We enjoyed a wonderful stay, we felt like our own house. The facilities are well maintained and kept good. Especially the Shajichetan the caretaker is there to help us with full support. The pool is very nice and clean. Overall a nice experience! We will definitely visit again.

We just had our friends get together along with our families.Great experience and good hospitality..The entire place was available for us only...Extreme privacy was guaranteed...Good rooms and very tasty food provided by the caretaker. The place is little away from main highway but easily accessible to all type of vehicles. Its a very calm place

The service and ambience of the property was so unpleasant and highly disappointed. 1. Rooms does not provide the comfort of a so called "Resort" bedsheets & blanket used were below average level than any hotels. 2. No complimentary food provided, but they will coordinate in arranging that is more costly than swiggy or zomato. 3. The plates & cups provided in the kitchen were of so low quality that some were broken even. 4. Interior (curtains & interiors) does not show any justice to our expectation of the so called "Resort". 5. We were a group of 7, and 2 of our ID card were taken initially that would be returned at the time of vacating. This being their policy they should be alert to return at the time of vacating. I had to travel back again to collect the same since i remembered. 6. The Manager was so rude and unfriendly, the caretaker lady had justification for any concern that we raised. Good thing: 1. Privacy is definitely a plus point. 2. Outside view and pool is good.

We arranged a company team get together here, the overall experience was good. Very recommended for group of 8 to 10 people. Both the owner Mr Sunil and care taker Mr Shaji managed things professionally. The place is very beautiful, spacious, with exceptional privacy. The cost for weekends, holidays are on the higher side. Also they will arrange food if you need. Food price also bit on the higher side considering they are making it for a group. Overall much recommended.

We conducted a bachelor party on the premises. And the party went very well. The exterior were splendid. And it was very good for photography also like bachelor party photography.

This place is actually made to take a break from the hectic life. It has a small outdoor Swimming pool and a Pond where lot of fishes are there. There is no pool timings. The house has 2 Bedroom, Hall and a Kitchen. Kitchen has all the utensils to cook. caretaker provides grilling facility. The main highlight is the privacy. Overall it is a Private Pool villa..!! It was a wonderful stay. Thanks to the Caretaker for the hospitality and support. Will definitely recommend for many of my friends looking for a nice hangout..😊👍🏻

A private villa located in cheppanam ( near panangad, ernakulam). It houses 2 bedrooms, a hall and a kitchen in the main house and one bedroom in an outhouse. Rooms are basic with spacious bathrooms. Kitchen had almost all the utensils that you would need for group of 10 and a refrigerator. They have a grill facility too. There's a small pool which was not in best of conditions when we visited. Pool may seem big in pictures, but it's not. This is not a lake side property. There's water logged area on one side of property.But the boundaries are closed by temporary sheet walls. It's a heavy mosquito plagued area, so be ready with some repellents and cream if you are planning to sit outside after 6pm.. Privacy is the keyword here, so it's an ideal place for bachelor shenanigans or small, close-group get togethers. Pricing is reasonable too.. There's no breakfast or other food options. You can prepare your own food while paying a kitchen usage fee or order via swiggy/Zomato. Overall, a good private house for your get togethers.

Good place to host your family and friends. Has a petit pool not enough to swim around but does the job of giving the pool vibe. The service is good and so is the cleanliness. The road to the location is a bit conjusted but gives the kochi experience of seeing small bridges and lakes. In all its a house with 2 bedroom, hall and kitchen in the main house and a seperate room with good view. The rooms are all spacious and the bed can accommodate 3 adult men.

We can enjoy the privacy and ambience of the resort. However, we are very disappointed with the service. We went there to celebrate our friend's Bachelorette party. The manager was rude and unfriendly. Absolutely not the way to deal with your customers.The interiors were not upto what was expected. The utensils were broken. Food was served cold. Due to the location, delivery charges for food were high as well. In short we would not recommend this place. Try to provide better services to your customers.

Nirvrithi Bhuwana Private Pool Villa was a perfect pick for my friend's bachelorette! The place had a great vibe, super comfy, and the rates were affordable. Just to note, it's a bit tucked away, which adds to the charm. The only drawback is that the roads leading to the area are a bit small. Despite this, I'd still highly recommend it for a budget-friendly and cozy celebration! 👯‍♀️✨
