We booked the resort based on the feedback that it's a 5 star one, unfortunately it's very far from the same. The room was average, the flush plate was off the commode, the overall hygiene of the washroom and place was poor. There were no activities, food was average and I would suggest it's not 5 star in any way... First time in a long one, hated the club Mahindra experience

A lovely resort, set in a beautiful location. The setting is very relaxing. All the hotel staff are very attentive and friendly. The restaurant food is delicious. We found our bed to be very comfortable and our rooms were very spacious, with everything we needed. We would happily visit again.

Very decent property. The cottage rooms are very nicely done with the terrace seating adding to the charm. Food, as usual in club Mahindra properties is priced on the higher side. They have quite a few activities organized by the team. Very nicely done. The pool should have been of a bigger size. We did kayaking in the lake outside the resort. Was a great experience. The narrow boat ride experience was also very good. (recommended)

The resort was very nice. The staff was so polite with every person. I book studio apartment.The rooms were so neat and clean, really loved the rooms. Every thing was arranged in proper manner. The family games they take every evening were so funny and interesting we enjoyed a lot here. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience with family for the wedding ceremony of my relative. The place was away from crowded area. Calm and quiet. Peaceful environment. A nice spot to spend time with your friends and family. A good place to bring kids too.

Rooms and services were good.The swimming pool is a small one. The food was disappointing. We had buffet for dinner and breakfast, but we were not satisfied. It's just a waste of money.

Excellent place to relax.Good rooms , .Restaurants are as usual damn expensive , 5 km from main road .Come stay , relax and enjoy .Nice ambience and surrounding.Well maintained greenery.Small activities like cycling , trampoline are available.Pool is closed due to covid restrictions.Good view of the river on the front side.Very cool experience.But one major drawback I found is very very very poor customer service and maybe can be said that unresponsive customer service.Os keep that in mind.

The staff were really warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable! And the safety measures and protocols were in place, which was a relief. The location is perfect to catch the sunrise and begin your day. Also, don't miss out on the narrow canal boating offered by the resort!

Service was pathetic we were not served with just tea also at 7 am as we wanted to check out which normally in hotels and resorts is served any time.They just told breakfast starts at 7:30 and refused to serve .we were there for 2 nights and had buffet food which was ok but one time we had A la cart food which was worst in taste and was served almost after an hour of ordering.when we complained about taste and quality staff was not at all supportive .They were extremely rude in talking and they have this attitude so that people go fforcefully for their expensive buffet Manager Dev and chef govind were just not Co operative .

My cousins and I planned a 4 day visit during Vishu. We had a fantastic time. The service and food was great. The Spa deserves a special mention for all who want some relaxation. The small Canal boat ride and the game centre, were a fun activity for kids and adults. They can be a little strict about the dress code and code of conduct at the swimming pool to keep hygienic standards.Overall a great stay and would love to visit again.

This is my first visit to club mahindra and that turns to be a last visit to this resort. Worst experience, i felt i made a wrong decision. They are charging very high cost for food & Room, but it won't taste good and more mosquitoes, insects inside room. You don't have option to go out and have food from resort. In case you have own transport, you can travel 5 kms to get good food. Here they are asking money for many things, very less complimentary. The food was tasting bitter and no chef or assistance to convey the message. They are keen on taking money from us for each and everything. They don't bother about our experience or concerns. I know this feedback, they don't care as they have overwhelming upper class guests. But i am writing this for some of the middle class family who save hard earn money and go there with lot of expectations like me.

A serene property located on the banks of the backwaters of Aarookutty. Though the climate is always humid and hot,the frequent rains make up for it. The food here is just lip smacking, though pricey. The alacarte is cheaper than the buffet. Have a peaceful swim in their pool overlooking the backwaters,shadowed by coconut trees. A walk on their lawn beside the backwaters is just refreshing. They have also got fun games and such. All rooms also have a good view of the backwaters. A must stay resort.

