Went to Specsavers Fuengirola first time 9 years ago. Had great service then. First time back as I thought my glasses were good, I was wrong! What a difference now that I have the new ones. Great service, especially from John (Scots), who by the way was the guy I dealt with 9 years ago; he took a lot of time explaining the options and then getting the frames I chose to fit exactly right. Great service, great products. See you again in less than 9 years for sure.

The store was quiet, with limited customers inside, which made me feel safe, due to the covid restrictions. The staff were pleasant. One member of staff, Jess was super attentive to me and my girls. My youngest daughter had her first eye test, and she was made to feel at ease from Jess and was shown the results of her photos taken of the back of the eye, which she found fasinating. I was explained the whole way through our visits, what the processes were, the types of lenses on offer, the prices, timescales on recieving my new glasses. Nothing wasn't to much trouble. Jess took her time to explain everything. She made us feel very important and put my children at ease before their eye test. Jess was very professional and I would recommend visiting this store just on her attitude alone. I saw that the other members of staff were giving similar attention to their customers. But I believe I had the better experience. I will definitely return, when my next eye test is due.

They sell glasses, sunglasses, contact lenses. They speak Spanish, English, Scottish and German. Good customer service

Husband had laser eye surgery in UK about 20 years ago, never had eyes tested until 2 weeks ago. Very impressed with the whole process, he was shown photo of the back of his eye and told he had grit there probably due to the Calima and told to use saline drops twice a day to clear it. Eye test showed he only needed glasses for comfort of watching TV etc. No hard sell on glasses brought 2 pairs from the €69 range one is sunglasses. He collected them yesterday they were checked for fit and away he went, one Happy chappy, thanks Specsavers!

Excellent service. the eye test was though rough and professional, carried out by Judy. Following the test Ruben went out of his way to help me get the exact glasses that I wanted and needed. Highly professional all round.

All the staff in this branch of Specsavers are exceptional! They are patient, caring and extremely helpful. Having your eye test here is far superior to any I have experienced before with the most up to date equipment and everything is explained fully. I cannot recommend highly enough. Five star service. I would like to say what a fantastic service & experience we had today at Specsavers. I booked my daughter in for her first eye test. They were so professional & friendly. The eye test was extremely thorough. No corners cut! I was really impressed. At the end of the eye test, it turns out that her eyes were fine! They picked up that one of her eyes were alittle off and are sending me the report for our doctor. So helpful!! Wow!!! And the best part, the eye test was free!!! Several years ago I walked into a local Spanish optician with my prescription and I was basically laughed at and told that I'd need to pay several hundred for the lenses alone, never mind the frames. So I went to Specsavers Ópticas Fuengirola today pretty anxious, partly about how much I was going to have to pay. The service I received from Ruben, David, Kerstin could not have been more different. They were extremely professional and friendly, and explained everything to me clearly. The glasses were considerably more affordable than I'd been quoted before, and I left feeling relieved knowing there is somewhere I can trust for future eye tests and new glasses.

After losing my contact lenses at the airport on way over to Spain, I couldn't see too well as didn't have my glasses either, we went to spec savers in Fuengirola hoping that they could help me. I cant praise Louise enough, I was so anxious about not being able to get anything, but she said your on holiday don't stress ill sort you out and she definitely did, Louise was amazing I can't thank her enough, she found me 6 pairs of lenses that would last me until I returned home. Louise was a god send thank you thank you thank you, I can now enjoy my holiday and see things 😊

Went to Specsavers Fuengirola with my daughter. Opticians were excellent as always. The staff are always friendly and helpful. David helped us both and he was so lovely. We didn’t feel pressurised when choosing our new specs. Excellent service -hence returning for our eye tests year after year.

Our service was excellent from the optometrist who spent quality time understanding the prescription needs to David who patiently and willingly helped in any way to find the right frames. The bonus was the 2 for 1 promotion allowing for glasses and sunglasses. We highly recommend Specsavers!

