Stopped off at the Aloe shop as part of the "Volcano Express" tour. The shop gave a demo on the medicinal uses of the Aloe plant etc.

Free to visit museum on Aloe Vera and its history and uses, especially in the Canary Islands. They have a shop selling various Aloe Vera and volcanic rock products. I purchased a few soaps and creams and they have worked well.

Standard forced hard sell on a trip. Lots of unscientific nonsense to seel aloe Vera. I have nothing against the product itself and use aloe Vera but hate the sell bit

It's just a shopping trap. The museum well I think it needs looking at. Handled a slimy bit of green stuff, yes it's for demo but tell us. It's just a ploy to say it's a tourist attraction, and part of the volcano tour, dont be fooled, it's a commission grabber, not a really interesting stop. You can buy it in most supermarkets! Rant over.

Small museum where you get a brief talk about how the Aloe Vera plants are cultivated for use in beauty/health products and it's uses. Exit through the gift shop where you get a chance to buy some of their products if you wish...no pressure.

We have been shown how to open Alpes. Unfortunately, this museum is very small we have no history shown or even their plantation. After the show of alpes they take you to shop to buy something.

Has some good knowledgeable ppl working there speaking spanish and fluent English! The information on aloa vera is displayed in spanish, english, german and as I recall french or italian. If you ask or if the personnel see you are interested they ask you if you want to see a informative movie on aloa vera wich was very much appreciated and educational. There is a shop where you can buy products. We enjoyed our visit. Entrance is free of charge.

One of our stops during the roundtrip to Lanzarote. Little explanation was given about planting aloe vera and producing products from it. Everyone could feel the fresh aloe vera and also try to eat it. If you go to Timanfaya you will pass along this village, so it is worth stopping here.

Interesting facts about the aloe Vera plant and what it can be used for. Then you go through to the shop. No one pressured us to buy and I didn't buy anything. But lots of people bought stuff. Staff were pleasant.

Not really a museum but instead a sales opportunity. Range of Aloe Vera products is impressive and reasonably priced.

Simly Aloe Vera shop dressed up as a museum. If you don't make a purchase from the shop you can't use the toilets 😡

Small Museum, with a small display area, more of a shop, you can buy Aloe Vera products here and also plants to take home.