Good place to relax. All good in terms of rooms and ambience, especially the backwaters near by, swimming pool and indoor games. I have given only 3 for the service as few of the staff in restaurant seemed frustrated and were not helpful. The room was not cleaned properly and tea bags were not replenished. Another thing they dont give packaged drinking water . Other than service all was good

I'm a member. Booked 2 studios. Location and ambience are nice. Good parking. Nice reception. Food varieties are not as usual in mahindra resorts. After 10.30pm I couldn't get milk for my grandson. Very sad. Asked for multiple Tamil channels but didn't bother anyone. Rooms are spacious but not star luxurious

Good place, with decent amount of amenities. Balconies of the high rise, overlooking the water body was good as well, though bit far away. Special mention to restaurant manager Vinod, was very helpful during our stay. Reception looked under staffed, which can be fixed for a better experience.

It's an awesome property located ideally near a lake. The facilities are good enough to keep the guests occupied during their staycation. They do provide House boat rides, Kayaking etc as outdoor activities.

The parking is limited so they are allowing to park near the rooms which I personally did not like for safety reasons. The property is small and feels congested though all things are placed good. Swimming pool is small and square in size. Food - buffet breakfast was good but the varieties were just short of. The back waters view and lawn is good.

The rooms are either hotel unit or a small 1 room cottage style. Good only for 2 adults and a child. Service was very slow for a 5 star resort. Location was so bad that there's nothing much to see or do around. Even the resort entertainment was negligible as compared to other CM resorts that I've been to. All in all very boring experience.

Property is very good but compared to other CM resorts this was on the lower podium. The location is good if you want to spend time inside the resort. If you want to travel outside to Alleppey or Kochi etc then everything is at least an hour's drive which was a spoilsport. Staff in this specific resort needs more training, almost no staff has any idea of nearby places to visit. I really felt the resort was understaffed. The staff was not ill mannered, but it just felt that they are not very interested. We had issues on dinner and breakfast buffets where we had to request many times to get the buffet counters refilled which delayed our dinner by 15-20 mins. Also I felt they had less options on the menu compared to other CM resorts. We also had to call to get the basics like drinking water can, doormat, etc Overall we enjoyed our stay as these were not major issues

Good location.. but way poor service.. ordered 3 juices.. but got 2.. he was not ready to give one more.. the guys don’t know how to talk to a customer… not a star property… pool with just one swim ring.. not recommended

We're members of club Mahindra. This resort is probably open for non members too. We had a wonderful experience. We got rooms facing the lake midway through our holiday. Front office manager and resort manager, the F&B staff, chef Govind were extremely friendly and kind catering to all our special requests such as making fresh rotis for our baby. Buffet spread was great and we had a wonderful time.

Services are good, sometime you don't find preferred location. But that's fine. It is safer for family & bigger room.

We had a wonderful time. Services are excellent. Especially manager Shakthi and Surya made our stay a wonderful experience. On short notice they arranged for my daughter's birthday celebration. Everything was good. Rooms are clean. Regarding restaurant menu it will be good if more seafood varieties. Otherwise a nice peaceful stay.

We booked 6 rooms at the resort. The rooms we booked were all supposedly superior rooms. Unfortunately they don’t meet the criteria of a 5 star. There was no centralised ac , the rooms were ok but the washrooms were bad. None of the 6 rooms had a good shower . The corridors were not clean. The safe was not working, no laundry bags, no grooming or dental kit, no slips ons ceiling was damaged due to ac leaks. Lizards in the room and bathroom. No bar in the property. No mineral water bottles in the room. There was no proper welcome for my guests as well. The only saving grace is the view due to its location. The staff at the restaurant were nice. And the food was good. However they say breakfast buffet starts at 7:30 but none of the live counters were ready by then and neither was the entire breakfast buffet. Not worth the price I paid.

