Food is good and tasty. Traditional restaurant. Only thing negative about this restaurant is lack of cleanliness. They should maintain more hygiene and neatness in the restaurant. Then this will become the best restaurant in this area.

Cheap meal.. unhygienic atmosphere.bad service from staffs. Better search for another place 😅

One of the worst dosa & chutney ever had. I even complaint in the front office about the terrible food & he doesn't even care about that. Not recommending to anyone, not even my haters.

It's a vegetarian restaurant. The food is average. The only good item there is the Vada, which is invariably crispy from outside and soft from inside. The uzhunnu Vada is the best u could get in and around kochi. The main issue in the hotel is cleanliness. However it seems to be popular in the locality as the food is fresh and the hotel is operated by a Brahmin family.

Food is ok, customer service is ok, but this hotel lacks cleanliness, not hygenic at all, not even the wash area, i saw a cockroach wandering behind my table. And also the behavior of the man who is sitting at the bill counter is not at all friendly, that guy doesn't know how to treat customers.

Good food at cheap rate. One of the best places in Kochi to have pure vegetarian food at reasonable price. Taste is on par with most of the popular vegetarian hotel chains in South india. Coffee is also special. But filter coffee is not available. Only coconut chutney is provided. Different varieties of chutney is not present. Still dosa vada samabar and coconut chutney were thick and good. Just like most of the famous old restaurants in kochi, parking is a major challenge here as it is situated alongside old NH47.

A traditional and famous vegetarian restaurant in Palluruthy, the shop is famous for its delicious South Indian dishes like Masala Dosha and Gheerost. The crispy plow bread (uzhunnu vada)here is very tasty

One of the oldest veg hotels in town. I would say a must try one. Breafast poori, puttu etc. Very good economical. Hygene don't expect star standard. Avg only.

This is an old shop.moderate price.you get Kerala foods like puttu appam and masala dosa etc.

They could do better when it comes to masala dosa. But other than that you get fresh food and my favourite part is the kitchen its old but its clean.

Food is very tasty and affordable that probably you won't believe, we had ordered 2 Kerala parrota, 2 portions of veg kurma and a portion of medu vada and the bill came just 13/- I don't know whether you would find this super cheap or not but I certainly do. If ever visit kerala or you are near Thevara make sure to try food here. Draw back the ambience is just very old not very good during business hours place might be crowded as well. I could not take much of pictures this time but next time I go I will make sure to post them. Nice food and reasonable price

Very tasty food with traditional flavours. Supper tea 😋🤗. Food served traditional way such as in banana leaves. Prefer to have lunch next time from here.
