Great and affordable service. Very professional and attentive staff. You can speak English French German and of course Spanish. Seriously excellent service from this dental clinic. Excellent service from the moment I rang for an emergency appointment through the appointment itself. Excellent, wonderful staff, dental nurse's put you at ease straight away. Dr. Julián Clemente is exceptional. A filling on my front tooth had come loose, Dr. Julián removed it and built me a new one. Nothing was too much trouble. He is a perfectionist and he also has a great sense of humour!! If you are nervous of going to the dentist, then you should make an appointment with Dr. Julián. He will put your mind at ease straight away, surrounded by an excellent team. I was able to continue my holidays with no worries after the care and excellent filling I received. From Sarah Davies Arrived on holiday and developed tooth ache. Phoned and was able to attend straight away. Had an abscess requiring root canal treatment. Julian and Rosa were able to put me at ease immediately and the level of care was outstanding. I had to go back 3 days later to finish off the treatment and I was in good hands throughout. Highly recommend if you are unfortunate enough like me to need to see a dentist on holiday. Julian, I can't thank you enough for saving my holiday and Rosa you are so kind. Thank you again! Wow, the best dental experience ever. I had excruciating pain from poor dental work done in the UK. When I arrived in Gran Canaria for my holiday, I had to book an emergency dentist appointment. I was seen by Dr Julian Clemente who gave the best service and care, EVER. I was worried about seeing a dentist abroad but I would fly back just to go and receive his treatment. Best dentist experience in my life so far. While on vacation in Gran Canaria, my jaw started hurting, only 2 days before my departure. I'm always afraid to go to a new doctor and usually ask people I trust for recommendations, but this time I had to rely on the internet for the choice. And I'm so happy with the result, I have to write a review of my own for others in this position. After filling in the contact form, I was contacted within 1 hour and scheduled an investigation only 2 hours later. When I arrived at the venue (easy to find, also free street parking was available around the building), they were very punctual and let me in at the precise time I was scheduled for. The investigation was thorough, the explanations were more than clear. The doctor is fluent in English and very honest, e.g. he recommended I buy certain teeth grinding protectors from my home country (since I'm travelling there soon anyway and it's cheaper). I was happy to find out my teeth are fine and I only have a ligament issue. I admit I felt a bit uneasy about payment - they said that since it was a quick consult and no medical procedure was involved, everything was free. I'm speechless, as travelling the world I've seen a lot of prices for a consult, but this was the first time it was free. A note about sanitary measures - hand gel, temperature check, disinfected surfaces, contact tracing, seperate entry/exit circuits - they have everything covered.

Julian Clemente is amazing! Speaks German and English. My crown fell out. He fixed it very professional and also super fast. I also didn't have to wait long. The whole visit incl. waiting was just 30min. Would definitely recommend to go there.

I had a fractured tooth on the first day of my holidays in Gran Canaria, I went to Mercurio Dental clinica because it was just the corner across my building. I was very lucky because they took me in charge straight away. The premises were very clean, Dr Julián Clémente and his 2 assistants were all very friendly, professional and helpful. They did a great job and saved my holidays for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place, I wish all the dentists in the world could be like that 👍👍👍👍

Walked in with a broken tooth, no appointment booked, came out with a top quality white cosmetic filling in probably less than 30 minutes. Less ìthan half the quoted price in the UK, minus the 5 month waiting list. Service and equipment was impeccable, dentist fluent in English to put mind at ease. I will be back no doubt if visiting the island again. Makes me feel ashamed towards how the healthcare is in the UK at the moment.

Our 5yo son broke his tooth while on holiday so we took him to the Mercury Dental Clinic as the reviews were extraordinary good and clinic was very close to our hotel. Our son is terrified of doctors/dentists and even before needed to have full anesthesia during the dental procedures. Approach of Dr. Julian and his assistant was just perfect. They calmed down our son, Dr. Julian explained very carefully what needs to be done and recommended us what to do next back home as our stay in Gran Canaria was at its end. Wouldn't it be just amazing if all dentists were that kind and patient with great expertise? If there is any emergency while you're on holiday don't hesitate to contact this clinic, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing place - do not really remember the last time we were treated like that as patients in any dentist facility. Smiling staff, well explaining all possible medical options. We got there after an accident when my son broke his tooth - really happy this place was available to help us. The Doctor tried even to speak a few words in our native language just to keep my boy as comfortable as possible. All the best to you good people :-)

The doctor is a person with a big heart. My son broke his tooth after a fall, I wrote an email to the clinic on Sunday evening, they wrote back on Monday morning saying that we would come that day. The doctor treated my son, informed me about all the procedures, reassured us, gave me recommendations on how to proceed further. He didn't want a cent for the whole oven. I had developed a nasty pain in my top tooth prior to going on holiday from the UK, I looked up this dentist and due to the fantastic reviews I decided to make an appointment to see what could be done, turned out I needed a root canal, Dr Clemente was absolutely superb throughout the whole procedure, I am very fussy with who I have look at my teeth after a nasty incident with a dentist many years ago, I didn't tell Julian this, but he took my comfort as his main priority, a root canal is no fun at all but he made me as comfortable as possible and was very professional, I would recommend this practice without hesitation, Thankyou Julian, from Steve the walker 👍👍👌

I am currently 22/6/2021 on holiday in Maspolomos. I sent there the other day with a tooth ecke. I was greeted by a friendly and 10 minuttes agter my arrival I sat in the dentist's chair. They made med feel safe and made apolligies when I felt any pain. The dentis did a good profesionally job. I am happy to recomend this clinic to to tourits and locals allike.

