This is my fifth stay at this property. Standards seem to have gone down considerably over years. Sagged mattresses, cockroaches in bathroom, no eye for detail for room service. In consistency in service at coffee shop. Limited breakfast spread as good as any budget hotel. Only positive is the overall property…spaces out cottages and quiet. Good for enjoying time alone.

It's a highly-priced property to stay at, but for good reason. The hospitality we received from the staff from the moment we set foot inside their premises till we left made us feel like royalty. The property's location, and hence the views from the reception and a few of the rooms are fabulous. The lobby makes you feel like you're on a movie set! The beach is just one staircase away from the hotel. The breakfast spread was vast, and it was high quality. We had 3 breakfasts there so we had a chance to try everything on offer! The amenities are spread out over the property (which is HUGE!), but they had cars to transport guests from the lobby to wherever they wished to be inside the property. I loved chilling at their swimming pool and spa (steam and sauna are both really well made and maintained). My 2-year-old daughter had a ball in their kids' play area. It was so well-stocked! Would definitely love to come here again (should my budget allow it! :P)!

The best place to have a vacation with family or alone.staff is well trained . The Taj rooms have really very good interiors. We stayed in a suite room which has a beautiful view of the sea along with an open terrace . Villas are another best option to have a garden in front of a room where to fully enjoy the green beautiful nature. Must stay here...

We just got back from a wonderful stay here. The food was amazing, views were amazing and staff were fantastic. We asked to pay for an upgrade and were more than happy to pay for it but because the hotel had availability they did it for free which was a great touch. Being able to use the sister hotels facilities was a nice bonus as well. The hotel is a little tired on the outside and windows etc need cleaning in the bar area especially but loads of work was being done and I have no doubt these minors have been caused due to covid etc. overall would highly recommend.

Just awesome. One of the best property in North Goa. It is situated at lower aguada fort and full of natural beauty. You can just spent whole day just seeing the beauty of the property. Property is full activities and amenities. If you are staying over here don’t miss to visit the Taj Village, just enjoy the beauty and also don’t miss the sunset view points. And don’t miss the electric cycle ride, one of the best activity. Rooms were very comfortable and with all required amenities. Food was excellent. Staff were very well trained and polite and always prompt to assist you. From security team to front office team to kitchen staff to housekeeping team all are very trained. A big thumbs up to all of them, keep up the good work. Will visit again for sure. Perfect place for leisure..

I stayed there for my birthday celebration. It is a beautiful property. I love everything about this place. Just a little suggestion kids play area should be little bigger and have some trampoline, slides etc. I would stay there again for sure.

The stay and service was amazing, no doubt. However, I sometimes question the prices for in room dinning as we paid 1/4 of the price for a similar pizza we ordered outside and I could say the difference in taste and quality. Food - Not so great (that also includes breakfast) Service - Best in class. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Amenities - Everything is available within the property and you can also access services from the sister properties too. It's a bit of a commute. However, the beach connected to the property is dirty and attracts a lot of crowd.

Lunch at Taj, another great hotel during Goa trip. This hotel built on the beach got mesmerized. The hospitality of Hotel Taj was also spectacular amidst the sound of strong waves and beautiful views. Wonderful enjoyment of buffet lunch. No deficiency of any kind can be removed in food. Taj is one of the best hotels in the world in terms of food and accommodation and this hotel in Goa is really very beautiful, must visit once.

Gorgeous property. The whole team puts up a spectacular effort. Staff across the property is polite ,friendly and helpful. Cars ferry you, to and fro in a jiffy from your room to the lobby . The staff at the restaurant is attentive and customer oriented. Food is delicious. Overlooks the sea and is absolutely serene , calm and peaceful.

We stayed at the resort during 5- 9 June 2023. The hospitality from all the sections received was amazing and our every requirement was well taken care of. The kind of service we received during our stay, really memorable the so called Taj hospitality. I would like to extend a special thanks to Mr Shubham for all his kind courtesy to upgrade our room to suite on our request to change our room. The property is such and so nicely maintained that we did not feel going out of the hotel. See view from the rooms / suite is really beautiful. Huge property at good location. Service was very nice. Food was delicious. Staff is really helpful. It was very nice talking to Laxman (one of the staff) near sunset point. Helped me with suggestions for visiting nearby places and resort information. 2 things that i didn't like are: 1- Iron was not available in the room. 2- No bath tub in sea view rooms. I understand that bath tubs are available in villas however it was disappointing that after paying so much we can't get a bath tub. Overall had good experience.

Service, food and location were amazing. Sea facing rooms could be improved, glass of the windows are not very clear to view the sea. The floor had lot of moisture all day. There was no space to dry wet clothes

Had group event . The food varieties , taste was awesome and Chef Nishant @ Kokum restaurant and Chef Rajeev @ Caravela restaurant had done the best really have left with no words . Great Guys you rocked . The Sales team Ms Pooja & Ms Vijay Laxmi and their Director Ms Suman are very supportive and only because of their understanding and support we had gathered long lasting memories with us . Taj memories .. I must say Taj is Taj . One advice to their management that they should have a Bigger Ballroom for events in monsoon bcoz GOA usually have 4 months of monsoon hence should consider . Rest all is great .

