The Nurse practitioner is awesome. The staff have always been great. I have been here multiple times and today is the first time that I experience not only a rude person on staff by the name of Felisia but rude. Grace period is 15 minutes after appointment time. I arrived at 10:14 and signed the paper putting down 10:15. This lady called me up at 10:26 to tell me next time I am 30 minutes late that they would have to reschedule me. I looked at her and said “my appointment was at 10 I signed in at 10:15 and it’s 10:26 right now” she looked at her paper sucked her lips and said “mMm.. okay.”Not only was all that unnecessary but disturbing. If you were actually doing your job you would see that your statement was not only invalid but unnecessary. This staff member needs to do a better job at paying attention to detail while doing her job before making patients uncomfortable prior to seeing the doctor. Unnecessary and unprofessional.

The staff is super helpful, very nice and organized. I saw Judith Crawford and OMG she is so amazing. She took her time to answer questions didn't rush my visit. Thank you all so much for being super Amazing!!

Great staff! They're kind and helpful, and Dr. Herekar takes his time whenever he sees my Mom. Highly recommend him!

I was seen at this office for my appointment even though it was at another location. Physician and Staff very nice, helpful and professional. Truly a blessing to have encountered such an awesome group of professionals.

This seems like a place where everyone is very caring and attentive to the needs of the patient. It is a refreshing break from the typical “assembly-line” approach of all the other sleep centers in El Paso. I have only recently started going to this practice, but so far, so good!

I arrived early but they are me early. After recent knee surgery I was using a walker; and everyone helped me work with it and around it. If my insurance pays for the anti-headache shots and I have trouble giving them to myself, they said I could come in and they’d do the injections for me.

Very friendly service all around and the team have been awesome in guiding me as I figure out what makes my brain tick.
