Beautiful little wine bar right next to the belfry, serving French organic wines. The owner was very friendly and helpful, the wines were interesting and delicious. Very popular in the evening!

The barmaid was exceptionally friendly and helpful and spoke good English, which compensated for my bad French. It was a cold and wet evening when I went in and the place made me feel warmer and drier just buy it’s atmosphere! And, of course, centrally located.

We had a great welcome, wonderful advice and some delicious snacks to go with the wonderful wines. We read the great reviews about La Dame Jeanne so had to visit during a trip to the Arras Christmas market. We weren't looking for a restaurant meal and so the small plates menu was perfect for us, and the food was very good. We sat in the cellar and had exceptional table service, particularly enjoying talking through the extensive wine list. The service was outstanding and we were made very comfortable. We enjoyed it so much that we returned for lunch the following day. Highly recommended.
