the dishes do stand out. That a BBQ setting leaves vegetarians with too few options shouldn't come as a surprise. However, it would've been great if they added veg dishes like paneer tikka, grilled paneer, paneer sandwich etc. It's something I do appreciate about Café Green Grass near X-ray jn whose owner was thoughtful enough to keep vegetarians in mind while setting the menu. I guess GNC should follow suit. The shawarmas are quite worthy of mention. I tried three varieties of them and I can say with no hesitation that they are the best you can get in these parts. However, some of the BBQ-fried dishes were too spicy and hot 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️. Maybe it's just me or the chef tends to be a bit generous with the chilly powder. Some of the dishes set my tastebuds on fire🔥. Do keep that in mind, esp while ordering for kids. Read a few reviews that mentioned about the inconvenience of having the wash close to the dining area and water getting spattered on the tables close to the wash. I guess there's merit in it. This is accentuated due to the habit of shaking water off one's wet hands rather than using a towel/hand dryer. So if you're seated close to the wash and it happens to be one of those days, the planner's negligence and some random diner's lack of etiquette may work in tandem to spatter water all over your favourite dish.😄 Wish the wash was somewhere away from the dining tables. Jokes apart, I do frequent the place to have a quick bite. Do give the place a try. I'm sure you would like it.

The ambience is quite good and simple. Food served is of good quality, but the outlet is not spacious. Felt like a corridor space. Sometimes you need to sit outside the cafe, in their premises(Tables are placed outside). Moderate parking space. Well behaving staffs.

Also the BBQ Options and Mojito are also Spcl... One of the best and must try place in Cherthala... Pros : Taste, Service and Quality. Cons : Less Parking Space n Seating.

Probably because it's not a regular item for me, the quantity felt low and the price high. But the children said it was delicious.

The only thing i liked about in this restaurant was the ambience and the cleanliness. The food which we ordered was Arabian bbq with some romali roti extra. The bbq itself was not either spicy or tasty and the meat was not juicy and it was very hard. The mayonnaise which they gave was just no where in relation to its name. The kubboos which was served with it was hard.. the worst part is that romali roti.. which they served seems like its readymade.. it was very cold.. I don't even understand why the salad which they provided with the bbq didn't had any life..

One of the best place in cherthala to eat grilled chicken. Different varieties of grilled chicken and mojitos are available. Their strawberry mojito is a must try. One downside is that only less than 4 cars can park at time. Outdoor dining is also present.

I just love their shawarma 😍 the best in town. I always prefer crispy shawarma. Barbecue is also good but there is room for improvements.

Tasted my first shawarma in Cherthala, have to say it didn't disappoint. This might be a grouse with those who have been in the middle east, that the shawarmas here in Kerala are really small. Believe me their short shawarmas do pack a punch. I tried the Indian and Mexican, the filling is meaty with less fries and pickles like the way I preferred. Had to wait a wee bit 10 min to get the order, which I was happy about. Coming back for more Grill n Chill.

Don't trust the five star reviews. Food is OK, but the service is very poor. Lack of seating arrangements. Too slow response from bearers and late service.

This place has the best mayo. Service is good too. We had a Mexican plate shawarma which is very spicy but tastes good. Then a chicken burger, sandwich, Mexican burger and French fries. Everything taste really good. A must try shop. Parking cars can be a bit tough when the place is crowded.

Not many items in the menus but the ones they have are amazing. Great quality and taste. The price is reasonable I believe considering the current scenario. The only issue I faced was that they take a lot of time to serve, too much time. So if you're hungry and want something quick you are not at the right place.

The bbq biriyani is good but in terms of portion size there should be more rice . The shawarmas are good

Many times I've indulged in Arabic BBQ, and it's simply the best in Cherthala right now. They consistently maintain the same authentic taste that keeps me coming back for more. Moreover, their mayo served as a side is an absolute delight to the taste buds. Cons: Parking space very is limited

I was ordered 2 quater Alpham, the taste and portion of the quarter alfam is very much dissatisfied. Taste was okey, but the portion of the food they served as too much small. I am not suggested any one to go there.

We buy arabian shawarma role from there.... But... Relating to other shops.... There shawarma is not good... Rotti was too hard.. And there is no enough mayonnaise.... Nd not much tasty for that price... But... Other dishes like chicken lollipop... Juices.. etc...r not bad... Nd tasty too... But price is very high

Food is tasty.. to an average level. Price is high for provided service and food. You've to pay extra for mayo and tomato sauce
