This was my first experience of shopping fishes on line.Had order shrimps through express delivery.It was delivered a little late so the shrimps did not survive.On checking ,it was confirmed that there was a problem with the courier service.was disappointed and called the store.To my surprise there was another courier that arrived after 2 to 3 days.They had sent me my shrimps again.🥰🥰🥰 Really reliable and trustworthy people. WILL certainly recommend them 👌 👍

I placed my first order a couple of months ago for some fish. I liked the packaging but received them late although I had paid extra for faster delivery. Unfortunately 2 of the guppies I ordered were replaced by another colour. When I tried to reach the customer care, there was no response from the number provided. I later got another number. I had to try several times before I got a reply which was not helpful. I got a coupon code for a discount which turned out to be invalid. So it was a waste of time. I finally gave up. Nothing like buying fish from a live store.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - Zero stars I found this website through Google search and after reading the Google reviews ordered 3 pairs of guppies. The website had a fast shipping option, since these were fishes I opted for it. I had to travel (sudden and unplanned) so instead of cancelling the order I called the number on the website. There was no reply. So sent a WhatsApp and asked to delay the shipment. After waiting for a few hours, I sent an email. The owner replied to my WhatsApp and email and agreed to delay. Two days later, he ships the fishes, this is despite him acknowledging that he will delay the shipping over whatsapp and email. The fast shipping that I opted for cost me 254. It wasn't really fast. He shipped it through regular professional courier which took 5 days to reach me. One fish died and 5 others were barely alive. When I reached home back for a replacement. There is no answer. Please avoid wasting your money. The positive reviews are probably people who visit his shop. Don't order online, don't expect any proper response.

The fish was delivered with safe and secure , and quality of fish was also good, only problem I see is that the website used by them is not upto they're quality. If we order multiple item delivery cost can be reduced, Even no tracking facilities in website, except that everything was very good, thanks AquaStore. ALL THE BEST

I got very healthy Oscars and they were of proper sizes. In terms of fish and its quality I would have given 6 stars if there, but when it comes to receiving updates of the transaction from site it needs improvement. Atleast an e-mail stating estimated day for shipment and delivery will be good. I know it's given somewhere in the site but not everyone reads all the details.

I placed online order. Fish arrived live and well. He was in stress because of transportation but after couple of days became active and grew well. Packaging was done well. Feed for baby was provided with package. He is growing well. Thank You.

Best place to buy Aquatic plants. Bought a bunch of them and all were delivered in perfect packaging are thriving. Amano shrimp came in good shape and have acclimated well in my planted tank. Would suggest publishing your water parameters on website to help us decide on acclimatization time and rate. Have already ordered more shrimp and will be ordering Tetras soon. Keep up the great work!

My 5 red cherry shrimp reached in 6 days, good packaging. Now all are healthy and fine. Kudos aquastore. Last year also I ordered danios but they didn't able to send due to lockdown.

Best experience .. ordered 2 betta fishes online through there website .The fishes were shipped next day ..as per tracking reached my location next day only , But due to some issue could not collect ..The was there at courier place for 3 days ..was fully worried .. recieved the fishes today . The fishes are hail and healthy .. The fishes received are 100% as per discription . Loved the fishes . Totally recommended .. Only though was shipping cost is high if multiple items are brought together ..might be due to express shipping . But no regrets ..100% recommended ..
