I have visited here with my family. Everything was ok except some issues. 1) Blanket was not given. (Our 6 months old baby was with us. We managed it somehow in that rainy day.) 2) Don't know there is wifi or not. (They didn't shown any password anywhere.) 3) One of our room having too much bad smell of paints which they have done in recent days may be. It didn't cleared with proper ventilation or anything.

We had booked 5 rooms there for a family function. The rooms were clean. One room the AC was not working. After raising it with the person in charge also it was not attended to. Also, there was a room with twin double beds which we had booked for accommodating a family of four. We had mentioned this at the time of booking specifically. However, at the time of check in, they denied the same and asked for extra charges of 1000 Rs for the same, although the room could easily accommodate 4 members and there was no extra cost for them in that..So, overall the place and location is good. However, customer centricity of the management needs to improve. Coming from a hospitality background myself, i have only one advise to the management, don't be penny wise pound foolish..

Rooms are comfortable ..over all you get a good feel staying.almost all facilities are nearby including pan cinema, crowne plaza hotel and for those who have a medical need , Lakeshore hospital is hardly 3 kms.keep it up..

The location was the best part with ample parking space.

The place is cheap and cozy. I didn't know that the place actually came with an AC. Cleanliness is on point. Toilets are clean and neat. A small soap and shampoo were provided. Respect for privacy is notable. Excellent service. I stayed here because my friend booked it for us for his sister's wedding. The price for the rooms are unbelievably cheap, which is the highlight of this place.
