I consulted for my eye pain twice with male Dr. But he interested to give me their own eye drops without more investigations. What a lazy approach....😡 The most worse fact is that their own optical shop near it gave me a terrible lense which increased my pain. The lense was so unfinished looking very ugly. I went to another hospital and they treated me very well... find out actual problem and releived my pain.

Its a good hospital for eye care. It has a legacy and i guess it's the third generation running this now. We have done the cataract surgery for my father here. Th3y have good machineries and doctors. They are good, enough explanations, detailing, follow ups are given. There is ample staff so you don't have to sit confused with information. Staff are courteous which makes you feel comfortable. The parking for the hospital is two buildings next to the main building. This is a small place, but they are doing some renovations to improve infrastructure.

A very good professional team. Always guiding and escorting patients during the whole process. Excellent service. Only shortfall observed was shortage of space. The hospital changed to new premises. Spacious and ultramodern with ample parking space. Hence I am glad to change the the rating from 4 to 5. Best wishes to the team

This was my first experience and that too shocked me as each and everyone there was so polite and humble stand besides me to complete all the process and have completed the surgery . we wont find these kind of behavior in any hospital as i am super satisfied

I recently visited RCM Hospital for my eye check-up. The receptionists and nursing staff were absolutely polite and helpful. The facility was exceptionally clean, maintaining a high standard of hygiene. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Inexperienced doctor...(I am talking about the female doctor) she will call you again and again and doesn't give you proper consultation....fully disappointed...so I will not suggest this eye hospital to anyone.

As a family we have been consulting Dr Rakesh for more than a decade. And last week I got my grandfather's cataract treatment done from RCM,Tripunithura. They have sufficient parking space too. They are in the heart of Tripunithura. They have a team of very professional doctors and supportive staff. If you are looking for an eye hospital for any of your loved ones RCM is where you should go without a second thought. Reasonable charges and good service promptly. Hasslefree experience always! Usually one isn't comfortable while at a hospital but here the staff are so cordial and they manage the patients so well that inspite of the rush one doesn't feel taken aback. I recently visited this hospital and I must say, the experience at the reception was exceptional. The receptionists were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and compassionate. They made the check-in process a breeze and answered all my questions with patience. Their warm smiles and professionalism set a positive tone for my entire visit. I was able to see the doctor very quickly and he identified the cause of my eye irritation. I was given eye drops which solved the problem.

An excellent place for your eye care, Doctors and staff are friendly and quick, best advantage is there no waiting for consultation and test. Parking facility for four wheeler vehicle is not available in front of the hospital but available just to the next building RCM Wellness centre, just ask to the security for any guidance.

I had my cataract operation on my right eye on 6th Saturday,2022 and the left on 10th Wednesday, 2022 of this August month. Fixed multifocal lens in both the eyes. Dr.Rakesh and Dr Sunil kumar both are very talented and the operation was very successful. My vision is very clear The staffs are very friendly. Fully satisfied. I can drive without any problem.
