First off the food was good but we did see a little surprise, a mouse came out of the dish washing area next to the hallway to enter the bathroom; also one of the employees looked intoxicated, dropped the silverware and took about 2 minutes to set up the broth spoons. He then bumped into our table and apologized but he stared at us for a good minute. Our server though was nice and helpful. Wish they could of compensated for the little surprise. Definitely not coming back.

Orlando is amazing - I don't think I've had a server give the attention to my table that like him. A+ service. The food is quite frankly amazing, you can't go wrong. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star is because of the hostess. I stopped by and asked how busy it might be, how I should arrange my schedule for the night, etc. She said they don't take reservations but "oh it's only 2 of you. It will be no problem getting a seat in an hour." Fast forward one hour and she told us it would be a 35 minute wait. I, as politely as possible, mentioned that an hour ago she said it woud be no problem. She responded deadpan "well, it changed." Kudos for the confidence, but I'd give this place 1 star for the hostess service (5 stars for literally everything else).

In short, this place is a no-brainer for a fantastic meal in Denver. Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent authentic Ramen at reasonable prices. The service was great, the restaurant was clean, and the ambiance was very appropriate and pleasant. Portion sizes are big and the flavors really stood out on all of our dishes. The kids Ramen meal was huge and had a lot of variety. The spicy tuna tacos were amazing! Highly recommended for lunch or an early dinner before hitting LoDo!

First time trying this restaurant and it was really nice. The atmosphere was great, the service was great and most importantly the food was extremely flavorful. I will definitely be back. I also admired the fact that its diverse. Keep being the staple of the community. Love never sleeps.

I absolutely am obsessed with the place!!!! I love the atmosphere, I absolutely love the ramen and it's just all around amazing. I've ate this almost everyday the last 2 weeks. Never gets old. They get better every single time! Kevin is amazing all the staff is amazing they are so sweet to me and show so much love all the time!!!

Whether you're looking at this place because you're stuck at Union Station or just for a date night, the choice is easy: Go! The atmosphere is immediately inviting as soon as you walk in. hey have dreamy lighting above the main floor and plenty of 'backdrops' for photo ops. I can't remember his name, but I asked him if I could take a pic and his face lit up as he said "for $5!" On top of that, Stacey took care of our table with such ease. Our cups were never empty and she knew about every item on the menu. Everything she recommended was delicious!

Best vegetarian ramen I've ever had!!! Ramen bowls are a good portion for one person. Food is pretty well priced, drinks are a little expensive. Amazing atmosphere and great staff at this location. I would highly recommend and definitely go again!

Ramen here was OK. I was hoping it would be like the one in Studio City, CA where you can make it really spicy. I ordered the 2010 ramen and asked them to make it spicy and added more hot sauce, but it wasn’t spicy. They have happy hour from 3pm-6pm; so I got dessert half off. They make it in house apparently, and it’s pretty good.

I have lots of pictures and a video of the atmosphere to share. The food was so good that I forgot to take a picture of it. Service was friendly and efficient. The Ramen was very delicious as were the shrimp tempura!

What can I say, the food was amazing. You can make your own ramen bowls or order off the menu. I got the Wonton Chicken Ramen. The Wonton’s were good sized, the broth was a very soothing and not overbearing flavor which I enjoyed and the ramen itself was good. There are different types of ramen but I got the angel-hair like one. The service is amazing and waitress was so nice!!❣️The interior also has a really cool vibe and the bowls were cool! Overall great service, food, and wonderful environment to be in!🍜 Hope this was helpful!😊

I’m from Vegas and this specific Jinya is so much more of an actual restaurant than that one, it was nice. The food quality was definitely lower so it’s a trade off, but I would definitely come back! Super busy for for a Monday 5 minutes after opening so I would imagine a wait at any other time.

