I attended 6 months yoga class at Rudra Yoga Centre, Vytilla. It was a wholesome experience. Yoga instructor (Sudheer Sir) was a very resourceful person with years and years of knowledge and expertise in the field of yoga. He is the yoga instructor of Former Chief Minister of Kerala V. S. Achuthanandan, who is fit and healthy even at the age of 96 years. My health and immunity improved after I started practicing yoga. I highly recommend this yoga centre to those who want to bring some positivity to their life and positive change to their unhealthy lifestyle.

It's one of the best places where you could learn the theoretical and practical sessions of yoga from the perfect tutor. You will not only be taught the do's but also the don'ts which help u to understand the depth of each session and why we practice each asanas. It really was a best sessions.

I did my two months Yoga course at Palluruthy center in 2014. I am practicing Yoga till now. Classes are excellent. Theory classes were also very helpful to make changes in living style

Although I'm a bit late to join the yoga class it hasn't mattered much to me because the technique our yoga master used is efficiently learnable even by a child ....And I'm satisfied with the course offered..... 😍
