My one of the Worst experience Room was dirty Dustbin was full of garbage and requesting for several time they didn't clean it And bathroom was worst Door of the room was broken and staff was very rude and one of there receptionist was very greedy when we were leaving hotel he asked us for money even though we were not happy with there services we had to give him tip I request you do not book stay at this hotel istead go offline and you will find good deals (If you have any doubt you can ask me)

The hotel is very close to the railway station, reached there in 5 min. Rooms are clean and have polite staff for service. They also provide food delivery service inside the room, which is good. The owner also arranged for a cab at reasonable rates. Overall good experience and reasonable rates.

Not maintained. Issue of cleanliness. Require repair of plumbing work. In Bathroom wash basin and toilet are dirty, taps are broken. Buckets are very dirty. Bed is also not clean. Only the people behaviour is good but when you pay at least basic requirements should be there.

One of the worst hotels I saw in my life till today. Rooms are dirty with stinky smell. Very bad ventilation and bathroom is in pathetic condition. The person who was in so called reception (though they don't have a proper one) was ill behaved with a mouth full of gutkha. I had to leave the GH. Most Google reviews (4* or 5*) seem to be paid ones. Please don't get misled by reviews/ pictures and book this GH. There was no argument about payment. The owner (an old gentleman) said that you can pay NO money if you wish to.

I had booked directly with the owner. Room was not neat. Power backup wasn't there . Owner said generator guy isn't available. Definitely not worth the 1000 bucks. Disappointed.Had booked the room looking at Google reviews. Donno how authentic the reviews are .

Worst guest house in mathura. Google pictures are different and acutely is different. Dirty room n bathroom. Bed n bed are look like tent house. Don’t go there with family. THIS IS NOT A FAMILY GUEST HOUSE. there have many options much better then it.

One of worst place, no minimum facilities even not a mirror in room. Furniture are mostly broken. Rates are high. Firstly I was there to stay for two nights but due to bad smell and unhygienic atmosphere I decided to leave the room after one night. But the owner charged me full payment for two nights without any proper bill copy. Thoroughly disappointed.

Stayed here on the occassion of Holi, people are really kind...During this time other hotels were charging 2500 for a normal room.But here I got at regular price of 899...Which made my trip budget friendly and satisfying...Owner arranged everything for me when I asked for help for help in sight seeing... Rooms were clean and very good.

The place is near to railway station and price is very economical. The host is very helpful he will be very happy to huide you and give details about various places to visit and how to be safe from scammers. Its a budget friendly place to stay near railway station.

Stayed at abhiraj guest house and must say that is was very comfortable one. Firtsly, we reached quit early than the check in time, but the manager went out of his way to provide room at the earliest possible time we highly appreciate that.

Worst hotel. The rooms are not what is shown online. Dirty room, smelly bedding and washroom looks like public toilet. Staff is not polite. They have AC connection from outside and would turn it off in the morning. No inverter or generator connection in case of power cut. Had to stay in the room without electricity for hours.

Location, price and behavior of owner is good but services not good. Hotel is near the railway station at walking distance. Restaurants are available nearby. Room and pillow covers are not cleaned. Furniture broken and TV non ops. Bathroom smelling and not cleaned.

The worst staff i have ever met. So, I had a conversation over call about the booking and they said, rooms are available and I went there and paid the amount they asked me to wait for 10 min, and after 10 min they again asked me to wait for 30 min as they were cleaning the room. I waited for approx 1 hour and then they said, sorry sir all rooms are full now, we will return your money and u can find some other hotel.

We recently went to this hotel and it was not at all clean. The bad was dirty. The bathroom does even have locks and even it was dirty. The room smell very bad.

Rooms and toilets are not clean. In the night, manager gathers 4-5 drunk people and uses rubbish and loud language in the lobby area.not even have common sense about how to treat guests. very unsafe hotel.only location is good.dont trust over Google reviews stay away.

650 metres from railway station nearby to dwarka desh temple, vishram ghat, krishna janam bhumi... U can visit temple nearby taking electric rikshaw (30 rs per person} and enjoy the beauty of vishram ghat and aarti at dwarka dish temple

Firstly the price I paid was the cheapest price in Mathura Host was wonderful guided me through out the stay.. Rooms and bathroom were clean Needs renovation for betterment of the property.. But highly satisfied with the hotel for the prices I paid 1000 rs +GST for an ac room Great deal

Very bad experience...no basic facilities, dirty rooms and broken furniture. No toiletries provided. No geyser, non-working of AC and TV. The room also smells bad...it was our need to stay there for night only...not recommended if you are planning to visit mathura with family, you will find a better option than this.

They only have 2 good rooms on ground floor and they dont give it to on-line booking, but pictures you see on booking sites are of them. Other rooms are just like cheap dharamsala.

In the hottest climate, AC wasn't working. We reached at midnight and even after advance booking AC of the wasn't working. Could not sleep the whole night. Pathetic experience.
