I tried giving this place so many chances in the hopes that it would get better and it simply has not. Multiple times have I not been given the dipping sauce that I ordered with my meal that asks what dipping sauce I would like. This has happened when I have gone through the drive thru as well. Unless you specifically ask them for the dipping sauce you want, they won’t give it to you. There has been multiple times I don’t receive my beverage that I order with my meal, but I almost always receive the custards I order. I understand it’s a frozen custard & steak burger restaurant, but is it really that difficult to include my beverage or give me the dipping sauce I order? Not only that, but I order a spicy chicken sandwich meal and I get a regular chicken sandwich. I’ve worked fast food before, regardless if it’s busy or not they make it as simplistic as possible for you to work in a fast food joint. They want efficiency and still can’t get that when the screen states exactly what the customer ordered. Just baffles me. Don’t recommend coming here until something is changed.

Food was about as good as you might expect but I LOVE the fries from here! They're very well seasoned and salty but that's how I prefer it. Staff brought out the wrong shake for a person in my group but immediately made a new one and let us have the old one anyway. Overall, pretty decent. Two people in my group LOVE the patty melts here!

The guy at the window was great. Service was fast. The price for what you get is a bit much. My son and I had stomach aches after eating here.

Definitely a Freddy's fan and this location was just okay. The people were neither unkind nor as friendly as the Brighton location. Though I had my app out and ready to scan, the cashier proceeded without using it. She apologized and happy to go back to get the rewards on my card. But, did not instill confidence that she was successful in getting my points on my app...in checking she did. But I have never needed to check. I wanted to purchase an orea desert but literally every one of them in the freezer box showed some size of being melted. Really! Your entire freezer box is melted and you don't do anything about replacing the contents inside? Needless to say I didn't get my Oreo cookie ice cream today... and you definitely need to check your freezer box!

The entire night shift was freaking awesome, the service was quick easy and amazing they got me in and out of there super fast!! even though it was late night everyone had an amazing attitude and seemed happy to be there which as you can imagine made my experience so much better and on top of that I would send pictures of how awesome my milkshakes looked but they were so good I didn’t get a chance!! thank you Freddys you’ve hired a great Group of young people and they all deserve a raise!!

The service is super slow here but I appreciate that things are made to order. The food was pretty good but w bit more expensive than other similar places.

Went through drive-thru, staff was very nice, even though we took a bit of time, food was delicious and satisfying, definitely coming back

I like Freddys they have good food but I went there on a Sunday night and had a really bad experience. First of all the girl at the drive-thru was SO freaking rude and had a bad attitude. I always try to be friendly to any type of service worker but this girl was not having any of it. Ok fine. Then drive home with the food to find out they got our order wrong and didn’t even give us one of our 2 burgers we ordered. And the one they did give us was completely wrong. Considering a meal for 2 was $32 at a fast food restaurant (shakes and cheese curds apparently warrant an extra $10 to the bill) I’d expect a little decency and the right order. I drove back to get it fixed and the girl was yet again so rude and acting like I was inconveniencing her when she was the one who couldn’t get the order right in the first place. She shouldn’t work in such a prominent role dealing with customers if she’s going to act like such a witch to everyone.

The worst drive through experience I ever had! The other night a curly hair brunet boy with real bad acne/ grease face (needed a shower badly I could smell him at the window) working the drive through had a attitude along with devious intentions. He completely messed up my whole order gave no napkins or straws or even a spoon for the ice-cream that had more nuts then ice-cream. Not to mention I paid extra for toppings I didn't receive and to top it off he glared at me when I asked for some sauce he forgot to include. I personally will never eat here again and vouch for how bad the service was 0/10

As mentioned in reviews before, drive threw wait was brutal, anything other then Freddy's and I would have gone elsewhere........ But even with a stupid long wait for fast food..... It was perfect and delicious . Obviously made when ordered. Fry's are always spot on. Freddy's for life. Shorter drive threw would be super but only if the quality stays the same, otherwise id choose wait every time.

Ordered at the drive thru. My server was pushy about adding a drink to my order, and told me it would be cheaper. Maybe cheaper than buying just a drink, sure, but he implied that it would save me money, which was untrue. I don't like those sales tactics, and didn't care for this worker, who kept calling me "bro". Furthermore, I was rushing to the bathroom an hour after my meal. Perhaps the cleanliness standards aren't up to par.

I love Freddy’s burgers. So good,almost sinful. Fries are so good and dipping sauce is to die for. Never had a bad meal anywhere I go. Was back today and even more impressed! The guy who took my order was apologizing because he was helping someone else. Hey I can wait for an additional 15 seconds. He was so nice and when I went to get some napkins he asked is there anything I can do for you? What a nice young man. As usual the double steak burger was to die for!
