Amazing place with a breath-taking view of the river. Vista Rooms staff at the property takes good care of the villa and fulfilled all our needs. The Place is nice away from the city noise. Spacious lawn at the villa gave us the opportunity to play outdoor games. Vista Rooms made sure our covid concern were away as they disinfected the villa right before our check-in. Host at the property guided us for our other needs such as shopping and local food. Best part was the boating in the river at dawn. Would love to visit again. Keep up the good work Vista Rooms!

Wonderful property with 3 bed rooms (two attached to the main house) and an expansive living space with views of the backwaters. The staff is just amazing - service with a smile always. If you let them know in advance of something special you would like to eat, they will prepare it for you.

Soon as you enter the gate of the property, you will realize that you are in for a treat... Property and landscaping adds to the beautiful location... You've got a total of 3 rooms, all spacious, clean and well maintained. Two of them has the beautiful view of the riverside. Hospitality is top notch... Staffs are all helpful and welcoming... Property is definitely not easy on your pocket but at the end of the day you won't feel overcharged... They do provide delicious food on demand on an extra charge. Kudos to the chef... They do have kayaking facility as well... Perfect for families or group of friends...

Nature at its best! Beautiful rooms, view from the living area is breathtaking. if you are looking for a place away from the hustles of the city and unwind, this is one of the rarest spots in Cochin. Thank you for the wonderful service, team! Will be back soon!

The place has a breath taking view of a water body and an extensive lawn in the back. The Villa is Travancore style and reassembled from a 150 years old villa. Solid wood panelling and roof are exquisite. Good hospitality and food. It has the right kind of calmness to detox.

Superb place to stay. Calm and quiet. Te sunrise views are not to be missed. Excellent food in house. Special thanks to Mr. Kuruvilla who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable.

From the booking itself, everyone from the stay vista team was super helpful. Communication was excellent from the team, they send us the google maps direction in advance, pre ordering menu, etc etc. The location was breathtaking. The moment you enter in the property, you feel like out of this world. Rooms, washrooms, public areas, dinings, lawn, etc everything was well maintained. RAMIZ was an excellent help and is there for anything you need. Never ever miss the Sunrise. My God that was the best part. Right from the room, straight out into the lawn with an amazing and breathtaking view of the sunrise. We went for Kayaking in the morning, did fishing in the evening. Tea Snacks everything was so tasty. The best place to visit with family and kids. Lots of open space for kids to play around. So relaxed and enjoyed stay. Thank you Stay Vista team.

The property is so good Well maintained. Best place for a private party. Water front area is fabulous nice spot for small concerts also.

Awesome place to stay, rejenuvate, regenerate, yoga and for food, fish of the day. Good chefs and well maintained. One negative I want to give is the furniture on the living room is not comfortable and need to be replaced with comfortable one
