Wonderful friendly reception from the owner. Family run and charming. Great location and room. Parking right outside. Highly recommended for someone passing through.

My wife and I have been travelling around France for two weeks but unfortunately we made a mistake by only planning for one night in Arras because the Cour de l'Eden is one of the best bed and breakfast accommodations we have ever stayed in and not just on this trip. The host was very warm, welcoming and friendly. The house was beautifully restored and full of top quality fixtures and fittings. Our room was beautiful and comfortable and had an amazing shower. We also had a terrific view of the lovely well kept gardens. To finish our stay off we were given an excellent breakfast of fresh bread, freshly squeezed juice, coffee, cold meats and local cheeses. Arras is lovely typically French town and if your ever in the area you must stay at Cour de l'Eden.

Spent two delightful days and nights at this urban B&B, so close to the train and bus station you can easilyarrive from anywhere. Spacious and comfortable room with generous en-suite bathroom, just what we needed to come home to after hot days exploring Arras. We ordered a cheese and charcuterie platter for one evening; the gourmet selection beautifully chosen presented and the tray clearly made from the heart. Very nice continental breakfast, served with a warm welcome from our hosts to start the day. Homemade treats like jam and cakes were delicious. Staying at Au Coeur d'Eden is so better than any chain hotel, of which there are too many in this unique town. When we are again in Arras, we will definitely return! Thank you to Isabelle and her family who own and run this bed and breakfast - they give it a beautiful soul.

And beautifully appointed B&B. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is wonderful with a double rain shower bathing area with locally made tasteful amenities. You'll find yourself asking where to buy the soap and handily it's about 200 metres away. Very convenient location. 250 metres or less to the main city squares - which are beautiful - with lots of dining and drinking choices. Parking right out front for €4 between 9 - 5 (or 6) with quick and easy access to main roads heading out to all the sights around Arras. We spent our last two nights of our month in Europe here and could not have been happier with the choice. Lovely, welcoming hostess and a very large cat that clearly lives the life Reily.

Spent only a single night at this wonderful, family run hotel. Wish my stay could have been longer. The rooms were large, comfortable and very stylish. The location is within a five minute walk of the centre. The included breakfast was delicious. Loved my stay.

Loved the place and the hosts. Wife and I stayed a couple weeks back, we were touring around the WW1 sites in France I really wish I would have stayed a couple nights I'm hoping to be back one day soon. Room was big, bed was big and comfy, sauna tub, awesome shower, great location, outstanding breakfast.

Great room in a lovely building. We'll placed for access to the town centre. Breakfast was amazing every day. Hostess was welcoming, charming and made our stay very pleasant.