I had a dental emergency whilst on holiday back in March (sorry for the late review). I sent a message on the website at night, and had a reply within the hour! Appointment for 8.30 the next morning! I was met at the door, xrayed, root canal,temporary filling, all paperwork filled out and they called me a taxi, all within 50 minutes! The dentist was amazing, as a very nervous patient, he kept me very calm. I would consider flying out to gran Canaria for any dental treatment here! Can't rate them highly enough! Thank you team for saving my holiday!

What a unique experience - to find professionalism, expertise & kindness all together. Having a lot of practise as a patient of dentists (unfortunately) this place in particular Dr Julian and Maria provided expert service and made me feel so at ease (I’m a very nervous patient). My daughter is 11 and was crying with toothache 2 days into our holiday, we travelled to this dentist from Peuto Rico which was €28 each way but based on the reviews and being abroad we wanted what was best. This dentist was absolutely fantastic! All the patients in the world, showed my daughter everything he was going to do, treated her like the patient not me! She had 2 teeth removed and no pain since. I attended this Dentist whilst on holiday my cap fell out. I was seen within 1 hour, my cap was cleaned and stuck back in place. Dr Julian was fantastic explained everything and spoke excellent English. I would highly recommend this dental practice, could not fault this place 10/10.

Just had brilliant treatment for a broken filling this morning. A very calm clinical environment. Welcomed early & no lengthy process for administration. An extremely professional dentist and his assistant treated me with respect and very skillfully carried out the treatment. All done in half an hour and also not as expensive as if I had it done in UK. Highly recommended.

Appointment for broken filling made for 1pm. Taken through at 12.55pm. Left the clinic at 1.20pm with new filling in place. I had a crown come off during my holiday. I called Mercury first thing on a Monday and they told me to come in. I waited for no more than 15 minutes for them to fit me in unannounced. Friendly dentist refitted my crown and I was on my way after a very reasonable charge in 30 minutes. Nobody wants to go to the dentist on holiday but if you do, then I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

On the way to our long waited holiday, literally in the plane, I broke my tooth and thought this will be a nightmare now for 7 days. However when I asked my hotel (Abora Buenaventura) they gave me this clinic contact details and despite I didn't expect any reply on Sunday, I wrote a message on their website and got response the same day that I can come in on Monday first thing to treat my tooth. Dr. Julian Clemente was amazing! As well as his nursery. He speak perfect English, explained everything and did very reasonably priced filling for me, which is perfect quality. Definitely better than I will do it in England. Then my husband had tooth pain as well and this doctor found time to do my hubby's root canal and treatment. Honestly, don't look anywhere else, I wish I could fly to this clinic every time I have tooth problems. Thanks a million !!!

Thank you so much dr. Julian Clemente for helping us out with the broken teeth of my husband! Within a few hours after calling, we were welcome in the clinic. Never have we met such a nice dentist and assistant, who made the entire experience flawless and relaxed. A very clean clinic, proper equipment and a good process in place to delighten every patient. The results were excellent and above what we had hoped for. We hope not to be back for an emergency any time soon, but we will definitely visit again if there is something wrong in the future!

An old metal filling broke off and left a TMS pin in the existing dentine, this lacerated my tongue (the death of 1000 cuts). The hotel arranged an appointment for 07:45 next morning. The staff spoke great English were outstanding and Dr Julian Clemente saw the issue and recommended a white replacement white filling. This was done in a very friendly, professional manner. Before, during and after the treatment he explained everything very clearly. I was back at the hotel before 09:00. I can recommend this clinic without any reservations.

The Dentist was so amazing and knowledgeable. I am from the United States and had no idea what to expect of dental service abroad, and it surpassed my expectations. I thought I had a serious tooth infection, but after careful examination of xrays, they explained better than the US dentists that it was just my wisdom tooth trying to grow in. He did a deep clean and sent me with anti inflammatory prescriptions, and I was better within 24hrs. With the service I received, I thought it was going to be a large bill. Instead, it was very cheap and the dentist even gave me great surf spot recommendations and told me about local food spots on the island. Go here for any issues!

I am and have always been severely apprehensive of dentist, things in my mouth and all that! No gag reflex 😩 this week I had my 1st deep clean in years and I needed it after smoking for donkeys years. I have to say the dentist was lovely, fantastically careful, stopped when I felt pain ( nervous ) the poor lady was so apologetic afterward ( if she had upset during the procedure ) this is now my number one place to champion.
