From the moment we arrived at Hotel Neroniane, we felt like VIP guests. Met by a friendly staff, we were quickly shown our suite with its beautiful terrace. Everything ran like clockwork - check-in was fast and efficient, service went above and beyond our expectations, and the amenities were top-notch. Whether it was croissants in the morning or five-course meals at lunch and dinner, each meal in the hotel delighted us to no end. Not to mention that my husband is allergic to olive oil and the chef and the restaurant personnel were able to accommodate him every single meal without fault! We had many wonderful experiences at Hotel Neroniane during our stay; if we had to choose one highlight, it would be the luxury thermal spa pool overlooking a peaceful garden. Its presence invited us to take an indulgent dip in its hot bubbly goodness after a day of exploring Venice, Padua, or nearby towns and villages. Overall, it's easy for us to recommend this hotel to any potential visitors - from its convenient location in Italy's beautiful Venetian region to its attentive service and abundant wellness amenities, Hotel Neroniane is bound to make any stay unforgettable! Viva Italia! Bravo Hotel Neroniane!

Spacious hotel, outstanding staff, beautiful gardens, wonderful meals and excellent spa facilities. Terme Neroniane is the perfect place to relax and let your cares fall away. The main floor of the hotel has several large rooms off the reception hall with plenty of couches and armchairs to curl up and read a book or sip cocktails with friends. There is also ample seating outside under the portico and of course all around the pools. The dining room overlooks gardens on 2 sides, and the hotel offers a wonderful buffet to compliment the menu during lunch and dinner. Breakfast was a bit disorganized from a seating perspective, but there is an excellent variety of sweet and savory items at the buffet and the cook will make you pancakes, eggs, etc. The wellness area, pools and spa are top-notch. You won't be disappointed. The staff in the pool area can provide you with the swim cap you'll need. The spa bag includes bathrobe, slippers and large towel -- so bring your own flip-flops. We stayed in a suite on the second floor: king size bed, seating area of 2-person couch and 2 chairs, a large dressing room with ample closets and a large bathroom. We were very comfortable but the suite hadn't been recently updated; the bathroom could definitely use a refresh. We used the hotel's city bikes to cruise around the area -- its relatively flat and there are plenty of paved bike paths in the countryside. The hotel also has 2 e-bikes available to rent (Euro 20/day for an e-bike), which are perfect for exploring the Euganei Hills. We took the train to/from Montegrotto (sold our cars a year ago -- ahhhh no more lease or insurance payments, parking hassles or traffic). It's an easy 5-minute walk to Hotel Neroniane. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Hotel Neroniane.

Really tranquil and calm atmosphere, 3 big swimming pools with warm water and lots of different saunas and relax areas. We loved it. The audience is mostly older people, but that what makes is so calm and relaxing.

We have been invited by my our parents and we knew, that the majority of people are above the age of 70 years old, which is fine. Service people are super nice and they are happy to help but there is a catch. Unfortunately the hotel has almost no idea how to attract a younger audience. Service in terms of customer centricity and guests needs are almost non existent. We arrived at the Marco Polo Airport in Venice and all public services where on strike on that day. The hotel could have had informed us upfront e.g. via mail to let us know that there will be limited public transport on that day. They could have offered a shuttle service for a fair amount of money. It's about the small things that matter in the end. We informed staff that the room temperature was very high and that the air conditioning is broken. They told us that there is nothing they can do. I have more examples and observations I could drop here, but what I've wrote so far, should give you an example what to expect. We had a pleasant stay but you can tell that the hotel owners don't have a clear picture for their future target audiences. People that will enjoy listening to keyboard music in the evening probably won't be "alive" anymore in a few couple of years.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable family short break here. The wellness and spa area have had a huge renovation and the family that owned the property must be commended, congratulations. The vast, well groomed, and mature gardens are the ideal spot to enjoy the afternoon sun and take a dip into the thermal heated pools. The indoor swimming pool and facilities have been completely renovated with a lot of care and attention including several relaxation areas and a bar to enjoy snacks and drinks, the spa is wonderful. All the pumps and jets were functioning in the pool. We enjoyed full board including a delicious served breakfast buffet with Italian breakfast treats, lunch was served in the dining area along with dinner. Every day at lunch and dinner we enjoyed a wonderful antipasto buffet and dessert buffet. Each meal was presented with love and attention as well as perfectly portioned and well-seasoned. The food is traditional Italian with a wellness hotel affair including soups and consommé ‘s. Our suite on the newly renovated 4th floor was extremely spacious, well laid out, functional, super clean and very well designed. We could enjoy the terrace in the evening looking out onto the hotel’s gardens entrance. The room did run a little warm for us but for Italian guests perfect. Staff were always very well accommodating, extremely professional, courteous to our children and the head waiter looked after us very well. The hotel has mediocre Wi-Fi, a sheltered parking garage, small conference centre, e-car charging station, beautiful and historic public areas that are difficult to find in hotels in Italy today. To sum the stay up, new wellness and swimming pools with a glorious room to enjoy and comfortably sleep in. Highly recommend it.

Wellness area and pools are simply amazing, food is great. A place where we go back at least once a year for a few days of relax! the surrounding area has golf facilities, great landmarks and delicious wines as a plus.
