❤️❤️❤️It was awesome stay here. As you enter in you will feel it. The design and ambience is at the top level. The staff is so polite. They are following the rules of corona properly. Even they updated our room , because there was less occupancy. The courtyard was also amazing and well maintained.❤️❤️❤️❤️ Now comes to food, it was so delicious. The breakfast range was amazing. You can have anything there. Varieties of fruits, breads, oats, cereal, south Indian food, north food and many more. 💫💫💫💫Your stomach will be full but your hunger won't stop. Every corner was full of sanitizer. Thank you for making our trip wonderful.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I stayed at the Mystic Palms in April 2022 for two nights. My primary reason for choosing this hotel was because I needed a hotel with a swimming pool. What is good about this place? - The restaurant serves great food. - The rooms are spacious, What is horrible? - The swimming pool water is untreated hard water, which burns your eyes. - The same hard water is in the bathrooms. So, when you shower do not open your eyes and avoid drinking this water. - Needed to get my room cleaned and informed the lady manager at the reception. After I got back from sightseeing, the room was not cleaned. - You will not get hot water in the bathroom till you call reception. Who will then switch on the centralized water heater. Their reason for not having hot water 24x7 is that it is not required in summers. This place is more of a place for hosting weddings. It is not a hotel. If I am paying 5 or 4 Star rates (Rs. 5500/night), then I expect Radisson quality. This was entirely missing in this place.

Hotel is very nice n location is also good. Hotel staff is so co-operative, helpful n obeyed. Rooms are so spacious n well interior. Front office staff is so lovely n energetic. Food is also tasteful.

I were on India ride, booked for 2 days, however can't stay more than a night. Rooms were not clean, toilet, washroom is miserable, body wash liquid was too sticky to use, might be expired. The staff is too arrogant, service is poor. Too arrogant staff.

I have traveled a lot but this was the most bad hotel among all the hotels i have stayed. If you are taking the hotel by looking at the pictures in the website and othe booking platform let me be very clear that all may be during the start of the hotel. All the rooms were very dirty tap in bathroom was looking 50 year old and had rust all over. The food plates which came to our room was oily. So be careful before booking this hotel. Yes the hotel can be tolerated if you get room in 1000 rs.

Worst experience till date. Not a 4 star property at all. Room and towels are stinking. To prevent smell they used a local room freshner which is too hard and strong, again a cause of unease and headache. Construction/renovation work going on, not a blissful experience. Not recommended.

An excellent place for small get to gether to large marriage parties with ease and comfort. Beautifully decorated and efficiently managed events are their speciality. The food is exotic and service is par excellence. The parking of vehicles is no problem as they have plenty of open space. A place worth visiting

I had booked for 1 day. This was my worst experience in any hotel. My room was on 1st floor and party with loud noise and high bass was going on ground floor inside the hotel building. Everything in my room was shaking- tables, floor, etc due to bass. The party continued until around 1 am. My 2 year old child couldnt sleep, we had hard time handling her and she was unconsolable. I had to take my child to reception at midnight to show how problematic it was for us. Despite repeated requests, nothing was done to reduce bass / noise. from 9 am in the morning, loud hammering noise started coming from the ongoing construction- 3rd or 4th floor. Despite paying so much price, if me & my child is unable to sleep peacefully in the hotel room, I dont think it is worth it. My advice - book only of you want sleepless nights and days. Highly not recommended

Hey Guys..we would highly recommend the place , be it for your next holiday or for a destination wedding..we recently had our wedding function there and we had an amazing experience . All the staff members were too humble and provided us the best service. The food quality for all our events was better than what we expected. And a very special thanks to Mr Roshan ji who organised our all the events very nicely, all the guests were treated very well at the wedding and we really appreciate the efforts of the whole staff members of Mystic Palm😇😇 and would love to visit again.😊😊

We stayed in the hotle for two days. It has been the worst experience. * During our stay the hotel was under construction because of which there was lot of noise. We couldn't rest properly and when we complained nobody did anything. * The amenities were not sufficient and we have to call the house keeping again and again for basic things like water bottle and toiletries. *The lighting in the room was not proper. * The hygiene was the another issue. We asked for the cleaning of room but it was not done properly. The used soap was lying on the washbasin and the tea and coffee area was also not clean. * The door mat was not changed and the bed sheet has spots and the W.C was also not cleaned properly. *Swimming pool was not in working condition. *The food was of poor quality. Simple dishes like poha and upma was not cooked properly. *The rates of food was high but poor quality and the breakfast buffet was lacking variety. *The cutlery was not clean. *you keep on calling the staff but nobody responds. I highly recommend not to choose the property else u will spoil ur stay as we did.

Amazing stay at the Mystic Palms, Mathura. Rooms were very spacious and services were very quick. Our birthday celebration was made very special with best in-quality services. Special mention to the very polite and cooperative staff. Highly recommended!

The building is under construction and it's next to a pile of garbage heap and tall 5G cell tower. Rooms are non-functional including broken furniture, dirty sheets and jammed taps with unusable water supply. The tap water has excessive salt, and can't be used to rinse or shower. Bathrooms are missing drapes in shower. Air conditioning makes noise in high decibels. Consistent noise from on-going construction won't let you rest in the room during the day. Poor staff are forced to make promises they can't deliver on like stopping the construction.

Had booked a room for my anniversary….. room was perfectly decorated …. And it was a wonderful stay…. Staff was very nice ….. and manager did all the arrangements very nicely that i have asked for …..food was quite delicious and at an affordable price …. Room are ok by space but house keeping and maintance of room is not good. Lobby also in very dirty and management should strongly work on that part other the rating is going to low. Need to improve very things.