At first I thought the food was the best part of this place but then we had this amazing server Anastasia. Highly recommend the price is great for the value. Adding this to my regular stops every time I am in town. If you are new to Ramon like me just ask Anastasia she will literally get the best. Plus extra fresh garlic….😀

Simply the BEST! Can clearly taste the hours of skill and labor put into the broths alone, then add house made authentic ramen noodles … to die for. Endless options to add in. Perfectly seasoned and cooked whole soft eggs to break into your broth. Perfection. And the servers! Stacy and Andrea were the consummate hosts - Stacy was so attentive, kind, funny, and genuinely interested in us. New all-time Denver favorite <3

We had a great experience! Everything about tonight was excellent. The only complaint was being seated near the door. The door closes so slowly that it let in a ton of cold air every time someone came in or went out. The food was delicious. The texture of the noodles was just al dente and the shrimp dumplings were perfectly cooked. The broth was flavorful and hearty and the condiments added spice and depth. Even the Shirley Temples were delicious! The shining part of our evening was the quality of service from everyone, especially Orlando—our main server. He was polite, attentive, and professional. Will definitely be back.

Popping into different places as we are visiting from Texas & decided to give JINYA a try based off their reviews… service was immaculate, Rina was so fun and sociable, we were sat immediately and no waiting on the server, she was on her A-game! Food was amazing!!! I recommend the chefs special & appetizer .. the creamy spicy shrimp. Loved it all. :) thanks JINYA for an amazing eat.

The broth I got this time was a bit salty and rich for my tastes (Karaage Ramen). My servers Andrea and Stacy were attentive and very friendly and were a joy to interact with. The ambiance and the atmosphere inside the restaurant was great and the A/C was not too cold on a hot summer day. Would recommend.

Stacy and Andrea are a master at their craft. We came in on a busy Sunday afternoon and we still received exceptional service. Stacy greeted us a smile and was very enthusiastic about the offerings at the restaurant, she was super knowledgeable about the items on the menu. They work great as a team and gave superb service.

This food was immaculate and utter perfection. Each bite was delightful and so worth it. Everything was delicious. We did experience a wait in getting our food but it was so worth it.

A wonderful night! After craving some Ramen, we found the perfect place. The food was amazing with plenty of vegan options. Orlando provide amazing recommendations on the sake and Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen w/ kale noodles. Yummy! Definitely I’m coming back!

Stacy and Andrea were amazing! Every weird change I wanted on the delicious Raman was an easy happily excepted change! I even got talked into a dessert which never happens but her enthusiasm about getting one convinced me! Would recommend coming here and definitely will be coming back!

Wow wow wow, what a place! We came in around 9:30pm and between the service, drinks, and food… cannot think of anything negative to say. Anastasia was our server and she was nothing short of top tier. She was very persistent and ensured we had everything needed at all times. We left the table very full, but in the best way and I will remember this meal for a while. The ambiance was moody with an intimate setting to speak without yelling, and with how busy they were all items came out very quick.

My server, Orlando, was great! Had good suggestions and was so on top of everything from refilling water to get my drink and food order in almost as soon as I sat down. Will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely top notch Tonkotsu Ramen, loved every slurp 😋 The broth is extremely flavorful and well balanced, you can taste the work that was put into it. Those extra thick noodles, wow. This was seriously one of the best I ever tried, restaurants in Japan included. I’m probably going to have dreams about it. So many more delicious options to try, so I’ll come back soon. Servers and chefs were very attentive, friendly and kind. I hope the line outside this place won’t be too long when I return..

Attached picture is The Tokyo Spice. Upon entering, the service was very welcoming. The server was in training, but was doing an amazing job. His mentor did check on us as well and was just as amazing. In our party of three, our Ramen all came out at the same time, very flavorful and delicious. It tasted as we expected.

My wife and I were excited to try this place because we saw they had multiple vegan Ramen options. We are a little picky about American Ramen places because we lived in Asia for a few years. This place exceeds expectations and does it in a way that makes you want to come back and try different combinations cause you know it'll be good. I highly recommend trying it, especially because they'll customize your and help you find the flavor profile you're looking for.

Tyshea was the best! We had a shrimp allergy in our group and she went out of her way to make sure we ordered accordingly. The food was incredible and the happy hour prices can’t be beat. Thank you for an excellent birthday meal!
