This place is amazing. I have stayed here twice now, once without my dog and once with him. I wish there were more places like this. There is not any staff (rooms are cleaned after each stay). In my opinion this is very efficient and convenient. The management is very quick to respond with any questions or issues you have during your stay. You get a code to the exterior doors and a code to the door to your room. There is a parking garage. The "rooms" are all small apartments. They are extremely clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect too. It is in a cute little neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, grocery and shopping. It is very quiet. I think the prices are very reasonable. I actually miss this place when I stay somewhere else, not in Denver. Because I will always stay here when I come to Denver.

This is my second stay at the Berkeley Hotel in Denver. This is an unstaffed hotel and the rooms feel more like apartments. Every single detail to design, functionality, and amenities have been thought of with great care. Beds/Beddings are wonderful, so much that I reached out to ask the brands which were provided and ordered both for my home. The kitchen is top notch should you need to cook any meals, what more could you ask for than a stainless Viking gas range and excellent knives are just another touch. Free Parking as well! Do yourself a favor when your in town and skip the traditional hotels. Will be back next time in town.

It’s a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment that I stayed. Full kitchen, living area, coffee and bottled water available. The sheets were amazingly soft. For not having a physical person at the hotel, my emails were answered quickly. Full instructions of entering building and apartment and it was quiet. Fully insulated for being on a busy, quaint street. I will return when I visit my family. Thank you for everything!

We live just down the street and have been wanting to check the hotel out since it opened. Took advantage of staying here while having company in town. The room was amazing, much more spacious than I would have guessed. Our balcony was huge with Mountain Views. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would ever need. The bed & sheets were so soft. We loved watching the sunset from the rooftop. We will definitely recommend this hotel to any future guests.

Being in the hospitality business for twenty years, I have quite high expectations. I always notice the small things and pay attention to the details. Our visit to the Berkeley Hotel exceeded those expectations. What an incredibly impressive place to stay! We appreciated their policies that discourage parties and smokers. More properties need to penalize the people that ignore such rules. We are tired of those that have no respect for other people’s property. They should be banned from vacation rentals. From the inviting foyer to the unexpectedly quiet elevator, this building is thoughtfully done. It is artistic, quaint and tasteful. Check in instructions were clear and easy to understand. It felt personable despite the lack of a front desk check in. Our room was next to the elevator and it could not be noticed while in operation. Access to the private rooftop patio is a breeze and the views are amazing. We could even see the Flatirons. We do recommend the 3rd floor units so as to avoid any noise from Tennyson Street. We found that condos facing north and east would provide the most quiet and privacy. The condo is stylish, cozy, modern, and fully equipped. We had two balconies and floor to ceiling windows to brighten the space. The kitchen has all you need plus high-end appliances, the bedding is top notch and the condo even has washer/dryer. We loved the lighting, the furniture and the tall ceilings. Blackout shades in the bedroom are an added touch as well. We could not have been happier with our visit here, and plan to have all of our friends & family stay here in the future. Thank you for a memorable stay!

I love this place ! The mattress and bedding are comfier than my own at home. Perfect for a quick stay but also outfitted for a week plus with everything you need for a home away from home. Really great neighborhood and there’s a bakery right underneath the hotel that makes delicious bread and pastry for a great breakfast !
