One of the top hotels in Arua city! Located on staff-lane road, off Gulu-K'la highway and easily accessible i.e. less than 20m from the highway. Has beautiful rooms & garden & offers free WiFi internet for all. The downside is the limited space available for outdoor activities. However one can park at staff-lane road if space inside the hotel is full.

The water equipment in the room need fixing; turning the tap is no guarantee the water will stop flowing. Staff are very helpful and take personal initiative where something is amiss. Hotel is located a walkable distance from the city center via the city and LG offices.

The room I stayed in had intermittent electricity and water, a broken mosquito net, and very little privacy because the cleaners used the windows to tie their clotheslines. I told reception I didn't think it was a 130k/night room and they didn't reduce. Would not stay again. Also the food was overpriced.

Had water problem on my floor the first night, but it got fixed the following day. Thanks. 'Open gym' made quite some noise in the evenings when operating. No lift, which is good in a way. Has fire escape stairs, though not sure if was open always or the way clear!

Easily accesible. Clean rooms.Friendly staff right from the guard at the gate. The only downside would be the noise from the standby generator otherwise great place in the heart of Arua town

I must say my first experience in the hotel was very poor because we were not informed about the hotel being filled up we were taken to a lodge after telling us that we will be taken to a sister hotel and the lodge was in the middle of nowhere with no electricity and the security guard promised to leave at midnight. When we complained about our security the receptionist and manager were so rude and arrogant not considering the interest of the client's.
