I am father of Diya. my daughter is under the treatment by Dr.Sundrapandian sir for neuro developmental delay.she didn't crawl stand without support and speech delay.He has good team of doctors for evaluation and treatment first i didn't accept my daughter is neuro developmental delay.I roam in and around madurai for all pediatric and pediatric neuro doctors for further openion one of the doctor near mattuthavani said, He is not neuro developmental delay and said no therapy needed . But after 6 months of roming, I came baele to Padma hospital.I taken several month to accept and took treatment for her. We were looking for best Paediatricians in Madurai We came to India with our 3months old baby in Dec 2020 and Dr.Prasanna Karthik in Padma Hospital was the one we chose. It's been 3 plus years I have been following this hospital for my kids in Madurai. Dr. Prassanna is a genuine caring doctor who doesn't prescribe medicines unnecessarily other than the required times, which is a very required character in a doctor nowadays; Also the medicines that he prescribes are mild and safe in dosage that are suitable for kids; I feel blessed to know him and get my kids treated here. The hospital staffs are also very friendly. They are all friendly and hospitable. A very good hospital overall. :)

I had visited the clinic since my 3 month old had severe cold and cough. Thanks to Dr. Prasanna and his continued and prompt guidance, my son has recovered. The nurses are also well trained and they are Equally friendly.

My 9 month old was very sick with fever, vomiting and diarrhoea. First we took her to a different hospital and the medicines they prescribed didn't work at all. Even after 2 days it didn't work. Not sure where to start and express my words to this hospital. My 6 month daughter was suffering from severe fever and we visited this hospital and met Sir/Dr Prasanna Karthick who took utmost care and given right prescription and after sometime my daughter was started recovering and was feeling much much better. We were so glad and blessed to meet this doctor who is at this best in his profession. Thank you so much and this is from my bottom of my heart. Even the nurses are also very helpful and so kind especially Mohana who took good care of my daughter from the scratch which I have never seen in any of the hospitals so far. My co sister suggested this hospital.it is clean and tidy whenever I visit .the staff makes me so comfortable. The nurse will speak to us for more than 15 minutes but she will be patient enough .in that speak she will insist what is good for children .what to eat ,how to eat ,which is healthy. She will explain in a kind manner .more important they won't inject or won't use tablet they use only tonic or syrup .that's the best part of the hospital .the dose will be mild .

Excellent Paediatrician, took time to clearly understand the situation, clearly explained the reasoning behind the prescribed remedies, medicines. The supporting staff are also wonderful, very efficient, especially Ms. Bhagavathi who did our registration and provided scientific tips on what milk to feed, how to feed etc.

I felt many positive things when I went to treat my 3 yr old with fever, cold and cough, he suffered a lot with issue, Dr. Prasanna Karthik listened to the issues we mentioned and prescribed with appropriate treatment for full recovery. We do regular medical checkup for our one year old son in Padma speciality hospital. Recently he underwent a critical operation (Hypospadias) in this hospital. Honestly we were very hesitant and worried about the process , but the doctors and their team was with us throughout our journey of operation and recovery . Dr.Prasanna karthic , Dr. Ganesh prabu , and Dr. Sethu sir were very helpful and soft in handling us. Really Dr. Sethu sir was very caring , despite of we asking so many questions regarding operation and healings every day, all the time he explained very soft and patiently.12 days we stayed in hospital, we never felt any inconveniences bcoz of the team and nurse took care of our child 24/7, the only thing we want to convey to all the parents out there is that if you are going to Padma speciality hospital you can completely trust the doctors and you will not need second opinion . Best Pediatric hospital in Madurai. Overall rating also seems high for this hospital still not sure why very less crowd here whereas some other nearby hospital is loaded with full crowd. Ppl are waiting more than 1 or 2 hrs to meet doctor there. I would definitely recommend this hospital for children.

My son is 26 days old and i was checking for friendly child doctors at Madurai and finally found one. Dr.Prasanna Karthick is super friendly as well as very patient in explaining things. Staffs are really really calm and composed and really friendly. Especially Nurse aswini kept on following us even after coming from hospital.
