Quite a nice hotel to visit. Looking for a quiet and serene environment? It doesn't get better than this. Good and friendly service right from the gate man. It's always nice when a visitor is made to feel welcome. Its quite larger than it looks on the outside with a lot of beautiful greenery as you walk around the paths. Had beef stir-fry for lunch which was a bit chewy & warm for my liking. But this is one of those places that I've liked from the start. See you again soon.

New hotel, exquisite accomodation, requires booking a week prior, cozy with a home feel, super friendly staff and pocket friendly rate, bed and breakfast served, probably the best depiction of a buffalo I've seen in artwork at it's front, closer to the real thing in dimensions, clean and neat, quality service, total value for money. The chef was conversant with meat based meals and juices, the bar is well stocked. Please book a week prior to travel.

Wonderful experience: A beautiful and secure compound away from the city centre, but very accessible. Nice rooms of sufficient size, en-suite bathrooms, a beautiful garden with chairs and tables to soend quiet time beyond the bar and restaurant. Good food and drinks selection. But what makes this place exceptional is its staff. Without exception, each staff member is not only highly professional, but also exceptionally kind and welcoming. Thanks to everyone there for making my stay so enjoyable!

I am giving this hotel only 3 stars because of the rude and horrible treatment I got from the house keeping staff and their female manager when I pointed out a stain on my bed sheets . I was surrounded and interrogated as if I had killed somebody . If it had not been for the nice front office staff , I would have cut my stay short . The individual cottages are a unique feature and we generally enjoyed our stay . They need to train their housekeeping staff to be more professional.

This is by far the best place anyone can stay in Arua. The rooms are spotless, spacious with reliable wifi. Very beautiful,clean & quiet ambience for any kind of meeting. Highly commendable.