Overall experience is nice. The only negative that I've felt is that we were not allowed to enter the pool without nylon material dress while the other day we saw a lot of people in the pool wearing normal dresses. Also the timing of game section and the pool is like till 7 or 8. I wish it was till 10 or something.

I recently stayed at this resort and unfortunately, I found that the service (especially room service) was lacking. However, the food and ambience was really good. The facilities at the resort were average. The surroundings were picturesque. The rooms were comfortable, but not luxurious. The amenities were adequate, but not exceptional.

We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. And had a wonderful time at this resort. We are non members but were considering to think about getting the membership based on our experience at this resort. The rooms were beautiful, the location was excellent. They had a great clean swimming pool where I enjoyed swimming in. The parking space was also great. The entire resort was utilized properly and spaced well. Main thing I’d like to highlight is, we left our room for sightseeing on day 1 and when returned the room was well cleaned but the bathroom door mat was not replaced, instead the dirty side was turned back and the fresh side was facing up and placed. It was not only disgusting but also very wrong of them to do such a thing. I made a complain about the same to their front desk staff but it has to be mentioned here also so that they take proper action against the housekeeping department in order to not get it repeated. Apart from this one incident everything else about our stay was perfect. And one other thing about this resort we felt could be improved are the prices of the food at their restaurants. They are more expensive than even a popular chain of 5 star hotel. Food wasn’t that much worth the money as well. Either they should improve the taste and quality or they should reduce the price of their buffets and IRD menu. Since this place is located in a secluded area inside a very narrow lane, there are hardly any good restaurants nearby hence Zomato or Swiggy doesn’t deliver!

Resort they maintained is really well. Staff behaviour everything is good. They have a full building for indoor games. Backyard was good to spend time with your friends. The lunch they provided was awesome. But the snacks they provided for tea was not that great. Buggy and home made cookies I didn't like. They have a small space to conduct events or meetings. Enough vehicle parking area. Overall the area they have is very less. And they charged 200/- for Kayaking. Also they have a great space indoor and outdoor for fooding.

The staff Hospitality was exemplary. The food was yummilicious. The rooms and location was first class. Just that the rooms were a tad bit small. Good for 2 adults or 2 adults and a kid of 7. But the view from the balcony and the staff made up for it. Will surely recommend this for a relaxing holiday.

This is a fabulous place. Located at lagoon with a serene backdrop, this property has an ambience that is nice and comfortable. The property is relatively compact and rooms have nice views. The service is very good. There is a good seafood options in the buffet and spa with traditional ayurvedic massage. A games room with few games is also on the property. The resort arranges on request for boat ride as well as narrow canal boat ride.

Property was good and rooms are spacious. They have very less amenities to get listed as 4 or 5 star properties, staffs are good but they don't use or provide room fresheners for room. Also Housekeeping requires few improvements such is to use clean cloths to wipeout rooms and provide all toiletries in upfront. I asked for Iron with Iron board and Room sleepers but they refused to provide which shows it as 2 star property. Since it's in Kerala and near to backwater then views are just amazing & breathtaking. Food taste was great, which is the plus point for this property. Enjoy your trip!!

Really Good n calm atmosphere with pool and other relaxation.. Staffs were friendly and helpful and has no inconvenience of any sorts.. Check in and check out were much painless process and you also get electric auto ride to your cottage inside the resort if needed 😍

Went for a event.. facilities are neat and clean.. parking also is good enough. Well maintained space with good beauty. Food seems just ok.. and needs improvement.

Very nice resort with friendly staff. Rooms were neat and spacious. Food were tasty. Location is on the bank of Vembanad lake and used the opportunity of small house boat. It was nice ride of one hour but worthy to experience those. Overall very nice stay.

Place is new.. 4.5acres... food is expensive . Using their amenities r expensive.but for family day out or weekend stay it's good . Pros neat and clean.. staffs r professional I had a personal encounter with a staff who mistreated us like we were trying to rob them off or something. But these could be isolated incidents which should not happen though. Overall experience was good and satisfied