Taj Aguada Has an old world Charm with very tranquil location. Away from the maddening Calangute beach area siqerim beach is quite for most part of the day . The Service at the Taj is all that is talked about and more. from the bell hops and shuttle drivers to managing staff every one is very courteous and looking for your comfort. Special mention to the staff at Kokum Kitchen, especially Chef Nishant , Jeni and Anish. Chef Nishant took care of my son's food allergies concerns and also whipped up a decadent dessert just for us. I also want to mention staff at Nomad and the Spa, where we had the same "taj" experience . Having said that Taj needs drastic improvements with there external facing telephone system. During Booking and also during the stay it was horrible to get anyone on the line especially the travel desk. Calls get unanswered and dropped most of the time. The cottages do need some upkeep Food and Service at the caravelo which is part of taj holiday village was nowhere near the service at Taj

Rooms are good, place is good. Rooms gets clean two-three times a day. Service is 0. In Kokum (restaurant buffet) l request for tea, nobody l brought that, after 20 minutes l nobody responded, l asked again and the same story. Again we came for lunch and nobody gave menu.

Rooms and location of this hotel, undoubtedly awesome. But sorry to say, it's not Taj standard. I was there with the group of 65 pax. for 3 nights with all meals. Got bored with same buffet menu for three days, you need to shout for your services. Actually mistake was ours, we blindly agreed on chef menu and other logistic arrangement of the hotel. One can go to this property only to enjoy the location.

Stayed here in October 2022. The property is gorgeous and the hospitality was impeccable. My parents and I visited the hotel when it was fully occupied but the staff was so caring and courteous, not even once did we feel like we were not paid attention to. We reached way too early and Leah was so kind to let us check in early and upgrade us to the cottage. My parents are senior citizens and while we didn't ask for it, Leah kindly assigned us the cottage that was not too high and was accessible to the main areas of the hotel. Our main purpose to stay here was to have a relaxing Diwali and swim in the pools and the sea, and Ramsevak at the pool was very helpful with our needs. The housekeeping, Kokum Kitchen and the concierge/ travel desk teams too were just excellent. Although, my apologies that I can't remember their names or I'd have called them out in my feedback for sure! We will definitely stay here again!

The Taj Fort Agauda is a nice spread out property by the beach with one gate opening onto the ramparts of the fort to the beach. The bare feet walk in the morning or evenings are to be looked forward to The buffet spread for breakfast n dinner are great to have. A short walk to the sunset point and the Bayview with a lot.of photo spots available on the property Had take the room near the restaurant with a sit out to the garden They were very kind to allow a late checkout since we had a late evening flight. Scinthya at the reception was very kind to offer an alternate room as they were booked and needed the room that was assigned to us for the two nights..... The Tajness never fails to amaze. Just a kilometre walk away to reach the market and some amazing cafes. 100 mts from the main gate n you can get a bike for hire and then roam around the markets n have some great food

Property location is great. We stayed in premium sea view rooms costing 25K+/night but the bathrooms were small considering the price we paid. Buffet spread at Kokum was ordinary though breakfast was good.

Taj Fort Aguada is right next to the beach, which is nice, but it's located right at the end of a narrow road. There are more centrally located hotels if you feel inclined to explore the local area. The breakfast and lunch spread is decent - but the restaurant and the rooms have issues that really shouldn't be present at a Taj hotel. As a result, it's hard to recommend. This resort is family-oriented and therefore the bars and restaurants close early, with last orders for drinks at 22:30. We did have issues with hygiene, such as spotting a cockroach at the lunch buffet, while service at that same restaurant isn't ideal. For this price range, the room seemed a bit small. Furthermore, it wasn't in great condition: the ceiling fan made such a loud sound that we couldn't use it; the bathroom tiles needed grouting and the drain wasn't clean for check in. The staff are generally polite at the resort, but management seems to be a big issue: we were called multiple times, sometimes woken up from sleep, for unnecessary questions. At one point I was asked whether I needed a taxi from the local train station... When I was taking a nap in my room. I can't really recommend this specific resort for the price.

It was a lovely experience. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The view is good, the breakfast and dinner spread at Kokum and Caravela was extensive and good. Could have had some more options for seafood though. Also, in room dining options were extremely pricey.

Taj brand usually encompasses a world in itself. Taj Fort Aguada is no different. Sprawling over a huge tract, the hotel lives up to the reputation of being one of the most beautiful resorts of Goa. But the best part of this unique property is not the outward beauty , but the people. Meeting the Taj people always fills me with a sense of pride, thinking, here's something truly Indian, leading the rest of the globe. They treated us like emperors of lore, pampering us to the T. Loved the visit a lot!!!

Awesome place for couples, family & friends. Food is great! Had breakfast at Holiday Village and dinner at Fort Aguada. The service is excellent and quality of experience is really good. Live music and drinks bar, multiple options of foods cuisines to choose from....one will be spoilt for comfort and choices. The scenery from our Deluxe room was breathtaking.

