Stop by for lunch. The sandwich and soup are very good. Since we’re at a winery, got to try a glass of moscato. The moscato is very nice and smooth. There’s a small stage for a live band.

We had to reserve seating when we googled and we were not disappointed. Our party of six had a blast with great customer service and good food. Loved the wine trio pick, no complaints - good food and fun atmosphere.

Stopped by for a light meal. We ordered the Charcuterie Board and then decided to add the Green Chile Queso and Chips just because. Both were very good. There was live jazz music by Tradd Tidwell on the night we visited. Pleasant atmosphere, good service and a relaxing evening. We look forward to going back.

Wow. This was such a cool find. We had their wine flights. I loved all of the ones I chose, all Pecos flavors. My favorite was the blush, my husbands favorite was the applause. He had quiche and a salad; I had the smoked salmon and capers on a bagel with cream cheese….all the food was delicious. The staff was attentive and kind. There was live music too. We had a fun afternoon. We will go back before our vacation ends.

I brought my mom for lunch here for her 92nd birthday. What a great meal! Alexandria was friendly and attentive and our entrees were close to perfect. I can highly recommend the green chili brisket sandwich-the meat was melt in your mouth tender although it was lean - a tough trick to pull off. My mom greatly enjoyed Cassandra’s Groovy Deep Dish which is hard to describe - kind of like a deep dish pizza married a no-egg quiche but mixed in a little salad flavor profile as well. Yummy! And my mom got a complimentary glass of bubbly for her big day. Well done, Pecos Flavors!

We came here on a Wednesday night to try some wine and have dinner. Our waitress was very kind but knew nothing about wine. I asked about one of their own wines, a Pecos red blend and she replied, "it's a dry wine so I'm thinking it must be tart but I don't really know anything about it" She got the bartender over to help but she didn't know anything about it either. Neither knew much about wine at all. You are a winery and your servers know nothing about your wines?? We decided to order their "artisan cheese board" but it came out with cubes of grocery store cheddar and pepper jack cheese and the grapes were all wilted. We decided to leave and have dinner somewhere else. The only reason for the two stars was the server was really nice and did her best. I think the establishment needs to hire knowledgeable staff and up their game on their food.

My wife and I visited this place for a late lunch and we had a great meal (burgers were insanely good!) and a few glasses of wine for the missus. Service was excellent. Our server, Ariana and the Manager, Amanda, both took time to chat with us and made us feel welcome and at home. We’re visiting Roswell for the first time and this kind of friendly atmosphere makes us want to come again!

We had a great time here! The bartender was awesome and talked to us about the wines and drinks. The food was good too!

The atmosphere of this place is great, and most of our food choices were phenomenally cooked and served. Highly encourage their queso with green chilies. It comes with a unique salsa and very delicious tortilla chips. However, I would recommend against ordering their burgers. I'm not sure if the meat is too thick or the bun too narrow, but it falls apart exceptionally fast regardless (picture). I had to remove the very thick cut tomatoes as they only quickened the collapse.

We hosted a dinner party at Pecos Flavors Winery and the service, quality and atmosphere was fantastic. Our group consisted mainly of out of state people and they simply could not stop praising the staff and each detail the staff did to make our dinner special and memorable. I highly recommend Pecos Flavors Winery for anyone seeking to host a group, whether large or small.

Very nice atmosphere. Really good food & great selection of beer & wine. Their house wines are really great. They also have a good happy hour that discounts already reasonable prices. Server was very friendly & efficient. I'd definitely recommend trying it out.

First time, it was delicious. Wife, Daughter and Granddaughter loved it! If you are not from the area and want to try something different….give it a try! Their October Fest Draft was very good!