So impressed with the friendly professional 1st class service I received from the first minute I stepped in. I lost my glasses whilst on holiday and no prescription. They were very busy but asked me to look for frames and would squeeze me in asap which they did do 20 mins later and gave me a free eye test, even though this kept them past 14.00, closing time. I went back for my new specs less than a week later as promised and I am very happy with them, thanks to all the amazing staff, highly recommended. 😊

I have just collected my new glasses. How crisp everything looks! I have been super impressed by this outfit. Extremely thorough in every aspect. All the staff were kind, patient, and competent. The whole process was like a well oiled machine. And as well as all this, their products are very competitively priced. I can't recommend them highly enough.

HIghly recommend Specsavers Fuengirola! I have used them for the last three years for myself, husband and two children. The staff are extremely helpful and the service is outstanding, including aftercare helping to fix or replace frames that had been broken by my daughter. Value for money and great service, what more could you ask for!

Excellent service delivered by very friendly and professional staff. My husband developed floaters and called in to get them checked. Very thorough and reassuring examination, with recommendations for future eye care. Husband is a life long glasses wearer and felt it was the best examination he has ever had.

Highly recommend! They did a more in-depth exam of my eyes and found a very serious problem. Their recommendation to a local ophthalmologist, and a very quick appointment, was extremely appreciated. The staff of Specsavers are extremely professional and very kind.

Fantastic service from amazing friendly staff! I read reviews online before heading in. I was absolutely terrified for my visit for an eye test from being Worried about my sight. During the exam everything was explained to me in detail of what I would experience to calm me. The optician then spent so much time with me with no rush. I was happy to be able to speak English although I do speak Spanish my nerves made me happy to be totally understood. Every step of the way was outstanding service! I am ordering my new glasses soon. I had a terrific experience today! I took my glasses into the store, worried that I would have to order new frames after stepping on them last night. Lovely Jess was able to mend them and avert what I thought was going to be a catastrophe! I am so impressed and no charge, either 😍

I have been using Specsavers Fuengirola for many years. I bought 2 pairs of glasses in January and had an issue with one pair recently. One of my contact lenses ripped while on holiday and I forgot to bring spares. I'm a Specsavers customer in the UK so popped in here to see if they would be able to provide a fresh pair of monthly lenses. Jess was so helpful and within minutes was able to find a pair of new lenses. I would have been happy to pay but Jess explained that they were trial lenses and would be free of charge. A massive thank you to Jess for her help and for being so lovely.

I am sending a Big Thank You to the Specsavers team for their care and professionalism. I have used their services for several years. During a regular eye test Judy discovered that I had an unexpected underlying problem with my sight. With this early diagnosis I was able to go to a specialist who confirmed that I had glaucoma. Thankfully It is under control now. I highly recommend Specsavers in Fuengirola for their care. They helped save and improve the health of my eyes. Well done!

I can’t thank Specsavers in Fuengirola enough for helping to replace the contact lenses that I had forgotten to bring on holiday. When I explained that I was Specsavers customer in England they issued at a very reasonable price a month’s supply of lenses and in effect gave me my eyesight back. I recently had a fantastic experience during my visit to the opticians, specifically with John Bradshaw. His expertise and professionalism made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. From the thorough eye examination to his patient explanations, I felt well-cared-for throughout. The personalized assistance in selecting the right eyewear was also commendable. Overall, I highly recommend John Bradshaw and the optician's team for their excellent service and commitment to eye care.

I cannot praise too much the care and attention I received in Specsavers. The eye tests were comprehensive and spotted a problem I had with the retina in one eye which resulted in my having an operation to save my sight. The staff, especially Louise were so kind when I returned for new glasses. I highly recommend them.

I got very professional service when choosing classes. I had my prescription but whey wanted to make double-check to make sure it is correct. Optometrist Amina (beautiful smile) made the check. After that Imad helped me to choose the best frames for the different lenses. After all very good service, and compared to other local opticas, prices are very competitive. Best and strong recommendation.