Had an amazing time. All staff was courteous & caring. Room was really comfortable. A great experience beyond words. Taj group totally lives Upto it’s name beyond words. Would recommend all visiting Goa to stay here for the best experience.

Amazing experience and service. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. They made our stay comfortable. They have a great sunset point. The lower fort Aguada and Sinquerim beach is easily accessible from Hotel. We came here for our honeymoon and the hotel made it special. Sea view facing rooms offer breathtaking view of Sinquerim beach, pool and sunset. Breakfast was delicious at Kokum but lunch buffet was little disappointment. Overall the property is well maintained and we really had good time here

Why are there only 5 stars to rate. The service and the experience received at the place was way over 5 stars. Went there for a sheer vacation but came back with tons of memories for a lifetime. The staff hospitality was way out of the league of any hotel in the world. Have been to many five stars but the warmth you get at Taj properties is always different. But Taj Aguada has raise the standards so high that it will only take a miracle to reach to that level of hospitality. Outstanding service and care from Mr. Utkarsh Gupta and Mr. Abdul no words are enough to Justify the the actions of both the fine gentleman. The ability to understand ones requirements and the willingness to go out of the way to achieve the appreciation even though it's not a part of their job, has won my family's and my heart. Will definitely be back for more experience like these and pretty sure I will always be pleasantly surprised. Thanks team Fort Aguada Taj Hotel for such a wonderful experience. Hummus and flafel platter, chocolate rum pudding and hot chocolate with extra chocolate were all delicious. Live music was great. Wish he could entertain more personal song requests. Wonderful time spent.

We had a meal at their coffee shop during our stay in Goa (didn’t stay with them this time) Nelson who took care of us during dinner was amazing with his hospitality. Chef Mrityunjay was great. We loved our meal there

Excellent location with breathtaking views of the ocean and the inner gardens, private entrance to the beach and the Fort, warm hospitality of the hotel staff, and an outstanding spa at the Taj Fort Aguada made my holiday experience very memorable. Special shout out to the hotel staff who went out of the way to make the stay extra special. Highly recommend staying at this property in North Goa and also checking out The Banyan Tree at the adjoining Taj Holiday Village property for some finger licking good Thai food indulgence.

After a long flight and drive, we we landed in the Taj Fort Aguada for four days of luxurious stay. The aroma of Jasmine hits you when one steps into the breathtaking lobby. We were put up in an absolutely beautiful cottage overlooking the ocean and an old Banyan tree. What made our stay extra special was the personalized service and attention to detail provided by the courteous staff. A special shout out goes to Abigail who is super charming and professional. She went out of her way to accommodate my health needs. Doyle in Kokum kitchen made our breakfast experience par excellence. He handcrafted the omelets to our needs every morning. Each and every member of the staff went out of his or her way to make the stay as memorable as possible.

The location was very picturesque as it gave a view of the beach.The staff was very courteous and was very polite.The food was perfect and was impeccable.The play area was very expansive and they had a lot of variety of sports and the facilities was top notch.The pools were very clean and hygienic but it would have been better if they were heated as they were a bit cold. The sauna and steam were very relaxing and the facilities were top class.

The name says it all Taj. One of the best places i have had breakfast. The staff was very nice and friendly. The chef was talking to guests personally if they wanted anything or not. Didn't stayed here but a must jf you have budget. Pool and fort beside was also good. Overall more than satisfied with the visit.

Taj is the best. We had such a beautiful time here. The staff is super courteous and very helpful. Its truly luxury. They will decorate your room with cute towel art and its super neat and clean every time you step in. Food is also very tasty. Had an amazing time.

My all time favourite properties to stay in Goa all season. Amazing staff and their service is good. Also they make kids feel special in their unique way. Good is good having a variety of cuisine and taste is amazing. Do try their thali for lunch… the open space kitchen smells amazing and many compliments to the chef for serving tasty food. The hotel has many activities from adventure sports and kids activity room. Their spa is very nice and the property is kept very clean.

Lovely property. Beautiful location. The view from the Deluxe Room Sea View with Sit out in the West wing is Awesome. The Lounge in front of the Ocean is beautiful. Breakfast extends to the Lounge if the House Count is High. The Hotel has chauffeur driven cars to the Sunset Point in the evening. Don't miss to visit this place as the View from the Sunset Point is Awesome. The Hotel Provides mats and Pillows in case you need to just lie down on the grass facing the ocean. Rooms in the West wing need a face lift. Vincent at the Main Restaurant and the Deputy Housekeeper took care of us. Truly a Beautiful Property.....

A must visit! I have visited almost all Taj properties in Goa and love how each has it's own uniqueness. Very stunning property with a beach right outside. Love their hospitality and service, special mention to Shabana ma'am from Taj Exotica. She is extremely kind and helpful. We inadvertently left a chain back at the hotel and she made sure it was delivered to us safely. She also helped us out with membership vouchers. Such lovely people and dedicated staff makes Taj more lovable!
