Worst experience! Unsafe for woman travellers ! One of their staff forced open the door while i was in. Bad customer service. Reception is poorly maintained - flies all around. I booked through Goibibo - toiletries, dental kit and slippers were all included while I booked - but the receptionist mentioned items mentioned in inclusions are chargeable - management decided this one month ago it seems. - pathetic. This is how they welcomed. Not recommended for women travellers. Staff at the reception gives creepy vibes. Poor culture.

I knew the lemon tree as a good hotel chain but this one was not properly maintained at all. It was so dusty outside on the walls and window. Rooms and beds were so small for a four star setup. The only good point is their breakfast and location.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous infrastructure, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and service undoubtedly makes it the the best place to stay in Kochi. My husband and I had a wonderful experience. Every staff member we encountered, from the check- in to the dining and the cleaning staff were incredibly helpful and amenities were great. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Nice ambience. Easy check in. Staff attitude is beautiful and warm. Service level is great from the time we the stepped out of our car. It’s time for maintenance. You can book if you get it at affordable price. We stayed at Rs 2600 without Bf.

The room and the services were pretty good. Have an awesome restaurant and the food was pretty good too. But you should give them a heads up about your arrival, because sometimes the rooms might not be ready even though you have booked and paid everything up front.

Definitely did not provide service like lemon tree. It was a very bad experience at the hotel especially at the checkout time, they billed us wrongly and were not able to provide a bill for extra charge. The food was good, including morning breakfast. Rooms were not up to the lemon tree standard, didn't prepared the rooms properly at the time of checking basic amenities were missing. Rooms contained moisture on the walls.

Rooms are not clean as TV, Chair, desk every where there is a layer of dust and it's a old property. Amenities were not kept on the room at the time of check-in and we found spiders are roaming on the table at restaurant and wall corners are with webπŸ•Έ... Overall experience was not good and I will not recommend this hotel at all.. Even though this is part of #Lemontree group of hotels still it has a lot to improve

It was a decent stay. Rooms were neat and clean. We had to do a late check-in which was feasible at Lemon tree. Rooms are bit small. If you are travelling by car you have ample car parking lot available. Staffs were helpful and informative. Information on room availability and price is better when we call and check. Breakfast was okay and tasted good.

Stayed here twice. It was a decent stay for the price and services offered. The rooms are cozy but a little too small. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food and cleanliness can be worked on a tad bit, though the rooms are quite clean, I can't say the same for the hallways. Also they don't provide you with a lot of toiletries themselves, so if you're planning to stay, and need to shampoo, just ask them for one. happy travels ❀️😊

Stayed here on 2 occasions. Rooms are neat and clean. Friendly staff. Location is good, especially for those who have got some business at Willington Island. Car parking is bit tricky. Old style and same needs to be modified. Overall experience was good.

The rooms are neat and clean . The location is also good . The buffet menu can have more options. You will not get toiletries in rooms like dental kit, shaving kit , shampoo , soap is also not replaced by housekeeping for 3 days . No hot water only warm water any time of the day...

Budget hotel. Good ambience and neat rooms. Not that fresh. Still it's good. Courteous staff and responsive all they were. Had a great time. Not that luxury. But recommendable for families and couples.

Overall the stay was good. The rooms were clean. The service was rely good. But the amenities were not upto the mark for the prices they are charging. And it's almost 14 years old, hence it could definitely improve interiors to match the kind of rooms that are available in that range in Kochi. Another disappointment was the food. There are very few options and overpriced. I think it's time for the hotel to step up and improve things around there lest they should give a bad name to their brand.

The booking price of a room (without breakfast) when booked through MMT, Goibibo etc is same for one adult occupancy and two adults occupancy. I booked for one adult occupancy but later my sister joined me. The hotel demanded additional money for this. The staff were courteous and prompt. Food was average. Location is average. Room was average.

Keys Select Kochi is one of the worst places to be in, given the price. It is no where a four Star property. Carpets in the corridor are dated and it stinks. 24hrs Hot water was not available even after multiple requests. Rooms are too small, no toiletries. Breakfast is average. I had to cancel my four nights stay and reduce it to just one night. I would recommend Trident Kochi or other hotels nearby.

I had a good experience, with good food. But when I was leaving, they refused to give me a Bill for extra payments I made (saying nobody was there to make it), so I gave them my Mobile No. and e-mail Address for the bills. But I got no reply. From any of the forms of communication they state. The phone no stated on Google says "Out of reach or switched off"; there was only 1 e-mail address on their website, which didn't give me any reply after the automated e-mail. Edit: Thank you for taking that in mind and sending the bills. Hopefully the barriers to communication will be resolved soon. The cleanliness was very well done btw. __________________ So I revisited this place. Because this still seems to be the best in the area. They seem to have further upped their food quality. Every dish in the buffet made me want to eat more of it. The reason why I haven't given 5 stars is that despite the cleaning staff having cleaned everything properly, the AC seems to have a bit of lingering odour most probably from the previous tenant's smoke. Now I can't expect them to deep clean the AC after every checkout and no other hotel at this price would be better in this regard anyway, but this is something that matters to me. Next time I will probably ask for a windowed room, so that I have good ventilation.

Great location, the food was really yummy and we could eat whatever we felt like. The room was really clean and comfy and pretty spacious. The staff were really friendly! And the best thing was they kept water in glass bottlles rather than plastic! The pool was a really fun place to swim in! It was a great stay and we really enjoyed it!

