I managed to become mildly obsessed with this place before I even visited. The toasts, smoothies, and lattes all sound so appealing and make for difficult choices, but they are mix and match friendly with the menu. The avocado toast was one of the best I've ever had -- great flavors, fresh herbs, and the olive oil added a noticeable punch. The roasted red pepper chicken toast (I chose to have that one on top of a sweet potato) was just okay -- the red pepper spread had good flavor, but the chicken was pretty bland. The sourdough is thick and quite tasty, but if you go the sweet potato route, it's cooked to where it has a little crunch left, and not too soft. The tumeric latte was thick, earthy, subtly sweet, and had a moderate amount of spice to it.. enjoyable drink. Overall, the place has a cool vibe and nice people running the show. I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu.

Cute little spot. Not a lot of seating and the prices are kind of high but I think that high prices line up with the fact that the servings are comically large. I'd be surprised if anyone ever really needed a full order of toast for a single meal. The spreads put on the various toasts are generous. Two people could likely be comfortable with sharing a flight for breakfast, which is a great way to try multiple flavors. We tried a few drinks and they were all really tasty. The smoothies are definitely smooooooth and have a very satisfying texture.

Cute and modern toast and healthy food shop. They provide excellent service and food. Our smoothie bowl was vibrant and tasty. They have a large selection of toast to choose from. From savory to sweet, it was nice to have the option to try multiple flavors on their flight. The green drink we had was a bit too lemony for my liking but every thing else was delightful!

Simply an amazing experience every time I visit! The food is high quality and looks like art on a plate. The staff are friendly and service is usually quick even when they’re busy. My favorites are the Green Warrior smoothie for a post-workout boost and the CO Lox toast. There are options for any dietary restrictions which is great for my friends and family. Love the Green Collective!

Everything was so flavorful, balanced in texture, and our bodies felt revived after eating at the Green Collective Eatery. Musts : toast flight including pink toast, soup of the day, create your own salad and finish with a few emerald bites! Also loved the kombucha they had in house!

Went to The Green Collective this morning for breakfast - the toast flight got us. I got the purple bowl which is the traditional acai. I really enjoyed the combination of fruit and crunchy texture here, plus the granola was some of the best I've had when I've ordered a bowl like this. The drink is the mushroom hot chocolate over ice cause I'm a weirdo but it was really good. Partner described it as powdery (I don't disagree) but it wasn't bothersome to me, someone who uses protein powder regularly. Finally, the toast flight that brought us here in the first place. I didn't try any but my partner loved every single one. His favorite was the one with chicken (on the right), the middle is the Lox and he liked the toppings of that, the last one is tuna and he liked how filling it was. All in all, excited to go back. Definitely recommend going early - we got there around 910 and it was packed by 930.

I walked in knowing nothing. It’s definitely small but omg the food was incredible. I was greedy and got three options. Lox and cream cheese, avocado toast, and a strawberry and banana on a chocolate spread. Very Instagrammable but the food and the service did not disappoint. My food and everyone else’s was a work of art and care. I took the photo attached and the taste was as great as the visual.

Really great space serving healthy open face sandwiches. Don't let the menu item "Toasts" fool you.... Bread is not toasted. We thought maybe it was an oversight but noticed other diners 'toasts' were in fact just bread with toppings. The tummeric latte was outstanding.

Perfect lunch any day of the week, all super fresh and delicious. Tried the trio of toasts x 2 , four protein balls, matcha latte and the flavors were on spot on. Perfect medium egg on the avocado toast with lots of herbs. We really enjoyed the peach and cottage cheese and the strawberry burrata.

Just excellent. $20 for two pieces of avocado toast seems excessive, and I immediately had buyer's remorse after ordering it. But once it came out, I could tell everything was made fresh. The avocado itself has the texture of guac, but it lacks all the salt and lime. It's very nice to let the avocado flavors be the star of the show. And the egg, pickled onions, and dill all came together nicely. I'll definitely come back.

Cutest little health cafe! Their toast flights and smoothies are a must-try. The presentation is beautiful and the menu has a variety of options for everyone, especially if you have any dietary restrictions. I highly recommend the avocado toast and pink toast.

The green collective eatery is AMAZING! The food is delicious and the presentation is beautiful! There’s so many options for the avocado toast. Choosing between gluten free bread, sweet potato slice and sourdough is such a tough choice. Smoothies, açaí bowls and HUGE salads are staples. They offer seasonal specials that are so creative, I always look forward to see what they will come up with next!! Their staff is so warm, friendly and welcoming, always asking if I have any question! I try to eat there as often as I can!

Easily one of the best places to eat clean and healthy in all of Denver. Everything on the menu is great, literally. Smoothies, bowls, juices, toasts, and delicious seasonal menu. The team is also an incredible group of people. A must visit if you’re in the city + also a bonus that it’s a local business.

Wow. I woke up at 6am before my flight just to make it here first- if you knew me you’d know I am anything but a morning person. But the photos looked so enticing that I couldn’t miss my chance. It exceeded expectations. I got a trio sampler with the avo toast, the lox and the dessert toast. The sourdough is crunchy and high quality; the toppings are fresh and perfectly complement one another. The service was great as well. The ladies working were so nice and seemed passionate about their work. My one bummer was that the supposed poached egg on the avo toast was really a hard boiled one. I think a runny yolk would have taken this sandwich to another level. But I’m so happy I came and so sad I live across the country from it. I will absolutely be back any time I’m in Denver. Oh and for my fellow remote workers- there’s outlets to charge your laptop etc at.

My go to spot in Denver for quick and healthy food. Simply cannot get enough of the lox toast and morning boost smoothie - although everything i’ve tried on the menu (aka basically every single thing) has been delicious. Also love the toast flights when I can’t make up my mind. They even have have dog friendly bowls! The first place I recommend to any friends visiting Denver!
