outras
mesas
eram
para

pessoas
e

as
coisas

estavam
muito
complicadas
devido
à
pandemia
e

não
nos
podiam
dar

daquelas
mesas,

devíamos
compreender..
Eu
perguntei-lhe

ao

ele

respondeu
que

mais

passaria

cabeça
tratar
assim
os
meus
clientes.
Só
não
pedi
o
livro
de
reclamações
porque
tínhamos
de
despachar
o
almoço
do
pequeno
mas
faço
questão
de
reclamar
desta
forma
para
que
a
gerência
tenha
conhecimento
e
reveja
os
seus
standards
e
atitude
do
staff.
Não
há
decoração
nem
produto
por
melhor
que
seja
que
suplante
a
educação,
profissionalismo
e
simpatia
de
uma
equipa,
essa
é
a
chave
do
sucesso
de
qualquer
estabelecimento
de
restauração.