Very good experience. Nice & compact rooms. The bathroom's partial glass wall helps us watch TV and avoid cleithrophobia. The buffet breakfast was very good. A stay at this hotel will give us an experience away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Room is good. Room service is good. Location is good. Attitude of the security guys outside the building are too bad. As a guest of the hotel they didn't show the manners..

My experience was positive. The hotel's atmosphere is nice, and it is close to the Kerala Folklore Museum. No-hassle check-in friendly staff members. unreserved parking area. Also, the room was fairly nice. South Indian food was included at the breakfast buffet, and I especially liked the kadla curry.

We had a great stay in keys which was for almost 2 weeks. The stay was amazing and complete value for the price. Room- rooms are not that big. However, sufficient enough for couples. Washrooms are cleaned and is being maintained. However, rooms floor/ tiling/ walls need maintenance. It shud definitely undergo a renovation. Wifi- wifi speed is good. However, it keeps ok fluctuating which results into continuous disconnection. Neverthless i found its better than most of hotels. Laundary- laundary services are good too.. they give you a pair or two complimentary. That again needs to be confirmed from the hotel staff. Food- foods are good, but can be better. Not much in variety per say buffet meals. Lunch and dinner are still fine, but breakfast mostly contains south indian dishes, which not everyone Will prefer. Further, choice of fruits and sweet dish can be better by giving more varieties. Parking- available, both open and shed parking. Gym- gym just have two treadmills and only two more equipments. This needs improvement, as its not sufficient enough. Location- the hotel is just next to KERALA FOLKLORE MUSUEM, which is a again must go place. Also, its closer to thevara bridge from where u get access to FORT KOCHI. Overall- overall it was a good stay. But the appetite as well as maintenance cud have been done.. hotel staff are friendly too.

Had visited with family the worst customer support at the time of check in and front reception. No one was there to assit or take the laguage. Not worth for the price they are charging. OYO flag ship rooms are better than this one No proper invoice was provided at the time of check out time. NB: Morning Breakfast and Restaurant staff was Good

Perfect stay, we stayed there for 2 months. The staff were very polite and humble especially Eby, sruthy, Jishna, Anamika and noyal are very helpful. Exceptional room service with daily housekeeping. The rooms were spacious with an good lake view. But Gym is not perfect conditions there is only few number of equipment. Otherwise it is a great and memorable experience.

Had chance to visit this hotel for lunch with 50+ colleagues on Sunday. Visited looking at keys being part of Lemon Tree hotels. But the fact is completely different. Food is pretty average. They charged 700 per head but which is not even worth 500. Ambience is worst, even a boutique restaurant provides much better ambience. Can't find dining essentials on any of the tables. Staff doesn't care guests coming in. Overall we lost one good day cause of Keys.

I have been staying in Keys hotel then Lemon tree since 2018. Always had great experience wrt stay, food and hospitality. However, recent experience has not been very welcoming. Hope the hotel staff would consider this as scope of improvement a) Reception and catering staff really need to be trained b) Hotel hygiene has be maintained well c) Though they have Gym service, need lots of improvement Positive points a) Room service staff know thier job well specially a lady supervisor kudos to her dedication

I did not dare to take off my shoes within the premises. It did not seem clean enough. I slept with my coat on. I left the next day and paid for another hotel. I'm sorry, but it was just not up to standard. Someone is clearly smoking within the building and I am sensitive to smoke. I did not feel safe as a single female traveller. If you are a solo female traveller - skip this place.

Don't Go. Poor service. Veg - Nonveg mix kitchen. Mix food. Rooms very small. Rooms lock not working. No proper lift. Totally west money. No proper staff. Just like guest house. Tour operators booking with @ 1000/-per day rooms.

Good hotel in overall Not tasted food. Rooms are small Room service is poor Required to improve check in desk management because receptionist is also going to shift luggage from vehicle... Seperate manpower for separate work is required to be deployed. Other very small issue is .. Dustbin is full of garbage which is shown in my photo uploaded herewith

Loved the colour of the room and coziness. Due to covid, it is beginning to be less maintained and empty, staff have also become less professional, than the first time I visited.

Very poor hospitality. However, they have some energetic young talents deserves much better place. I wanted to appreciate some people at the hotel for their kind gesture and the management provided me with no support. I asked them to connect me with their higher official and they refused to do it. Requesting everyone to book a better hotel. Thank you.

Rooms and restaurant are good. Entrance is not that much appealing. They have 2 small halls, about 50 pax capacity. Large banquet hall is not there. But, i feel, they are giving importance to room stay. Rooms are good.

Worst stay, Do not compare with keys in Bangalore and other places. Amenities were not provided. One start is for the customer support. Gor others I can't provide even a single star.

  • 2/5 Jinny 2 years ago on Google
Keys by Lemon Tree, the brandname actually gave me an expectation. However I was disappointed. It has a very gloomy feel. The 2 days that I stayed there, the keys to the room would not work, I mean, they do not have any rooms of which keys work.. none of this is mentioned while booking.. after you finish all formalities of filling forms and submitting I'd cards, they'll very politely inform you that each time you've to enter the room please come to reception and say, we will open it for you.. the hotel had not kept toiletries and basic stuff like towels in the bathroom which made feel quite lesser than mediocre about the hotel
