This is THE BEST place to eat in Edgewater Public Market. If you haven’t tried them because you’re adverse to vegan & gluten free food, bestie, you’re sleeping!!! So, so good. We aren’t on a vegan diet but were floored by this place. The food is hearty!! You won’t leave hungry (especially if you’re like me and order everything.) Reuben: Uhm yes. Just like everyone else said, this sammy is so good. It tastes meaty (in terms of texture vs flavor), flavored well, so refreshing. I don’t know how to explain the kale sauce gnocchi but wow. So creamy, with the softest textured gnocchi I’ve ever had. The almond ricotta on the flatbread?? How did they do that. Wizardry????? I don’t know but that stuff tastes so good, you won’t miss cheese. The potato dumplings on top were, as my partner says, delightful. Polenta: Flavorful. Crunchy. Crispy. What more could you ask out of a fried item?? The menu here is by no means skimping nor purely vegetables. You can get a variety of items that are really fulfilling and just downright GOOD.

Some of the best vegan food we have had in the city. Highly recommend the Reuben and Carrot tacos.

Everything here is so flavorful and beautiful. My absolute favorite is the fried artichoke probably because I've never had anything like it. The risotto is a great citrusy summer dish. The reuben is made with beets and you'd never know, it's done so well! I'm torn between wanting them to make new things but also not wanting them to get rid of anything they already have 😅

Excellent mix of flavors textures and pretty to look at. The flatbread was better than any other we had. The Reuben was perfectly done and the split pea hummus light and refreshing.

So delicious! The staff was so nice, all the food was delicious. We got the Reuben and a chocolate chunk sea salt cookie and I can't wait to go back and try more!

Finally got to try this place and it is amazing! It is very high class food, I even thought it would be a perfect place to go on a first date (vegan or not). I got the Fried Artichokes and the Mushroom Risotto and they were both super delicious! So grateful to have another absolutely delicious vegan restaurant to choose from!

Plant based/vegan restaurant with PHENOMENAL food. Everything I had was aesthetically plated and delicious! I got the pumpkin risotto and cauliflower bisque. My partner got polenta fries and flatbread. We had plenty of food and enough to take home! I would recommend to anyone!

Oh my! I entered in map search organic gluten-free and Glady’s came up. But then ridiculous Google directions to get there Simply go to the nw corner of 20th and Sheridan, go into the shopping center and go into the Public Market. There is no visible Gladys sign on the outside of the building. I had the artichoke appetizer for lunch. It was amazing! Also messy be sure to have a napkin in your lap plus more. The eating area is shared by about 10 other little restaurants and was too noisy for me so I walked down the hall and found a quiet table by the knitting shop. I would definitely go back again and either get those amazing artichokes, or try one of their other delicious looking selections.

Everything I've had at Gladys is so delicious; their baby carrots and mushroom risotto are out of this world. The quality and attention to flavor are exceptional, and they focus on celebrating the flavor of plants over recreating meat-type products like many other vegan places. 11/10 would recommend!! An aside: I do hope they open their own private location outside of the Public Market because I think it could be wildly successful being a more upscale, sophisticated plant-forward dining experience than a vendor in a dining hall next to chicken sandwiches and gyros. The price point is more similar to a small-plate, sit-down restaurant than what people typically go for in a dining hall. Regardless, I'll be coming back to eat more!!

SO GOOD! Really nice to have a true vegetable-forward fast casual option. The reuban was one of the best I've had, and featured marinated celery root as the meat. Everything ate like comfort food, but didn't leave me feeling heavy or sick. Super tasty!!

My favorite restaurant in the Denver area and one of my favorites ever. Have been here a few times and everything I tried had unique flavors and was so delicious. Sunchoke and beets are out of this world! Spicy, crispy, and yummy. Mushroom gnocchi was the best Italian dish I've eaten. Gordo pozole was mildly spicy and refreshing. Garden flatbread was great too. Don't miss this gem! Typically, it's difficult to find parking in the Denver area. But this is in a food court that has a large parking lot, so it wasn't difficult to find parking. Pros: Unique, Flavourful, and delicious, Seating inside a food court, Easy to get parking

I've been two weeks in a row - it's THAT good! I'm not even vegan/vegetarian and I was completely satisfied with everything I got! I think my favorite has to be their Reuben 🤤. The mushroom gnocchi is super delicious too! The staff is very helpful and friendly. I’d absolutely recommend their chocolate chip cookies! $3 and very big!

Yum! Loved the Reuben, the marbleized rye bread was delicious and the sandwich was very hearty. Paired it with the beets and sunchokes. Next time will try the almond ricotta veggie flat bread which looked divine! Don't skip on the chocolate chip cookie!

Are you sure there wasn’t any meat in this?! Wow. I mean, just WOW! I was blown away by the deliciousness of the meal- I had the Polenta Fries with walnut sausage bolognese. It was just the right amount of crispy on the outside of the “fry” and corneal goodness on the inside . The bolognese was thick and meat, but no meat! SO GOOD!!!!!!!The presentation was gorgeous; the service was excellent. I cannot brag about this place enough! You won’t believe there’s no meat!!!

3/22/23 They are inside Edgewater Public Market. Location is a bit hidden in the corner. Look for the sign “PLANTS FOREVER” instead you’ll find it faster. I’m no vegan but their salad is really good. Dressing is evenly distributed. Veggies complement each other and it was really good! It seemed like they picked the good part of the veggies instead of the hard lettuces. They presented it nice too! Friendly staff and knows what they are doing. -they don’t have a nice TV SCREEN menu. Read it on the left side of the wall. Their forks are wood too!

Wow! This place did not disappoint! I got the Fava Croquette and the Root Vegetable Reuben and both were fantastic. I love that the chefs choose real veggies for the Reuben instead of fake, processed meat. The flavors and seasoning were perfection. The crunch of the snap peas and the fresh lemon in the croquette made it so unique and healthy, too. I was too full to try my chocolate mousse but it looks delicious and I’ll be sure to dig into it in an hour or too. Service was excellent - very friendly staff. What’s nice also is that Gladys is located in a food court so you can bring non vegan folks here and they can eat something else if they insist. I will say that non vegans would love this, too. I will be back to try more!

The mushroom gnocchi is TO DIE FOR. The rest of the dishes were excellent as well. Presentation was impressive for it being a food hall. They clearly take pride in their food

This was my first time here. I got the gnocchi and a chocolate chip cookie. The gnocchi was eh and the sauce was lacking in flavor. Also I have made almond ricotta at home that tasted much better. I was so excited to try this place but very disappointed. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is the cookie. It was the best vegan chocolate chip cookie I've ever had! My friend said her gluten free cookie was amazing also.

The food here is so delicious! It's a pretty gourmet-tasting experience at a non-gourmet price. I'm an omnivore who makes sure to always check what's on the rotating menu at Gladys. The portions are very satisfying, even if they look like they might be on the small side at first. They are super filling and sustaining. To top it off, the staff are really great. You don't spend more than a few moments interacting with them (because of the setup in a food hall), but those moments are truly warm and pleasant.
