Horrible Service I bought a treadmill worth Rs77000 from World of Fitness 3months back and the machine weighed more than 100+Kg and since it was too heavy I asked the guy whether they can support me on moving it if needed and they said any service will be provided as per the customer request. Seeing the attitude I recommended the same to my relative and they bought another machine for a higher price. After 2months the machine started making noise and I requested a service and the person in charge postponed it several times and later I wanted to move my machine and I requested for a support and they said other than to fold the machine they wont support us at all. Right now I have a noisy machine in a place I cant use due to their amazing service team. - Thanks to Google Review feature. Its nice to see how a google review has changed the attitude of the service team as just before the review it was more like 'we wont do anything even if the customer is ready to pay' to 'we can arrange a different vendor' as I never claimed for a free service when I requested the move I confirmed the POC that I will pay for the services :).

Minimum quality products and very bad after service. Staff relationship very poor. Won't recommend to my fellow fitness lovers and friends 😡

Bought a pair of gloves and a barbell pad. Wide range of equipment and accessories. A tad on the higher spectrum of price but friendly and knowledgeable salesperson(s). Would appreciate it more if they could provide carry bags when purchasing something. Purchasing something for a high price but without being provided a carry bag looks awkward and out of sorts.

This store sold me a bottle of fake protein powder. Contacted the national head who directly supplies the whey protein and they sent me a replacement for the defective product.