Nice hotel, house keeping staff were helpful. Food was tasty, in room dining was also good. The location of the hotel is good, not too far from the temples. Restaurant serves many cuisines and vegetarian only. Breakfast includes satvik food. Reception staff were mean, not at all willing to help or listen to the guests.

It was just okay. Went for a family wedding. Rooms were nice because it was new wing but food and cleanliness was pathetic.

Worst ever experience, the staff is less interested about the customers. Restaurant service was so lazy that we Ordered roasted papad, and it took 45 min to get served. Can imagine what would had happened with our entire dinner.

I got married in this hotel and I must highlight how poor the experience was. The manager made multiple promises before the wedding dates but refused to provide those at the time of the wedding. Basic amenities like water and electricity wasn’t there at the time of wedding. Imagine the embarrassment we had to face because of this. The decoration and event planners provided was the worst. At the time of bride and grooms entry the cold fires burst out of nowhere. The hotel and management hardly cared about the guests. The decoration provider was so careless and very shabby decoration was done in each event while charging us an exorbitant amount. Very poor service by the staff too. Even after requesting multiple times during the wedding period to not make spicy food they didn’t consider it. Worst hotel and people to rely upon for planning a destination wedding. Even the mehndi walas and makeup artists suggested by hotel were all pathetic and didn’t even bother to come on time.

One of the best food has been served by the restaurant management staff. Awesome service given by Mr.Dalchand. Well behaved staff with beautiful ambience. Overall awesome experience.

The worst experience ever. We have paid peak season prices to stay four nights. We have booked six rooms together. We got the package with buffet breakfast and dinner. They are treating us like we are staying and eating for free. No service provided for in-house guests. Showers in all rooms are broken. Can’t control water temperature. Filthy carpets. None of the mini freeze or TV working any any of the rooms. Too many mosquitoes. No cleanliness at all. They only concentrate on functions. I have travelled enough to write this kind of review. I would give zero star. Don’t waste your money.

Yesterday I stayed in suite room paying 6.5k plus here but the experience was horrible.Bathroom having water leakage, room full of mosquitoes and the service was … have no words to explain… after calling reception 6 times in an hour I finally went down stairs and waited for service boy at reception till he come.after paying such handsome amount customer expect atleast some quality

The ambience of the restaurant was not good for taking photos. It was very dark, I recommend you to go there in morning or afternoon. The water in the swimming pool was very dirty, many mosquitoes were biting. The food was also average in taste and the prices were not suitable according to the taste. Prices were quite high.

I planned my sister's wedding here, it was a perfect wedding. Everything ran smoothly, I didn't have to worry about anything. Everything was well planned and executed perfectly by Roshan Sir and his very talented team members. I'm really thankful for such great efforts put by them to make this day memorable.

Food and ambience both are good. We tried lot of varieties there. Few were good and few were average like garlic bread was ok ok. Bread menu is bit costlier here. But may be they are justifying their price because they Serve 2 pieces in one roti. So price of roti is kind of ok. So if you want to order 4 chapatis. Then order only 2 rotis. Otherwise you will not be able to finish the food.

Unless you're coming to Mathura to visit the Jai Gurudev Ashram, there's absolutely no reason for anyone to stay at this hotel. For roughly 5K rupees a night this place is a little on the expensive side. But you wouldn't mind the rates if you got your money's worth, which you don't. The rooms are okay. Just about. The staff is courteous though a little inefficient. The food is terrible. Ridiculously bland. And there's absolutely nowhere you can go to grab a bite around the hotel. Unless you're willing to travel several kilometres you will not find a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal with the family. Don't go by all the restaurant names that Google Maps shows you in vicinity. Most are roadside dhabas (not the kind you imagine in your head) and thelas. My general impression of having spent two days here in this part of Mathura and explored the innards of the city to some degree is that people here don't care about eating out much.

The restaurant here is good in Ambience but very poor in service and quantity of food. Service is very poor. Quantity is very less specially cheese nachos. If you are going don't order it at all. Taste is also not that good. It seems they are serving same gravy in all paneer dishes.

I loved the place and everything here. They made my wedding so special as i want and keep everything organised as per me. They consider my instructions and wishes and complete it in the way that made my big day wonderful very thankful to Mr. Roshan who is manager in the hotel. The food quality is top notch i can say best in mathura. The head chef Mr. Kapoor from delhi specialy came there to take care of food taste and get everything prepared under his guidance. He take care of my food as asked me for having food etc. While i was getting ready. Everyone appreciate the management, food, ambience. In short i can say u can blindly trust them for any event, hangout with friends thay will never let u down.

Visited Mystic Palm three times. so reviewing as per each visit. 1st - Food was So so.But service was good. 2nd - - Again food was of average taste. And the service was also average this time. 3rd - Food was tasty (I guess they took our suggestion to change the chef seriously). But service got worst this time. And another thing which surprised me that they added the extra things in the bill which was not even ordered by us (unfortunately I noticed that after reaching back home). So be aware about the bill.Staff asked to pay the bill in there personal Phone Pe account .So i thought that something was phisy.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 days with family.It was a holi weekend in March 2022. Felt like hotel was completely abandoned. Reception guy was completely clueless. Restaurant staff was highly unprofessional and rude. Breakfast was getting ready only by 9PM. They closed the restaurant at 1PM for lunch. Yes 1PM !. Room service was also very poor, had to call multiple times for basic things. Room water was more salty then sea water. Don't know who gave this hotel 4 star, a small roadside logde will be better then this in terms of customer service.Paid a pretty high amount for rooms. Regretting it.
