Very bad and rude behaviour of receptionist. She does not know how to behave with the patients. Waiting area is very congested. A good centre with good radiologist must have well behaved staffs under them. No sytematic way of handling patients.I would suggest visit another scan centre but not this.

Very very bad centre. Congested centre,they have no worth of time or convince of patient, very rude behavior by receptionist just inhuman type don't know how she thinks, probably she thinks he is providing services free of cost even bad behavior than any govt sector. Please don't go ,there are so many centres in bankura for same service.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE EVER. Worst experience ever. I took my sister there. The compounder (I guess her name is Shampa Kar) was verbally abusive towards all the patients. In my case especially she was extremely harsh. Experience with the doctor (Apurba Ghosh) was also extremely bad as well. He asked my sister inappropriate questions. My sister felt harassed. We asked whether the bathroom was clean or not(FYI the bathroom was extremely dirty). Then Shampa Kar started shouting at me and after hearing that the doctor started behaving badly with my sister. I DO NOT recommend anybody to visit this place. The doctor got mad because the previous test was done somewhere else. Dr. Apurba Ghosh also said to us that “MBBS doctors do not know anything”, which is extremely disrespectful thing to say as a doctor. This is the worst diagnostic centre ever.

Today i had visited the center for whole abdomen USG. Before visiting i was contact via telephone with the receptionist on morning and he said your name is under sl no 29 and you must visit within 05:30 hrs. I was there at 05:25 and till now (08:10pm) no initiative action has been from his end. The behavior of the lady and the others receptionist is very rude and they will no cooperate regarding anything which is very disappointing to all the patient. I personally suggest please dont visit the center for anything.

Some renowned doctor push to do to make USG report. That's why I have to go there. Amount is very high but services not adequate. They are not a professional. Waiting time is very high. And report delivery after 3 hours. Don't go there...

I don't know how this lady still keeps her position or holding the phone? Surely the reason why people are giving low ratings on google.
